I
went
to
place
an
order
through
the
app
which
I
normally
do
but
the
order
wouldn't
go
through
due
to
an
error
but
upon
checking
my
bank
account
through
my
bank
app
the
payment
for
said
order
was
deducted.
So
I
go
into
this
Taco
Bell
location
and
explain
the
situation
to
a
woman
who
I
assume
was
a
manager,
she
said
my
order
wasn't
showing
up
in
their
system.
After
explaining
to
her
that
I
had
been
charged
she
told
me
she
has
to
call
someone
about
it
and
disappeared
I'm
guessing
into
the
back
office.
When
she
returned
she
said
the
money
would
be
refunded
within
a
few
hours.
I
explained
I
didn't
want
a
refund
I
wanted
my
order
in
which
she
replied
the
order
wasn't
in
their
system
there's
nothing
she
can
do
and
even
threatened
to
call
the
police
after
I
pleaded
my
case.
Listen,
I've
been
to
retail
stores
where
if
I'm
charged
they
honor
that
as
proof
of
order.
She
could
have
given
me
my
order.
I
showed
her
both
my
bank
app
so
she
could
see
the
charge
as
well
as
the
Taco
Bell
app
so
she
could
see
the
error.
The
issue
was
on
their
end
not
mine.
Due
to
this
as
well
as
other
times
I've
been
in
there
and
had
to
wait
long
periods
of
time
I
won't
be
coming
back.
Terrible
customer
service.
I
don't
recommend
this
location
to
anyone
and
if
you
want
Taco
Bell
go
to
the
one
on
Sunrise
great
customer
service
and
you'll
be
out
quicker
.
