Second time we've eaten there in the llast few weeks. The reason we came back is because the first time was so good we had to. On both occasions are waitresses were absolutely wonderful. The food was so good we came back the second time with Our son and his wife. This was their first time there and h they both thought the food was just wonderful. We definitely will be back.

Had a great meal. Great value too. Lots of food, plus salad, bread and soup included at a great price. I ordered the chicken alfredo. I was so hungry and it was so good I forgot to take a photo. For the price I was pleased. Great Food well prepared. Server did a great job and she was busy but still took care of us. Salad was fresh. Bread was soft. Soup was warm. Great Food. We had a hard time getting a reservation at most resturaunts on a Friday night but we just walked in and they sat us immediately. And service was fast and friendly.

I want to compliment Fillop's on their excellent pizza. I stopped in to order for an impromptu get together with some old friends and everyone said it was the best they had in a long time! So thank you and I will be back and everyone else should be too.

Great Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Service is excellent and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The eggplant parmesan is pictured in this review and I found it to be savory and quite filling. The portions are generous!

Perfection!!!! Consistency. Deliciousness. Vegan!!! Where do I start? Really… where do I start? This place has been a family favorite since I was a child. My parents love to eat here so we often make plans for dinner to get together. The pizza was and still is amazing and truly is the best around. Love it!!!! I was vegetarian for many years so I enjoyed a vegetarian pizza here and let me tell you… the cheese and vegetables with the delicious crust- perfection! I went vegan years ago and this is the ONLY place where I can enjoy a good vegan pizza. They actually provide a substantial amount of vegetables. They have unique sauce and the crust is flavorful. If I got anywhere else I pay for bland sauce with cardboard crust and minimal to no veggies. They are also really cool and respectful about me ordering a vegan pizza. No issues. Which leads me to mention the staff. Most of the staff have been here for a long time. Some new faces, but a lot of regulars. They are kind, friendly, genuine and an absolute pleasure. Shout out to Mackenzie who took care of us this weekend. She was awesome!!!! I do not have pictures from my last two visits. I typically add artichoke and large tomato slices to my pizza now. However, I did save previous photos to show how amazing the Vegan pizza is along with one of my husbands. It’s always clean inside and comfortable. Looking for a good pizza at a great price, you won’t be disappointed. Oh and the breaded mushrooms are amazing!!

This place has been my go-to pizza spot for 30+ years - amazing pizza!! I like hand-tossed and my family enjoys the thin crust too. Fresh sausage and the best pepperoni I have ever had - thicker cut, cupped when cooked, and excellent flavor! The sauce is something I crave anytime I hear "pizza". It's sweet but not overbearing - I always add extra to all of my pies. They do partially baked pizzas for those who live far away (like me now), and they turn out amazing in even the worst home oven. Sit down feels like an old Milwaukee Italian restaurant with excellent service, quality and tasty food, and a full bar for those who enjoy a beverage. Other menu items I have tried (rarely because I always get pizza) are also excellent and very quality. My all-time favorite pizza joint without a doubt

We live in West Bend and drive to Filippos for Italian food and pizza. There are no comparable restaurants in our community. When we order dinner there, I love their seafood pasta dishes, we always take home 1-2 large pizzas. A re-warmed Filippos pizza is better then any pizza we can get in West Bend. We highly recommend this restaurant, the food is excellent and affordable, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the service and experience like family dining.

Went here on recommendation. The portions were huge!! I got the carbonara, my daughter got tortellini Alfredo. Both were amazing! We ordered amazing cannoli for dessert even though we were stuffed. Would definitely visit again!

That pizza had legs. Tons of toppings. The pepperoni was cupped and crisp and they were not stingy with the toppings. The sauce was kinda sweet and the cheese was stringy. The cheesy garlic bread was great. I tried to tear a piece in half and ended up with the cheese stretching arms length, plus. I'll be going back.

We recently went to Filipo's while I was in town visiting family and didn't have a good experience. We went for dinner soon after they opened and were seated right away. Our sever took our drink order and promptly brought them to the table. Our order was taken soon after and the soup and bread was brought out quickly. After waiting nearly 40 minutes for our food we were about to walk out when the server told us it would be out in less than 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later we finally receive our food. It took over an hour to be served, tables that were seated after us were paying for their food and leaving by the time we received ours. The server also brought the wrong size pizza and said he would see what he could do about it. A few minutes later a manager came to the table and said that she would discount the pizza on our check. The pasta dish was a bit bland, but the pizza was very good. When we received the check the manager had changed the price to reflect the correct size pizza instead of the one I ordered. There was no discount, just a price adjustment which was very frustrating. Why did a manger need to come to the table to tell us that she would correct the bill when it was their mistake. I understand mistakes happen, but it is about how you fix them and satisfy the customer that matters. An hour wait for food when everyone else was receiving their food in 30 minutes isn't acceptable, especially if you aren't willing to work with the customer to fix the issue. After this experience we are in no hurry to go back, or recommend Filippo's to any family or friends.

Service was incredibly slow, didn't order anything fancy or extravagant. Brought a pizza to my 10 year old niece, no plate to put it on. When a bag was brought to place leftovers in she told my niece "you can do it yourself ". People seated after us were served faster and before us. And there were very few patrons there.

Best Italian around! Yum! Bread is soft yet chewy-just right for wisdom teeth extraction victims. Years of business & sweet family owned local place. We need to frequent more often!

Honestly, this place was so hyped up for me that I was completely disappointed. Atmosphere is good and service too. I got the shrimp scampi, and it tasted so off , and I didn't eat it and took it home and tossed it. Something wasn't right about it. I tried a slice of my friends pizza too, and the sauce was too sweet, so I didn't like that either. I'm so bummed. The chicken noodle soup, and the garlic bread was bomb, though.

This was the best Italian I've had in years. The waitress we had was just awesome. I ordered the lasagna, hands down the best I've ever had. The portions and flavor of the food were just all around amazing. If you're in the area, you have to check it out.

The best Italian food, delicious sauce, excellent service, reasonably priced, and an overall excellent dinner which included soup, salad, and bread (garlic and plain). The ample serving was tasty and filling. I highly recommend dining at Flippo's. You won't regret it and bring a good appetite!

We were there in the height of the drinner rush on a Saturday. As is often the case now, they appeared to be short staffed. Our waitress was hustling but was very pleasant, cordial and apologetic when the appetizer arrived quite a bit after the pizza. The plus side is that the food was very good. So even with the disorder, we had a yummy meal. This experience won't keep us away.

For years now, every single time we order delivery and request Sicilian style crust, we receive thin crust. When Filippo or his son would make the pizza it was perfect. The kids they have working there don't know how to make the crust correctly. The sauce also used to be a sweet sauce and that also hasn't been like that in years. Always sad when a great neighborhood restaurant goes downhill.

Still delicious. We typically get the hand tossed pizza. It's our go-to with its chewy crust topped with what we want that day. We do like thin crust a lot, but we also like variety on occasion.

Great atmosphere. Soft music. Lots of chatter among patrons. Always love to see people spending time WITH each other and not just near each other on phones. Great layout with the restaurant broken into different rooms making it feel more cozy. Service was great. Our server was attentive, friendly, and polite. She made recommendations and brought courses out timed well. It was little hiccup-y initially with the time it took to get drinks and order, but that was mostly on us. I'm sure it can get confusing when not everyone shows up at the same time, trying to balance our staggered appearance with having other patrons who also needed service. Once it was clear we were all there she was spot-on. One thing that was really weird is they only have one drink menu. Not one page. Literally one menu that gets moved from table to table when people ask for one. The food was excellent. I forgot to take a picture of my Zia Maria, and didn't realize it until it was half gone. Ice cream drink with Amaretto and Banana Liqueur, topped with whipped cream, and a cherry. YUM...E! One person ordered the Vegetable Combination appetizer for the table. The onion rings are breaded and oh so crunchy and the Fried Eggplant is crispy on the outside with a very creamy inside. Around the table we had Linguini with Fresh Shrimp and Clams, Homemade Baked Lasagna, Spiedini A la Siciliano, and two of us had the Tagliatelle A la Romano. The beef was so tender and flavorful. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their choices. So much food. Served with soup or tomato juice AND salad, garlic bread, and Italian bread - as well as breadsticks. I haven't seen breadsticks on a restaurant table in forever. So I had lunch today, and will have lunch again tomorrow. We would definitely go back,
