Had to repeatedly ask for utensils and napkins, ended up having to eat out appetizer with our hands, and nothing to wipe our hands on. Salad was mostly the core of the lettuce. Asked for my steak to be medium, they brought out an absolutely incinerated, completely gray piece of meat, and the mashed potatoes were cold. They offered to quickly make another one, half hour later it finally comes out. Everybody else was done eating, I told them to keep it. This place has really gone down hill. They took the steak that I never got off the bill, but didn't even offer anything to compensate me for the absolutely horrible experience. Never again. I would give zero stars if I could.

Walked in around 4pm on a Saturday hoping to order something from their lunch menu, but that menu appears to only be available Monday through Friday. Hector, our server, was pleasant and attentive. I ordered the spicy meatloaf and my companion ordered steak and shrimp. The meatloaf was served in two flat slabs with two different sauces slathered on top. I was a bit underwhelmed by the look of the meatloaf but the taste was good. The sauce was spicier than I anticipated but it wasn’t overpowering. The mashed potatoes were quite creamy and didn’t have much texture. The mixed veggies were good although they could’ve been served with some sort of seasoning. I had to add salt and pepper to give them flavor. The only hiccup was that my companion received coconut shrimp instead of the grilled shrimp, but Hector said that we could keep the coconut shrimp and they’d bring us the grilled shrimp. That basically resulted in a free appetizer, which was nice. I like the atmosphere in this location. The booths are situated in an way where you feel a bit of isolation from other diners. The lighting is dim, but pleasant. The only negative was the horrible music being played.

Had a awful week medically speaking and went to eat where I was treated like a queen. Melissa made me smile and took a decision off of me. She created a combo to ensure I got exactly what I want during a very uncertain week!

I came to outback today after a hard day of work with my partner just expecting to eat but i was absolutely taken aback by the exceptional service by Kira. I was anxious about changing my order and she made me feel comfortable and changed my order right away. She is the sweetest waitress i’ve ever had! Having her as my waitress made my day 100x better. (the man that sat us was amazing too but i forgot his name :) ).

Ive have been going to outback since I was 10 years old, and let me tell you this outback is the best one yet. The hosts are always welcoming to all the guest, the wait staff are always on point when we are seated. Within the first 30 seconds of being seated, I have server at my table ready to take my drink order every time I come in to dine. Unlike the Westbury location where I have to wave someone down to take my order. My steaks are always juicy and flavorful, cooked to loving perfection. I live closer to other outbacks but I choose to drive a little bit longer to have a better outback experience.

This place has wonderful service. We went for lunch and Mike our waiter took really good care of us. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We told him we were super hungry and he quickly brought us bread and our drinks. We didn’t have to wait long for anything. When our meals came out everything was PERFECT.

Love this place, best in town to have a delicious dinner and spend time with the family. This last visit Jose was the server who help us, his service was outstanding, he is very knowledgeable of the menu and he has a great sense of humor. We had a great time, thank you Jose, thank you Outback team.

Everything was on point. David was polite and pleasant, listened to requests and concerns and addressed them. They were also attentive without being overbearing which I appreciate. Service was prompt with everyone working together. The food was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfect temp. There was nothing to be improved upon.

Came tonight to have dinner and Ashley was our server. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She takes her time getting to know you, helping recommend drinks and dinner options. She makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. She went above and beyond to make sure our night was perfect. Ashley ensured our food was timed out properly. We never felt rushed to finish and go to the next course. 15/10 service !!

Excellent service and very attentive servers. I actually did not like my meal (I'm super picky ok). Well my server immediately saw I was unhappy and got me something else that I enjoyed very much! Thank you for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend the new Aussie menu they have with the Tim Tam dessert. Tastes like a Snickers, really good 👍

We had a great evening at Outback in no small part due to our server, Julia. The food was great but the service was top notch! Julia was very personable and made us feel comfortable instantly. Her wealth of knowledge about the menu and menu suggestions were right on point. We truly had a great experience and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Our server, David was kind & attentive. The food was excellent. I only have the atmosphere 4 stars because I felt a bit warm on a muggy day, but that's just me - and the vodka.

I had a great time at this location. The food came out very fast and the staff was very friendly. My waitress name was Daisy and she really made sure to make sure our night went by smooth. Will be coming again soon!!

We drive 30 min specifically to this Outback Steakhouse and that’s because our experience here the first time was SO GREAT!! Julia was our server and her personality was just so great, she was always on top of everything, made me and my family feel so comfortable and felt cared for, every time we come here we always ask for Julia and we always get her. She 10 stars out of 5 in my book. And 10/10 clean restrooms as well. Thank you Julia for your Hard work and dedication, your are great. :)

They seemed short staffed, I felt bad for our server (covering the bar and all the booths around the bar), but she was great! Lunch was good size portions for the prices. Go enjoy yourselves !!!

Overall as expected from a food perspective. Blooming onion a must. And always get the bread. But at this particular location the star was nice and courteous. But there was a but of a wait on food. Seemed due to the limited staff. I would return but would likely wait until after the pandemic.

I brought my dad and uncle out for lunch today and we are so beyond happy with how great the service and food was. It was a wonderful experience and Julia, our server made it perfect. She was pleasant and attentive. The service was fast and our food came out perfect. We will absolutely be back!

First I would like to take the time to say thank you for bringing my love back to Outback. From the moment we walked in the entire vibe was just there. Greeted with smiles and professionalism the entire time. Food was prepared exactly how I wanted and the Manager, I believe her name was Gina, came to our table and made sure we were all set. Although the food and service were very good, the different phases of the meal came too fast. I still had my appetizer to finish and my main course was brought out. I ordered filet mignon with lobster. The steak was great but the lobster portion was so small it was insulting.

The food was good the server was amazing. Knew the menu and was super friendly. His name was mike A. I think i would only come back if he was my server again. They had no dishes which was weird

I was very disappointed with the service. I'm disabled and the server saw that. She took her sweet time bringing all of our food. The server should have kept bringing bread and she didn't. The food was good but the service big 👎. I was trying to pay and I waited 15 minutes before having to give my check with my credit card in it to the bartender to run my card to pay. It wasn't even busy whatsoever!

We usually eat at Outback in Lindenhurst once per month. Covid protocols are followed. Our servers have been very good and make good recommendations for food and drinks. The manager is very engaging with the kids, and even talk to them about the shows they are watching which is cool. The food and drinks are excellent. I particularly love the juicy steak. Parking is on the premises so no problems with looking for parking, and the prices are reasonable. The kids always enjoy their meals. We will continue to eat here.

I went tonight to outback and had an amazing service Danielle. She accommodated everything my filet was cooked to perfection and my mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were delicious. She was fast diligent and made sure everyone was happy. I have been to this location before and also have been served by Daisy who is a very amazing server as well. I will definitely be back! 💅

The best cheese fries and ranch EVER! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is so great! We had Kira as our server and she was so personable, attentive, and funny!! I have food allergies and it is very difficult to eat out and trust restaurants not to kill me. Jill is a great manager, she personally looks after my food to make sure everything comes out correctly. Julia G. is such an amazing waitress, she is wonderful with my allergies as well, she is so sweet and attentive. Thank you to chef Milton for cooking my food as per my allergies so I can enjoy eating out! Thank you to Outback Lindenhurst for taking allergies seriously.

We were served by Mike P and he was attentive, respectful and had a fun personality. He was the high point of the experience. Steaks were average to slightly better than average. Prices were reasonable. Choices outside of beef are limited.

This Location was usually always good in the past when I’d sit down and eat but i took carry out today and i was disappointed personally with how my food came out. I just ordered the cheese fries appetizer and a Cesar salad with cucumbers added into it and the fries barely had any cheese on them i ended up adding more of my own that i had home luckily and still they came out decent but soggy. The salad was ehh and they literally only put 4 very thin slices of cucumber in my salad. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again in the near future.

Our server Amanda was amazing tonight. We ordered a beer that was out of stock and she honored the deal anyways. My steak came out a little over cooked and she took it back and asked if we wanted something to snack on while we wait. She was so attentive and extremely friendly. We will definitely be back.

Ordered a steak dinner two different times for my eight year old carnivore, vegetarian myself🤔😂. At any rate she thoroughly enjoyed both meals. I would recommend avoiding delivery, third party made a huge delay of it, but the meal,. "super delicious" according to her. The phone staff was exceptionally helpful in helping me order the right order for her. Will definitely order or dine in there again.

Ive been coming to outback in Lindenhurst for years, but my best experience has been when Sydney brought out my food & drinks! Shes was such a sweetheart and was there whenever I needed anything! All the food was brought out so quickly and everything was so good! Couldn’t recommend this outback more, especially if Sydney is working!

Great experience it was my first time there and I loved it. Also, my waiter Elijah was more than helpful. Didn’t have to ask twice for anything he checked up on us. I’ll definitely come back and hopefully I can get Elijah to be my waiter again!

My family and I went to outback yesterday and I must say the customer service there is amazing. Our server Tre was so funny and he always came back at the perfect times to see if we needed anything. And on top of that the food was amazing! I will definitely be coming back soon!

I couldn’t have had a better experience for my to go order. My to go sever was Natalia. She made sure to introduce herself, was all smiles, very polite, and efficient. I didn’t have to wait for my order at all and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back, such great staff!!
