I really wanted to like this store. I knew El Dorado from Miami and they have a good selection of furniture but… the poor communication, unfulfilled items, receiving wrong items and lack of leadership / guidance with the management team is just shameful. It seems the showroom is the only well-stocked area El Dorado has as not one thing of the thousands of dollars worth of items I purchased have gone right - mostly disorganization with inventory. If you are flexible with shipping dates expectations (if it arrives) and flexible with swapping out items already purchased as they have no idea what they have in inventory as the computers shows it’s in stock but when delivery time comes there’s nothing. My sales person Nathalia is great and I don’t fault her but her apologies are not fixing anything. Until this moment, not a single manager has contacted me. Not a single manager has provided solutions. Not a single manager has offered anything for all these preventable headaches. It seems Nathalia is working by herself with no one supporting her by troubleshooting issues. I’ve seen the male manager in his 3 piece suit looking busy but completely disengaged with the customers. I’ve seen the female manager in her high heels equally disengaged with customers. This is not how you run a business, it’s not how good you look in business attire, it’s how you treat the customers and make sure they stay loyal. I’ll be back this Friday (10/21) to pick up the replacement of the last wrong item they incorrectly gave me earlier. I hope it’s actually there this time so it can be the last time I purchase from El Dorado. There stuff is nice but it’s not cheap. If you are already paying a premium price, the minimum expectation is for your purchase to be fulfilled without issues. Should issues happen, then communicate accordingly. I never received communication until I call on pickup/delivery dates after not receiving my items. I still have 3 other rooms in my house to furnish but I rather go with a local competitor at this point. Edit - Wrote this review 10/18, since then - no reply to my post or zero attempts for El Dorado Management to connect with me. I’m telling you - if you expect El Dorado Corporate or local management to follow up with customers that had negative experiences, it just won’t happen. The level of disorganization and lack of customer support is systemic with the entire company. Keep this in mind when if you are considering buying from them.

Showroom is nice, of course because it’s new. Style of furniture isn’t the best, BUT the sales staff is a complete turnoff. They follow you around like something out of a scary movie, peeking around to find you and never more than 20 feet away. Won’t consider them in the future for furniture.

Excellent experience and beautiful showroom. I was waiting for a furniture store like this in the area for a long time. I want to thank Victor (Sells Rep) for been so patient, helpful and friendly yesterday when I was getting my new furniture. Thanks again for everything.

We had a great experience at El Dorado. The store is quite large with a great selection of furniture for any style, but sometimes that can be a bit overwhelming. Fortunately, we were greeted by Jon Santana upon arrival, who was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. He really went out of his way to help us choose our sofa and we are extremely grateful! We definitely recommend this store and will be back again in the future.

My boyfriend and I bought a very lovely leather couch from here. It was our first couch so we definitely didn’t know what to decide on. John, the sales associate who helped us, was absolutely incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable in every piece he showed us. He listened to us when we told him what style we liked and gave us many great options to choose from. We will definitely be going back and work with John for the rest of the furniture we will want in the future for our home. If you decide to go with El Dorado furniture I promise you that you will NOT be disappointed!

The showroom and selection of furniture is wonderful and we found many items that suited our needs. Despite being very busy on opening day our sales rep Mitchell helped answer all of our questions and made the purchase process a breeze! He even helped with our delivery arrangements and questions after our purchase was completed, which was above and beyond! We will definitely be coming back for future purchases with Mitchell and El Dorado. 10/10.

Bought a bed and paid for delivery including installation. They came to deliver and install and found out there was a missing piece. The person couldn’t speak English. He called someone and they spoke with me over phone and said he will go back and bring the missing piece. He never came back. When I called back they said he will be back tomorrow. Had to move parts and sleep on the floor.

I’m very particular about quality! I want my pieces to last and withstand daily use. Some people buy furniture and never actually sit on it unless it’s a bed but I buy furniture to live on. My last sectional came from Coleman Furniture, we had it for five years and the only reason it needed to be replaced was because during delivery the clips were installed incorrectly and this caused damaged to the wood frame after the warranty. This is why we were in search of something better. After touring the Eldorado show place, I fell in love with a BEAUTIFUL mammoth sized sectional. Being the shopper I am, I did not buy right a way. I toured many other furniture stores in the area to include Haverty’s, Ashley’s, Rooms To go, American Furniture, Macy’s and others I can’t even remember. None of them had the same QUALITY and durable fabric that I was looking for. After 2 months of contemplation we went back and bought the five piece sectional that came to $4,000. Literally the MOST expensive furniture purchase I’ve ever had to make on one single item. Extremely worth the value and time it took to come to a conclusion. Originally the delivery date back in April was late July early August. After purchase my sectional was delivered 3 days later white glove style. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Eldorado for exceeding my expectations in many areas. I’m sure this sectional will last for years and years after scotch guarding and with proper maintenance.

Jon Santana is amazing! He listened carefully to our preferences for modern art inspired pieces that would blend with our existing furniture. His suggestions were great, and he knew the furniture and the showroom floor well. Jon is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Beautiful showroom. Our furniture was delivered today and unbelievably all of the pieces were in perfect condition and the delivery guys did a great job! If you visit, be sure to ask for Jon- you will be glad you did!

Buyer Beware! Was looking for a reclining chair so that my husband could be in a comfortable position to do his Dialysis. Bought a power recliner chair from this location in October. The chair stopped working two days after it was delivered. Called and they kept sending us a new remote. After two of them didn’t work we went to the store and only the did they offer to send someone to look at chair. That took A WHOLE MONTH!!!! Repair person said it needed a new motor. A new motor for a brand new chair!?!?!!!!!! That was Three Weeks Ago! Haven’t heard booo from them yet. Yes the show room is nice but the customer service after purchase does not exist! Do not waste your time with this company!!!

My first visit to El Dorado was about 2 weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of furniture styles and accessories they had to offer. I was interested in finding a few accent accessories for my living room, dining room and entry. Jarrod was extremely helpful showing my many options of accessories on the floor. There was an option to take the accessories on the floor, however, he ordered new ones for me and had them shipped to the store. I picked them up 1 week later. This was a very hassle free process to receive new accessories. Jarrod has a driven passion to provide customer service and I truly appreciated all his help. This is definitely a unique store unlike most you would see around Wesley Chapel.

The showroom is beatifull, but the sales people were in waves. I think there was more salepeople than customers. All modern stuff. We covered all store in about 1 hour.

Lloyd and Betsy Cardoso were amazing help we were able to pick out a wonderful bed with very formative descriptions from Betsy and Lloyd (the mattress expert) gave me plenty of options in mattress thank you 🙏🏼

Great selection of furnature that fits the needs of a wide price range. Shipping (percentage of cost) and financing is available. The associates on the floor are very helpful and have tablets in hand to check the options and prices on the floor. A definite recommend!

I don’t often write reviews. We are so happy with level of customer service we have received from the salesman Jon Santana. We are new to the area and has shopped at different furniture stores. Went to El Dorado today and Juanita helped us out a lot. She was so kind and patient and helped us with with everything we needed. She even showed us different options and possibilities for our dining table to get the best look that suits us. She provided us with excellent service and helped us throughout the entire process of buying our dining set. We’re looking forward to buying more stuff with Juanita helping us.

Juanita is truly amazing! I was having a hard time finding the perfect bedroom set and she was able to find exactly what I was looking for. She really went above and beyond. She spent hours combing every inch of the store with me to find the perfect pieces to complete my vision for our new home. We will definitely be back!

El Dorado is an amazing furniture store. It has a lot of unique styles and high-quality furniture. It’s fun just browsing the place itself. The staff is very welcoming and attentive but not clingy. We especially loved Hennesy! She was an amazing person and really assisted us well. We ended up buying a very large couch through her and she was so helpful through the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone!
