Nice and clean store. Fast delivery.

This store was super busy. Drive thru had a very long line but it was moving nicely. Went in, placed my order and it was done in record time. My attendant not only took my order perfectly, she also assisted the other staff members as well, flawlessly. If you ask me she kept everything running smoothly. As I exited the store with my order, I told her she deserved a raise or a promotion.

Horrible service! The woman putting the food for pick up was just throwing the food on the counter with no regard. She didn't check the order before she threw it on the counter. The order was missing the avocado spread and a fork. I walked back in to ask for it. They then realized they had none. Want a refund? Sure. I would have preferred better service in realizing they didn't have what I ordered instead of giving me the order incomplete and NEVER realizing or offering a refund before I asked for it. Lack luster, poor service and definitely not worth spending money or time there. Never again.

Ordered at the drive through. She read back my order and then I got to the window and she hands me only 1 of the 2 things I ordered which was made hot instead of iced as asked. Then tells me they can't fix it because they don't take orders at the window, meanwhile I already paid for it... great way to do business

Nice Starbucks, no complaints here. Just was out of some materials likely due to supply chain hiccups. Decent coffee decent price.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is always happy and cheerful which is the best way to start my day. I often ask for things off of the secret menu and they always give me great advice. I've never been disappointed. They are also very military friend and always support the troops.

Every time I come inside, I’m greeted. The store is always very clean. They always have oat milk when I request it. The different drive thru operators are always really friendly especially Jamie. She’s very polite and asks about my day which goes a long way. 🤘🏾.

It's a typical Starbucks, pricey, but very clean. Most of the workers are friendly, however, one worker, whom I will not name, is very rude. There have been multiple instances when this has happened.

The caramel Frappuccino’s were the worst I’ve ever had for 16 dollars and change me and my wife will never be back this location. It literally tasted like water no caramel drizzled on top of the whip cream for us to go back and wait in that line again we’d rather just not go back to the store and suck up the $16 and change loss

The staff is always friendly, they always get my order correct and they make the best Frappuccino’s.

I love this location! I pass by at least two other locations to get my coffee simply because they staff is always so welcoming and nice! - Specifically the morning staff since I typically get my coffee on the way to work. Even when a mistake was made with my order, the team was so sincere in fixing the order - mistakes happen especially for how busy they are! The simple "good morning" shouts do make my day!

They are fast, but the drinks are never as flavorful as the other locations. The flavored lattes just seems to fall flat unlike the other locations where you can taste the added flavors to them.

Very kind and friendly staff. Mobile order completed quickly. Only issue is that I feel that they skimp out on some ingredients. For example, pumpkin flavor at other Starbucks I go to outside this particular place is much more flavorful. You can even tell the pumpkin foam color isn’t “as orange” as other places. I’ve gone elsewhere when I want my “pumpkin fix”

This starbucks is always slow, out of everything, the manager doesn't care about anything. They will give you things you didn't order because the things you ordered they don't have however they won't tell you they switched your stuff.

Nice Starbucks. Wasn't too busy. Staff busy with drive thru. Tables weren't cleaned but again - they are slammed so def not the fault of the staff. Was pleasant enough.

I didn’t know what I wanted so I asked the girl working wait to take my other to suggest something & came up with Vanilla & Chocolate with cookie crumbles on top of whipped cream I finished in 2 minutes. Custom made cross over Frappuccino not on the menu I want again today. Hum I think I’m being torn between D&D & Starbucks now. Triple espresso is much better at Starbucks. This location has an excellent staff

I'm not sure about their food. However, their cappuccinos are to die for my wife goes thru withdraws! One suggestion if you like strong risotto long shot ! Absolutely delicious, and their cinnamon cold Frappuccino as well. Employees are nice place is clean!

Got 2 drinks a Caramel Frappuccino and Starwberry creme blended. Both drinks were horrible. Don't know if it's the new guy or something, but the Caramel Frappuccino is super sour and undrinkable while the strawberry creme blend is bland and tastes like they blended water with strawberry and that's it. The whip creme has more flavor than the drinks.

In the last 8 times I have gone there to order a pink drink they were either out of the heavy cream or the refresher. Ridiculous to be a Starbucks and to always be out of something. Never going back there again.

Service was super fast and the staff are helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere!!

Your customers love awkwardly getting asked to tip at the drive thru after they paid over $5 dollars for a cup of coffee. Are you insane? Bad business.

Starbucks is okay if you are craving sugar. This had to be a once in a while treat. The team that comes up with these drinks need to rethink what they are selling to our young kids and young adults. It's hard enough trying to get our kids to eat healthy. Is there anyway to make these drinks more healthy

First time there, but the servers helped me find something that I liked.

Racist! Racist ! Racist! I was waiting there for 15 min , 2 representatives were busy doing their own thing. I asked if anyone can take my order , then she came and with a rude tone took my order. Then waited another 15 min for a tall Frappuccino. When I asked if my order is ready she said there’s other orders were being made, I was the only customer there by the way. I never felt racism in any other Starbucks, but this Starbucks experience was not very pleasant.
