I went to this location two different times. The first time was a Wednesday and it was okay. I exchanged an online order for a pair of shoes in the store. (It wasn't too busy.) I went back on a Sunday to unfortunately return the shoes I exchanged the original pair for. It was a zoo in the store. There was probably 60+ people in there. The line made me feel like I was waiting in line at Busch Gardens. lOl I finally got help and explained to the cashier (who was probably 10+ years younger than me) that I unfortunately need wides and they don't have any and as well as their website. I paid originally with a visa gift card (which I got for my birthday, these are like my 1 pair of shoes a year, lol) and the dude tells me I'm basically out of luck since I didn't have my gift card with me and that he was giving me a nike gift card instead. (Which I'm really stuck buying their... He told me to buy online or buy clothes instead). I've worked in retail for many years and many times in the past I have done cash over rides for people. I would not tell anyone to ever go in there on the weekend. It was a mad house. Definitely not worth it. I am extremely disappointed with Nike and their shoe sizing. I am 6' and have always worn 11wide... And they apparently only carry like one or two choice shoes in that size in women's. 👎 Overall not the greatest experience and not the best sizes and styles for size 11/11.5/12 wide women shoes (in store and on line). Customer service is not great.

I was very impressed by the amount of merchandise they had on sale and they are constant sales manyhave said it's an outlet there supposed to be sales there is a difference between things being on sale and stores raising their prices and dropping them a little bit acting like they are on sale well this store was on sale not jacking up the prices I was very impressed by the professionalism If you're in and around the area you should stop and check it may be impressed by what you find.

Changed my 5 star review to a 1 star. Bought a small kids backpack there and got home to realize they charged $37 but the suggested retail was less than what they were charging. What a rip off. If I ever buy from there again, I'll be double checking prices.

I shop here often and never had a problem using my USAA military bank card as verification for the military discount. Anna the cashier denied it and gave me nothing but attitude during the check out process. Someone please teach that girl some manners and customer service.

My husband doesn't carry his military ID or any card he has everything on his phone. Normally this store has no issues but today they refused. They were very rude and nasty towards my husband. A few weeks ago he had another issue he went to put our bags outside with his mom and come back in line with me and they forced him to wait in line outside when I was already in the checkout line. He told them my wife is in line which I was they refused to let him in... this store has gone downhill within the past 2 years. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I really like a store. But it is extremely busy on the weekends. We had to wait in line of about 50 people. That said they had a lot of people working the registers. The prices of the store very good and they are very friendly with the service as well. We will definitely be back.

Always find great deals . Our sales person Zee rocked. She went above and beyond. Hard to fine employees like that today. Thank you Z from Missouri.

For anyone looking to update their sports gear or simply score great deals on Nike products, this store is a must-visit. I left with some excellent finds and am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of both the merchandise and the customer service. Highly recommend!

I was amused that people were lined up waiting to get into the store one at a time. They had someone at the front door letting another customer in as a previous one left. Definitely a popular destination.

Went shopping here on my sons birthday and Brandon as well as Coralis were absolutely AMAZING!!! Such friendly staff. Did everything they could to help find the right fit for my son. Thanks so very much for all the help 😊

Good value on Girls shoes.

A lot of product to chose from, always busy. The store is a little difficult to keep tidy as people seem to go through everything, so inventory is a little all over the place. Fast checkout, and mostly friendly services when you need help.

This is one of my favorite store locations as they have more of a selection of larger women's shoe sizes like 12s and 13s in their marked down/clearance secrion. I love their refurbished shoe section as well. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable of things in the store. Prices are reasonable, and their clearance has a nice selection in men's women's and kids, too.

Found a good deal. Big selection. Always a stop when here.

Always love running to Nike outlet. Got me a pair of shoes, 2 shirts (2 for $20) and 2 pairs of sweats and a sweat shirt. Great prices and great selection. We are always wearing Nike. Haha

Not a question why this place is always packed. A lot of good clearance deals and even with lines wrapping quite literally around the store, a register is never more than a 5-10 minute wait. They're doing it right at this store!

It was packed, but granted it was Labor Day... I couldn't find my shoes & I ordered them from Amazon after leaving the store... However, I bought some some nice golf shirts!!! 😅

Time for new sneakers. This is kind of my go to sine I don’t really need the latest Air Jordon’s or anything like that. While the prices are better than your typical sneaker store at Wiregrass or International Plaza, they haven’t been as good lately. In most cases you’ll definitely save something. Just not as much as you used to be able to a year or so ago. As far as the people work there, they’ve always been really helpful and personable, so they’re definitely doing something right!!

Came here for some last minute Christmas gifts,The store was heavily populated due to the holiday time I was helped by a very friendly employee named Jake G.He was very helpful with locating items an showing wich items were on sale 10/10 service two thumbs up for Jake!!

Absolutely inundated with people and long lines for items that really aren't a deal at all. Left there with 1 pair of sneakers that was $170. Absolutely ridiculous. I needed sneakers, had to fight the crowd, wait in the horrible line only to find out the pair I selected wasn't even discounted. I could have just gone to the mall and probably done much better

Kinda pricey and was really hard to find my size and had very limited styles. Better off going right to their website and custom making a pair.

Went for a pickup and also did some in store purchases. The production of good quality and there are different versions of the same product you can buy. All together a good experience.

What a cluster F..! Took 10 steps inside the door to see well over 60 customers in line waiting for a cashier. There is nothing inside this store that would make me want to wait in that line....so I abruptly left and went over to Under Armour instead.

I stopped into the Nike store to pick up a pair of Nike's and get 5 star service the young lady that helped me was very attentive and very friendly and she even showed me away to get a good deals on my Nike I purchase.

The staff is A1! Always fresh shoes . If you see a pair that you like you better get them that day because you might come back the next day and they will be gone I love this store it's among my favorites in the world

I've found some good deals and gems at this store, including OG Jordan 1s and flyknit 1s. My kids also found some great deals more recently. Clean/organized store and nice staff.
