First time eating here… It was great! It’s like a step above your typical fast food restaurant. We each got the value basket. I got chicken tenders fries and root beer the other people in my party got the same just with a single patty burger. The price was seven dollars which was a very good deal. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. The restrooms are very clean to. Overall, great place will be back for food!

My work ordered me dinner, for curbside pickup. I didn't realize it was at a different Culver's and I went to the wrong one so by the time I got to the correct Culver's, it had been a while. When I let them know I was there, without asking for it, they offered to remake my order since it had been so long. Way to go above and beyond for the customer!! We have loved Culver's for years, have been going to Culver's in different states across the US, and I've always had great service, some of the best tasting burgers, and amazing ice cream, so freaking delicious!! 🥰😎 Thank you again for making a really long week and on such a good note! 👊🏼😎

I’ve had better fish in the Midwest locations, my fish sandwich was served on a regular hamburger bun usually it’s served on a hoagie type bun. 2nd visit; the fish dinner is very subpar from where Culver’s originated from in Sauk City, Wisconsin. I will never order Wesley Chapel Culver’s cod fish again. Very disappointing.

Gave this place three stars in general only because the staff is awesome BUT the food is really lacking. Hot food is supposed to be well cooked and hot. Not at this location nor at their other location by the outlets (I hear it's the same owner). I am not a fast food person, I am a healthy eater, but I do come through here for a salad for myself when I'm in a hurry and also for some chicken tenders for my son....the tenders are always just warm, not hot and the grilled chicken on the salad is barely cooked and just warm. I ALWAYS ask for the chicken to be well done and it NEVER is. Both of this owner's locations are winners because they are very busy but they def cannot keep up with demand and slack in food prep. I have gone to other Culver's locations and the chicken comes out piping hot and grilled perfectly. The chicken here (and pretty much everything else I've ordered) is cold or just warm and undercooked even if you ask them to make it well done. Super disappointed!

Being a vegetarian, I opted for a veggie burger accompanied by onion rings. The taste was absolutely delightful, the atmosphere was wonderfully inviting, and the customer service was top-notch, exceeding my expectations!

We showed up at 8:04 PM on new years Eve with a very hungry toddler and were informed by the employee that they closed at 8. The car that had just completed ordering had allegedly started ordering before 8. I'm a veteran fast food worker, and It seems rather ridiculous even with the holiday, to cut a customer within 4 minutes of an early closing time, especially on a holiday like New years. It did appear as though the store had already mostly completed front of house closing procedures as well I'm rather disappointed in this, and my review reflects this, especially concerning our external factors. Please note that the employee was very polite.

I purchased a chicken salad 🥗 from there today! Disgusting!!!! The meat smelled old! I wasn't happy! The chicken wasn't fully cut up.. Big disappointment.. --Update-- They gave me a refund.

I love Culver's in this location. Everybody is super nice they even check up on your table once or twice every half hour. My son is obsessed with coming here and the coupons are great when you're save and use them it really is saving money!!!! The food is delicious fresh. I always get the kids meal it comes with everything and is the perfect amount and cheaper.

First time visiting Culver's and thought it was very good. McDonald's is like dog food compared to this. Bacon double cheeseburger was good and fresh, and the French fries were also good

I've never heard of this place. Sorry, I'm from north. OMG, this place was great. Burgers, where geat seasoned perfectly. Chicken tenders were great. Our son loved them. We both tried them very good. Milkshake is tasty, introduced my wife to a malted milkshake, and she loved it. Everybody was very helpful. We were served quickly for a cook to order place. Crinkle cut fries cooked to perfection NO more Mickey D'S here.

Only went for school spirit night and ordered curbside. They were super fast bringing the food out even with how busy it was from the whole school being there. I realized they missed a chicken sandwich and when I went to call them, they were actually calling me at the same time to catch me before I drove off. I've never had a restaurant do this. It was a great surprise. I call this fantastic service and will definitely be back. Also the food was great and they have more than just the usual burgers chicken and fries (though these are also available). Kids loved the shakes!

From start to finish a great experience. Easy in and out from hwy 56. Clean parking lot, the a/c felt amazing coming inside from heat. Was greeted right away from associate. We needed a moment to decide on our meal, the next team member greeted us when he saw us. Ordered our food, the beverage station was clean and stocked full of supplies. The lady that dropped off our food at the table was friendly and asked to make sure that we had all that we needed. There was another team member walking around making sure all tables were ready. Will definitely come back to this location. Thank you for making our lunch date easy.

If you have a craving for cod, and want it quickly, this is the place to go! The fish was fried but not at all greasy! Two pieces of enough for one person, but you can share the order with three pieces. The onion rings were very good.

What is up with this burned burger Culver’s ? This is unacceptable! I definitely won’t be returning to this location

every time we go and we order hamburgers they are so very greasy it actually makes my stomach hurt to eat one of their hamburgers. the hamburgers are typically pretty cold but the crinkle fries are usually nice and hot and crinkle fries are my favorite. I do have one of the salads the cashew chicken salad I think it's called that's pretty good. It seems as though when we go the order never seems to be quite right we have gotten to where we check the order before we leave the parking lot because things that are usually not made right are usually missing ingredients that we pay extra for. the ice cream however is really really good my absolute favorite is the hot chocolate sundae and the ice cream is pretty good. My husband has had a few of their dinners and it depends on who's working as to whether it's good or not We have eaten in and we have gone through the drive-thru and typically our orders are wrong when we drive through the drive-thru 9 times out of 10. nothing for nothing but the majority of their staff actually all of their staff with the exception of the manager is all kids between the ages of 1617 and 18 years old and they don't really pay attention to detail unfortunately. We have called the manager and the manager has been very nice and even one time he sent us a voucher for free ice cream when we came in but that really didn't do anything for our missing food or missing ingredients on our sandwiches.

This culver's is always on point. I never order straight off the menu. I'm always adding stuff to my burgers and they always get it right and it's always fresh n tastes great. Would def recommend anyone to visit this location. Keep up the great work guys!

This was our first visit to this location. We usually get the fried fish, but this time we tried the Butter Burgers. The burgers were made to order. They were delivered to our table by the same friendly associate who took our order. The burgers were really good & we're made with the toppings we requested. The krinkle cut fries were excellent. The chocolate milkshake was also delicious. Great experience. We will be back

I used to manage at a dairy queen and I know how difficult it is to find great employees. Austin is definitely one of them. Extremely nice. Knew exactly what he was talking about. Could not have had a better experience and meal. Give that man a raise!

Love Culver's probably more than any other so-called fast food establishments. So far everything they make continues to be made to order and continues to be good food. Cost is usually a dollar or two more than the top fast food places that we all know of, however, it's well worth it to get the quality food hot and fresh every time you order.

My 2 friends (who asked me to join them) loved their chicken sandwich, but I'm vegan. They absolutely have nothing vegan, even their chick pea vegi burger has mixed up cheddar cheese in it. I had to bring my own food. I gave it 3 stars because of my friends, but if you're vegan; go somewhere else to eat.

Good food but the service I received from Austin Jones was exceptional. He was the shift manager on duty when I visited. He was not only extremely professional and polite, but he was training a new employee very well. He explained things to the new hire while causing no delay at all. Then I couldn’t help but overhear his conversation with the new hire after my order was taken. He was patient and kind all while making sure the employee was comfortable with her new position. He is years ahead of his time. It is refreshing to feel welcomed and appreciate these days. Austin and his team are top notch. Well done guys.

It was my 7yo son's birthday yesterday and after main event he chose to have dinner at Culver's. We normally go through the drive thru but he insisted on eating inside. We were greeted by an employee Will Pratt (I think he may have been a manager). He went above and beyond to make our experience great! He was so kind, attentive, and helpful. He made my son feel so special on his birthday. We definitely will be going inside to eat more often! Thanks Will for a great experience!
