This 5 star is for Wilie! Let me tell you about Mr. Willie Crispin! Amazing customer service! Amazing person generally! Now let me tell you about the supervisor (Ashley Padilla- pregnant and rude) that I had a simple question for that raised her voice at me for 5 minutes. I had to ask her to tell me what was wrong with my question then she calmed down because there was no reason to be irate! I was glad that I stayed calm so other employees around could see how to be courteous with everyone; it’s okay to deliver your message with kindness. A customer has made up their mind to shop with you; I think it’s a great opportunity to be a good person :-) Holyspirit activated I tell ya! Most of the employees are nice; they need to multiple Willie!

THIS IS NOT your "old school" outlet. This is a Coach Shop, with discounted Coach products up to 70% OFF retail prices. The shop is set up EXACTLY as if it were in mid-town Manhattan. Displays are beautiful, the shop is impeccably clean. Masks are available if you so choose; the Associates are delightful. Friendly and helpful, I was complimented by the security gent! Mekaelea assisted me during checkout. What a doll! My magical Willie took the time to find me a pair of sunglasses because I wanted a "fresh pair" ughh. Shoppers, right? Willie did not roll his eyes; instead, he scurried away into a back drawer and emerged with a perfect pair straight from the factory. Mwahhh, Willie. Please visit this incredible Coach Shop. I was skeptical, too. We WANT that shopping experience again, post-COVID. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it, in all places, a discounted shop. I do not receive this customer service at area boutiques! Highly recommend, will certainly return even just to say "Hi" ~ Check out the PHOTOS I just took~

Stopped in for some Christmas shopping they had a 70% off sale I bought my wife a purse and matching wallet and also bought 2 more purses for my daughters awesome Deals

Took an unexpected trip to this mall after a day of play. I was looking for a specific type of bag. The worker went to ask a manager if they had anything to fit my needs. Management demeanor changed as soon as he saw me and my children. He was positive and upbeat asking the employee "where is she" and as soon as he saw me and my family a distinct "oh" with distaste in his tone could be heard. He dismissed us quickly. Received a very off putting feeling from the manager at this location. I shopped elsewhere.

They are currently selling items at CAD prices. That's Canadian Dollar prices. For reference, $1.00 Canadian is only $0.75 USD. They have a small purse at $398 CAD (with the same price as what they claim to be selling it as 1:1 CAD:USD), with 60% off, that's $159.20. That's actually $118.84 USD. That's not the price they are selling at. They are selling you items in the US at Canadian prices as USD. Don't fall for this vulgar business practice. They say it's an error, but if it truly was, they would have fixed it. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I've had other stores match online discounts/prices and this store wouldn't. I asked if I could order online and pick it up while I was standing there and they said yes, but I would have to wait 3 hours for it to process. I explained that I drove an hour and asked if a manager could possibly price match the $20 off. She said she was the manager and no. The store was clean, but lacked assistance. Coach is normally swamped with people and there was one gal working the floor. She was helpful, but they're not setup for success.

Staff was wonderfully helpful. She dug around to find the perfect wallet and got the last purse my daughter wanted off of the shelf and held it until we decided. Will be back again and recommend 💯.

I love shopping here. The management is great. I was looking for something really particular last time I was in there and the rep helped me to find something that was at the regular Coach and I ended up buying it and it was exactly what I wanted. Always a great experience.

Went over there for birthday shopping and no one offered to help, the lady even asked the 2 couples next to us and completely disregarded us right in between them waiting for help. Husband took me to Marc Jacobs instead, huge difference in customer service.

My wife loves coming here. Clean helpful staff and prices are fair.

My mom and I shop here all the time every time I walk in there I just want to scream with the wonderful prices and discounts that they have I always have a great time here, staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Has a nice variety of purses, shoes, and some clothes. They do have nice discounts but remember the items will still be in a higher price range. The store was clean and very well organized.

Beautiful store, Beautiful Inventory, could of bought about 3 purses and a couple wallets, but That's not what I was shopping for, but maybe next time, The Associates were very attentive as well.
