Long lines Always, bathrooms are filthy!! Saw a cockroach on the floor. This store has gone down in everything… style, cleanliness, 25 minutes waiting to get checked out! Feel terrible for those who work there!!!

I agree with all the reviews that the cashier lines are ridiculously long. It was never like this pre-covid. Today around 5 pm.... line was circling into the men's department. I waited 30 minutes or more to get checked out. 3 cashiers and 3 employees wandering around the check-out sorting clothes. What happened to take care of the customer? You need hands on management that's gonna get on a register and help the crew. I love the store but something needs to be done about the ling wait to cashiers.

Selection is good, a lot of shoes. From what I can tell they get new stock weekly and the store is very big. The lines there are a total hell-show. You'll spend 5-10 mins walking around and 30 minutes on line. I'm not sure how this is the case considering whenever I look I see at least 4-5 people working behind the counter but come at a later time. The line can go from the registers, through the line-ally, and down the store for what seems like 500+ feet.

Waiting on a very long line to RETURN an item. Ridiculous! REALLY MAKES YOU THINK TWICE IF YOU EVEN WANT TO BUY SOMETHING HERE ANYMORE! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Melissa, manager very unprofessional. I bought a comforter set and the associate forgot the security tag on it. I was headed back to him and Melissa waved at me and ask me for my TJX card to process a refund that I did not ask her for and she claims the comforter was more money and he’s going to get written up for selling it to me. I bought the item for the price on the tag so I’m not sure what her nasty attitude was all about. I don’t think I’ll be returning to marshals, I’ll shop at Burlington next door instead. Hire customer service trained staff especially if they’re managers if you want to keep your customers.

Marshall's is amazing if you go when they get new deliveries. You can't be expecting to find a " specific " article of clothing, you need to go in with an idea of what you want and look from there. There's hidden gems throughout the store. If you're looking to decorate your home and add style this is the store, they are the best with kitchen and home essentials and decor

Good deals. Hit and miss on items. Line was really long, but went by fairly quick.
