Such a great place to go for ice cream. The service is excellent and the flavor choices are great. There is a convenient drive thru but we chose to sit outside at the nicely shaded tables. My grandson always begs me to go here. We love it!

I was driving through wesley chapel when I got the sudden feeling I needed ice cream. I pulled by this location and the most welcoming kind soul took my order. It was like my day went from dark clouds to sun and rainbows. As soon as I received my professionally made cone with delicately placed toppings, I got the name of this bright soul. OLIVIA.

This is our favorite ice cream spot on a hot summer day, or to celebrate a special occasion, or to just go through drive through to top off our nice dinner with a sweet dessert. So, basically, we don't need a reason to visit, because we will make up a reason. We LOVE all the different flavors and all the different ordering options. Our kids, family, and out of town victors LOVE Twistee Treat. There are always teenagers running it, and they do a heck of a good job! Keep it up, we will be back!

Ordered large brownie sundae no nuts. Received a brownie sundae with no fudge, and 2 swirls of whipped cream 🍨. Also ordered a medium fudge malt that was lacking malt. Won't be back.

The ice cream and all the desserts are amazing milkshakes are my favorite but the employees are so disrespectful. Go there at least twice a week with my daughter and no matter who's at the counter or the drive-thru and always rude and disrespectful and like they don't even want to be there. Customer service is non-existent

Worst twistee experience so far. Messed up banana split in out 1st order when we first got it when we clearly said no peanuts. When I returned the order, instead of saying “we messed up”, nope, counter said next time say “they have nut allergy” instead of just saying no peanuts. When getting 2nd order, 2nd employee said the same thing and said “we have to remake the order” implying it’s customers fault. When I complained about why they need to say that twice, 2nd employee said again we have to remake it. I offered to pay for it twice. Manager from nowhere without exact knowledge of situation comes by and says don’t yell at her employees and said they are just humans for making mistakes rather than understanding what happened clearly first. Customer was not upset about making a mistake with the order, clearly it was how your employees passed blame to the customer instead. Not worth the trouble coming here. Worst customer service experience. On top of all that, kids slushees were 3/4 filled, and when we walked away without receiving the “remade” banana split that they originally messed up, the manager just ignored us. Save the long drive thru wait, mediocre soft serve and go somewhere else where the food and customer service is better.

I love Twisty Treat! So many different options and you can even get yourself an ice cream cookie sandwich. The kiddie size is such a great deal and my kids usually can't finish thiers so there's always extras for me! We love to ride our scooters from the house and have fun family night at Twisty Treat!

Very good ice cream! The employees are very nice and Desiree was very helpful in helping me decide exactly what I wanted to order and my order was made perfectly! Five stars! 😇✨

This place has some delicious ice creams at a very reasonable price. We were able to get 6 ice creams for $28 and they all were really good.

The lady that took my order is rude she tried to over charge us and they messed up on our order and I ask for no nuts they put nuts on it so we gave it back to them to fix it and then they handed it back and there was still nuts in it what if I was allergic to nuts then something bad would of happen if u don't like your job that bad then fine something u do in joy I work in customer service so I know how people can be but still yall can do better

One stop goto ice-cream shop twistee treat 🍦- Village Market Wesley Chappel. You too have drive through option. The people working there are very friendly & understanding. Everyone loves the ice-cream from here as it’s fresh. They have different flavors (sundae, banana split, glaciers etc) but ours special is Chocolate-Vanilla ice-cream with fudge & brownie toppings (marshmallow additional as per kid request) with very good quantity. Never judged/looked the price as we love it. I definitely recommend this place and one should try. Also note they are open till 10;30 PM, so fun/good time can happen that time (family time).

When I went to Twistee Treat my husband and I were greeted by the wonderful little girl Ariyana and she made us laugh and was wonderful when she helped with picking what we should order. I have never been attended so perfectly and swiftly before. My husband and I go constantly and we hadn’t gone back because of previous workers and I had never seen Ariyana before, she 100% is a great hire.

Very delicious! But the prices have gone through the roof lately. I think I paid $6 for small sundae.

Per my receipt Lauren F rushed my order and when I got to the window there was a boy there. He was laughing with Lauren F & a third person while cashing me out. One of my ice creams as shown, I asked for Oreo topping. So not only are they rude here but they play with your food. Im not paying an extra $1.19 for toppings to barely receive the topping. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

This is my favorite place to go to for soft serve ice cream! I especially love to get the strawberry/vanilla swirl dipped in chocolate, and if I get it in a cup I like to add oreo toppings :) they can get a bit busy at night, but they do have an online ordering system so you can place your order before you leave to pick it up!

Very rude staff and poor customer service. Once we got our order our shakes were liquid and all milk. Overall worst twistee treat around

This reminds me of my Carvel ice cream store I had growing up. Love the soft serve vanilla. From a simple ice cream cone to shakes and other ice cream concoctions, I'm sure you'll find a treat to enjoy. Give it a try.

The ice cream speaks for itself but its the customer service and attitude of the staff that brings you back. Olivia made the experience memorable and we will definitely be back soon.

Went there for the first time and they just had so many options! I couldn’t decide straight off the bat but Ashlynn was so sweet and was super patient with me. I settled on a classic waffle taco and had no regrets!

Great little ice cream place. My family and I had stopped at 3 other ice cream places that day that were either closed or had issues. This place was worth the wait. I'll definitely stop back next time I'm close.

Tasty but expensive compared to the portion and sizes we ordered 3 peanut butter it was small and expensing

First visit Ever to a Twisty Treat!! Loved it! The people working indulged us with our made up names. Ice cream base, wonderful.... Clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. Make your plans to visit soon!

Everythings an upcharge now and the prices seem to fluctuate depending on who's working the window. (I just cancelled an order & walked away) Also, there is inconsistency on how the Sundaes are made. Some have the right amount of toppings & others have very little.

Ordered a banana split , gets no banana , this is the second time this happened but this time I get to the window the girl says ( no banana) so she already knew.. she comes back and tries to just hand me the banana i look at her and she says ( you want me to make you a new one?) and then says ok throw that one away and closes the window. No apology just throw that away. I find it funny though but pretty rude lol

I haven't had a chance to find pistachio ice cream that taste to pistachio ice cream until I tried it here. It brought me back to my childhood memories. Back in my country we had a ice cream place that had the same authentic flavor for pistachio. And of course the other flavors are great too.
