I'm
really
frustrated
about
grooming
service
in
this
store.
We
made
an
appointment
a
week
ago,
because
they
are
"extremely
busy"
to
take
you
earlier,
I
explained
that
my
right
leg
is
broken
and
I
have
blood
clot,
so
it's
kinda
hard
for
me
to
wash
and
trim
nails
for
my
cat,
so
that's
why
I
need
help.
From
the
first
call
they
weren't
friendly,
it
is
felt
like
the
groomer
don't
want
to
wait
for
us
till
6pm.
Then
they
called
me
2
times
"to
confirm",
but
with
the
hope
that
I
will
cancel,
but
I
said
very
clear
we
will
come,
because
I
already
asked
a
time
off
at
work.
And
today
in
the
morning
I've
got
a
text
message,
they
jut
cancelled!!!
I
called
them
back
and
asked
what
happened,
why
my
appointment
canceled,
of
course
nobody
care
there,
and
that
focking
manager
started
telling
me
that
he
tried
to
call
me,
but
it's
just
lie.
And
it
doesn't
matter
we
just
lost
a
week
because
of
irresponsibility
of
everybody
including
the
manager
of
this
store.
Disgusting!
No
more
petsmart.
