HUGE size portions!!! The food was good and came out fast but we over ordered by mistake because the portions are huge unlike most ‘all you can eat’ sushi places I know of. *There is an additional charge for leftovers* I am all for it to avoid food waste but each roll was THICC! Maybe offer a half size roll?? Or explicitly describe the portion size of what I’m ordering in the tablet. For a second I thought my grandma was in the kitchen because my friend rice portion was HUGE. There was always a server staring at me to make sure I wouldn’t throw the food out. I would look at them and they would stare at me like I’m insulting them. Dude I didn’t want to order all of this. When the order was received for a table of 2 maybe someone could come by to double check that we meant to order all that?? I’m pretty sure I did mention that it was my first time there. I felt scammed. The end: I ate all 10 lbs of food because mama aint raise no b. So that was my first visit a few months ago, tonight was my second visit. I checked everywhere in the menu and tablet and nowhere is mentioned how huge the portions are. There are also no games in the tablet. I wont come back unless I’m in a party of at least 4 because the servings are too big for even 2 people to share and experience a few different rolls.

Used to be a regular but not anymore now. Food quality and standards have gone down. Sushi rice tastes like vinegar. A lot of the sauces are just really sour in general. They add random ingredients to food thats not on the menu so its a mystery what youre going to eat. Excessive mustard seed was randomly added to some items for some reason and all you taste is the sour sauce and really spicy seeds. Certain food items tasted so bad you have to force yourself to finish. Always out of something but never updates the iPad. Somehow always has flies trying to get into your food that you have to keep swatting away. Plays the same song over and over. Not sure what happened to this place but going to try somewhere else instead.

We haven't been able to eat there because of the pandemic. But it feels like we never missed a day the food was so good and the service was great!

Had a fantastic experience and a great meal all around. Michael the owner was so kind and won us over whenever we decide to eat sushi. We loved the ginger dressing and asked if we can purchase some because the stores do not have ginger dressing as delicious as this. He came with 4 small containers of dressing for us to take home at no charge. This is how you keep a customer happy. My son is a regular there and recommends all his friends and co- workers to Sake. I can see why because I will be doing the same. Thank you Michael, you are a delightful man.

I have been to the massapequa location so maybe I had better expectations. The food quality fell flat. The atmosphere is nice just like the other location. The staff were nice.

Good food, excellent service. Nice selection. All you can eat option $32- Well worth it. Doesn't look like much from outside - this place is a local hidden gem!

We came in an hour and a half before they closed (apologetically, we made sure to ask if it was still okay to be seated and we ate fast to make sure we didn’t stay close to closing time), yet we felt rushed the entire time. The staff was passive aggressive and hovered around our table the whole time we were there. also something i’ve never experienced before is auto-gratuity on a bill when it was only 2 of us; I’m not sure if this is customary for all you can eat but after the behavior of the staff it felt like a final straw. I work in food service myself, the whole experience was very uncomfortable and we will not be going back. also a side note; the music they play is bizarre, it’s all generic covers of early 2010’s music but appears to be the same woman singing all of the songs. like an adult’s Kidz Bop.

I've been coming to this restaurant for many years and always enjoyed atmosphere and food. I went yesterday and did not like the service at all. They introduced new iPad to order all foods, which I did not like since I could not make special requests. I waited for 40 minutes for waitress to tell me they didn't have shrimp and short ribs. During my dinner, waitress did not check on the table I had to constantly wave her down. They seated us at small table in between two families instead of giving us a booth. Definitely not work $75 for all you can eat. Very disappointing this visit.

I will never be ordering again from this establishment. I consider myself a regular here , always ordering the lunch specials and coming on a regular basis to enjoy their sushi. Unfortunately last night will be my last time ordering from them. I placed a delivery order around 7:30pm to my job (they always deliver to me here) and in total I ordered 4 rolls. I only received 3 but was charged for 4. I contacted them upon delivery about the missing roll and they offered to give me store credit and I politely asked for a refund to my card. The woman on the phone put me to a brief hold and came back to tell me (this is at 8:30pm) they would send me the missing roll. My work is only 5-10 minutes away. Now it was 9:20 and I still did not get the roll. I called again and they said the delivery man “just left”. At 9:35 I call again and they said they were now closed and I would have to speak with someone tomorrow and was hung up on. I just got off the phone with them yet again and they gave me a hard time about being refunded. I have never experienced such a hard time trying to get the food I ordered or to he refunded for what was missing. Never eating here again.

I absolutely love this place, my boyfriend and I go easily once a week. The entire experience is everything you could ever want in a restaurant and more. The all you can eat sushi is such a deal and you are able to order at your own convenience through an iPad at the table. Everything you order comes out very quickly and we have never had to wait for a table. Between the unlimited (delicious!) food, the short waiting times, and friendly atmosphere I find it hard to want to go to any other restaurant on a date night.

Today I ordered food from these people, #1 The guy who took my order was very rude between my friend and I we paid $60 for food for them to forget to bring the soda when I called them back they said they were bring it right back an hour later the guys come back to give us the soda. The food was good but the service and the guy taking the orders was rude and for this I will never order from these guys ever again.

Sake Asian is our go-to spot for sushi in the area! We love their AYCE deal, which for $29.99 a person is really worth it - especially if you're as big a fan of sashimi as I am! They give you an iPad to order from and a printed menu for reference. It's always fun to punch in your order and hear the beeps at the chef station once it goes through. The service is quick, so there's never too long of a wait. The staff is super friendly too! Our favorite things to order are the salmon sashimi, rockies shrimp, harumaki, eel dragon roll, Snow White roll, Black Queen roll, and Mango Hawaii roll. We've also tried the salt & pepper squid and really enjoyed that. There are a number of other things we'd love to try from their menu, but we wish there were an option to get just a half serving because when we're doing AYCE we tend to sample a bit of everything rather than getting a big portion of just one kitchen dish. Our one gripe with the place is that half the restaurant is dark and under a blue/purple light. It must be to add to the ambience/feel of the place, but we're personally not much fans of eating in the dark. Last time we went, the waiter was nice enough to seat us in a more lit area on request. All in all, we love Sake Asian and have recommended it to many friends and neighbors in the area. Can't wait to return again soon!

My fiancé and I come here or order from here 1-2 times a week. We love it here and all the workers. Unfortunately we have to stop coming as the prices have risen. The rise of price in store for all you can eat is completely understandable and that we supported. But the rise of price on the website is insane. I’m not sure why the 10% off thing changed but we place the same order every week. Our order is normally $70. With the new website update and price increases the same order comes to $105. This is an insane amount to increase. I’m hoping it’s just a glitch and the 10% goes back to how it was. Otherwise we will have to find another place.

Would have gotten 5 stars but if im tipping i dont want to have to put in my own order, the new tablet order yourself thing is very impersonal. Food is great as always.........2023I had to edit my review to 2 stars. I used to go weekly but last few times I went the crab meat is Horrible! They switch to different suplier on food and it is sub par now. I have stopped going now.

Went here to celebrate Mother's Day with my husband. The food is amazing! The staff is very nice. The service was pretty quick, but a little hard to get the waiters/ waitresses attention. Music, setup of the restaurant and using ipads to place orders is very cool. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and would go back again.

The best Japanese cuisine on Long Island. While it certainly is a diamond in the rough; considering it’s empty lot location, this is an incredible addition to this small town and to Long Island itself. My wife and I have had countless dates here and always leave happy and full. We’ve watched them expand exponentially over the years and we love to see how the atmosphere and plethora of customers grown over the last 5 years. Their all you can eat is the best around and their specials are unique. If you enjoy limited time with the service they offer an iPad for ordering from the all you can eat menu, which is a lot so be prepared to scroll and scroll. Even with a crowded restaurant they are always very quick to provide top tier service and fresh food. I love this place!

I ordered sushi for take out and it was squished in one container, the avocado was brown, the soy sauce was a very light color it watered down. I ordered two combos and they didn’t give any miso soup or salad. They also didn’t give any ginger or wasabi with my order. Very disappointed

All you can eat sushi was very good and fresh. Ordered by IPad and brought to the table rather quickly. The only complaint is that the staff is not very friendly, barely talk to you or acknowledge you, very short with answers.

Food is excellent. Watch your prices. Lunch is advertised as 24.99. They charge 28.99. The lady told me the boss is too busy to change. I didn't get a refund. Poor customer service

Coming to this place for years probably 2x monthly. Unfortunately, not as good after new owners took over. Haven’t tried the new restaurant but all you can eat isn’t as good. I always liked that for an all you can eat you watch chefs prepare your food fresh. Now I’m not sure what they prepare because I was told my food is premade so I can’t order without crunch. If it is made fresh what does that mean. Sorry I don’t want crunch all my rolls. Also don’t claim the chefs make fresh if it’s sitting in trays in the back room. It was never a problem under the old management

The best quality sushi that I've ever had. The all you can eat is absolutely fantastic. Best quality and for only a fraction of the price I usually spend on sushi. I only wish they were closer to me.

I found SAKE sushi from searching all you can eat sushi and the reviews and pictures looked promising. When we first pulled up we almost drove away because their store front looks very dumpy because it’s in a strip mall. I’m glad we gave it a shot because the food was awesome. Very large selection of specialty rolls and plenty of options for people who don’t eat sushi. My only caution is don’t order rolls the way you would at other AYCE sushi joints because their rolls are massive in fact all their portions are large.(I defiantly walked out in pain lol) But all in all one of the better AYCE sushi restaurants I’ve eaten at on LI.

Always enjoy bringing my family here to eat on special occasions. They have upped their prices a little bit but they are still a great deal. Sometimes the orders might come out a little slow but the food is reliably good. If you are looking for a quiet dinner, this place may not be for you because on popular days it can be fairly crowded.

Delicious sushi. It never stopped coming! I also loved their system of ordering. The ambiance in the restaurant is very relaxing. The food was properly cooked as well and it was A LOT. It was worth the money! It's my go to place when visiting the area!

The all you can eat sushi option is phenomenal and the sushi always tastes delicious. The staff can be a little hit or miss with being pleasant but my overall experiences were all positive. One of my favorite spots to go with a decent sized group to eat and talk.

Went out for dinner and was surprised by new additions to the menu, tried a bunch and was not disappointed. All you can eat was about $30/person and worth it

NO STARSSSS!! I use to love this place. I was coming here for years. I ordered food online one day and they called and said I didn’t tip and how much will I be tipping!( I tip cash, never tipped online) First off, it’s beyond rude and unprofessional to call and ask for a tip! I didn’t even receive my service yet!!! Second, a tip is optional! I gave you money by choosing your restaurant and a tip is extra! I go to the restaurant because I am pissed, I ask to speak with a manager and of course the girl lies and says she’s the manager. While I’m there expressing my frustration and how angry I am, THEY STILL ASKED WHAT AM I TIPPING. Lost me as a customer forever!
