    Out of all the places Dolly has been to be groomed over the years, this is the best we have ever seen her look! Her coat is flawless! She also was happy when I picked her up. Not scared or anxious. We couldnโ€™t be happier and definitely recommend Violet and the rest of the friendly staff at the Wesley Chapel location for your pets future spa day!

    clean parking lot with poo bag dispensers for your pet. Clean store and helpful staff. Early grooming hours. Pet friendly of course. The early grooming hours are a nice touch for those early risers. All the normal stuff that one would find at a PetSmart. Staff was helpful and positive over all. Happy workers make happy customers.

    BEST LOCATION in my opinion! They ALWAYS have everything IN STOCK! Great selections to choose from. The employees are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. They have a Dog trainer and expert on site that even offered to help me with some much needed and appreciated advice. He even helped me with researching some products as well as showing me pictures of a product that will help me keep my huge Labrador Retriever in the yard. Even better, everything you need is likely already on your property! He helped me for what seemed like an hour. Free of charge. Kudos to him for being awesome ๐Ÿ‘

    This location is always well stocked so finding what you need is a breeze. Great selection on dog food and toys! The employees are very helpful and I especially love when they put on local pet adoption events. โค๏ธ

    I feel the staff will finds a reason to over charge you. They charged me because my dog was being aggressive when grooming. My dog is not aggressive dog weight less than 15 pounds and was told to me after grooming that the dog was so sweet by supporting staff. I overheard the staff do the same to another costumer with a dog that weights less then my dog . The Costumer refused to pay and was told the charge was due to dog was put in a cage and might break a tooth due to putting its mouth on the bars. Please put comments if this is your experience.

    We of course go to Petsmart in Wesley Chapel to get things for our puppy, Oreo, and we have also been going there to train her, as well. Torin (hope I got that spelling right) is our instructor/facilitator. What an amazing wealth of knowledge, patience and skills he has!! After a few weeks of training our dog, my wife and I are SO convinced that this was money well spent. SO happy we found Torin.

    Kind of sad to leave this kind of review to PetSmart. The new grooming manager lacks of basic customer service skills like empathy, communication and taking responsibility. We called to express our concerns regarding the most recent service considering that she did something totally different than what was asked, with no heads up. She never took responsibility of her actions, she kept making up information like stating she provided information, when she actually never did. Oh and the worst part of it is that she gave a mocking laugh during our phone call. After being a loyal Petsmart customer for years, we would be definitely be looking into other options. If you have a medium or long hair dog please consider taking them somewhere else!!

    Pets pets pets! Kittens and gerbils and fish, oh my! The one thing that I noticed here is that their supply of cat and dog food is off the chart. They have just about everything you can imagine. There was a decent supply of fish to peruse. Did not interact with any staff. Store was clean though and everything was laid out nicely.

    Pet smart always has what I need for my animals. We love going to look at all the animals and fish as well. Just be weary of taking your pet rats here to their vet dept. I took my Rat in, and they just charged me $143 and then gave me meds she didn't even get to use because she died before I could even give her a dose. I don't think they know how to care for such small pets. But, that's the vet side of it. The actual store is great.

    Today, My daughter and I went inside to look and play with the kittens. While we were there, I observed full and organized shelves as well as a clean store. We didn't have any interaction with staff. Someone please go adopt those cute little fur babies.๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿˆโ€โฌ› Our home already has two cats that we adopted a few years back.

    The most rude employees work at this location, their aquariums are all filled with grossness and dead fish everywhere. Tried to buy a gecko and was told no after waiting over 20 minutes for an employee to help me.

    The store was pretty busy when we went in, so there weren't many people available on the floor. That being said, once we did find someone, he was very knowledgeable about the products we needed and was able to help us with exactly what we needed

    Store refused to sell me fish because my tank was set up for 2 weeks. They said it had to be 3 to 6 weeks. Never heard of this. Anyone else. It's my money its my loss . nottheir's .

    Banfield Oh boy.....let's see. My husband was unhappy because we had an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes. I asked them how long the wait was going to be for him...I could reschedule if long. The receptionist told the Vet that I was rude because I asked...( wasn't even me that was upset) they quoted me prices that were high. I thought it suspicious.....and when I took the cat to other vets for a price it was like 1,000 dollars less. I purchased a wellness plan for the cat and I lost money because who would bring their animal to a place that overcharges that much....btw they treated my husband like gold and he was the one who complained.

    I'm really frustrated about grooming service in this store. We made an appointment a week ago, because they are "extremely busy" to take you earlier, I explained that my right leg is broken and I have blood clot, so it's kinda hard for me to wash and trim nails for my cat, so that's why I need help. From the first call they weren't friendly, it is felt like the groomer don't want to wait for us till 6pm. Then they called me 2 times "to confirm", but with the hope that I will cancel, but I said very clear we will come, because I already asked a time off at work. And today in the morning I've got a text message, they jut cancelled!!! I called them back and asked what happened, why my appointment canceled, of course nobody care there, and that focking manager started telling me that he tried to call me, but it's just lie. And it doesn't matter we just lost a week because of irresponsibility of everybody including the manager of this store. Disgusting! No more petsmart.

    They truly DO donate money to shelters! I was surprised when I saw their name on the wall of a shelter when I adopted two kittens. The Wesley Chapel location has a particular employee who is amazing and found her calling! She was incredibly helpful and personally helps local shelters from items she purchases herself and also by actively helping with the โ€˜supply drivesโ€™. She is genuine and her customer service is from the heart! You will know who she is because she has a picture of her English Bulldog โ€˜familyโ€™, that she rescued, displayed at her register. More stores need employees like her!

    I have a great pyrenees puppy that is 8 months old for a few months I have a problem with him eating. I bought different puppy foods and non of them he really wants. I try all kind of tricks with different human food under it nothing helps. Few days ago I stopped on this petsmart and a guy that works there asked if I needed help. I explained that my puppy didn't eat well and right away he said that is common . Recommended the puppy food for big breed from Blue. I came home and tried it and first time in months eating was not a problem. Now few days later still no problem he eats every meal his bowl empty.. thank you petsmart for your great advice.

    Took my puppy in for a grooming. Was given some line about a puppy cut. Which turned out to be absolutely nothing. Cost me over $60 and I got was a nail trimming and around his eyes. Said I would have bring my puppy back 2 or 3 times before they would groom him.

    I find their staff to be arrogant and rude I have been there twice today was the second time I had a grooming appointment for my two Siberia huskies was informed that they were going to charge me an extra 20 to 30 dollars if they weren't done brushing my dogs after 25 minutes. The groomer than started lecturing me about huskies having a double under coat I stopped her to let her know I've had Siberians for years I'm fully aware of their undercoat and I've had my dogs groomed at pet smart for years and hadn't been charged that much for extra brushing. I canceled the appointment I will not go back to that store

    Had an awesome experience at Petsmart today while shopping for my new puppy! They had everything in stock that I needed and things I didnโ€™t know I needed. The place was overall clean and well maintained. But the best part of my visit today was the employee Joel - he was super friendly and funny and went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed my experience. I will definitely be back!

    The new grooming manager is completely unreasonable looking for any excuse not to groom larger dogs. I have been taking my Golden Retriever to this Petsmart grooming location for the past 11 years. Now all of the sudden they don't want to groom my dog because he is older and has arthritis. That's why I requested the express service and always tip an extra $20 or $30 to the groomer who knows and has groomed Samson in the past.
