I went for my first solid meal after having mouth surgery. I had silver dollar pancakes scrambled eggs. It was delicious, and the waitress was very kind and friendly. IAll their food is made fresh.👍💐❤️

My grandson son Enzo likes the pan cakes.....

Came to have dinner with the family… they were having some issues with the new computer system, however Ricky and Kahliel handled the situation flawlessly! Ricky made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely pleasant. His response to my nephew was awesome, treated him like a regular adult and not a kid. Very refreshing! My nephew stated that his plate was “made to perfection” and we all have to agree. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!

Service excellent the waitress was so nice friendly and she took are orders quickly, branding are food fast, hot plenty coffee and anything that we need it, my family was happy how the waitress did everything, thank you for everything 😀

We go there often. Find the staff to be very friendly, great service, and meals are always to our liking.

If I could I’d give them 0 stars. I went there because I got a gift card for my birthday which is the day we went. My cowboy burger bun was rock solid if I threw it at the window the window would break. The burger was dry. The French fries were cold. I then asked for cheesecake pancakes which was supposed to come with cheesecake pieces in the pancakes but instead there were 5 pieces of the cheesecake pieces on top. They were cold and under cooked. I went to pay with a gift card where I had to put the amount of the bill in. The server couldn’t get it to work then proceeded to tell me I had to pay for it the gift they don’t take that kind of gift card even though it says ihop on it. So I basically had to pay for my birthday dinner since my fiancé went to get the car. I will never step foot into that ihop again.

I was seated near the kitchen and it was a bit noisy. Listening to the employees have their personal conversations loudly was off-putting. Service was still good and my food was well prepared. Management just needs to regulate the conduct on the serving floor.

I have to say I was EXTREMELY upset at my dine in. It was a Tuesday and these 2 poor servers were running around like madman. When I asked what was the issue? They said It was just the 2 of them and their boss left them with no host, frankly I was appalled. I saw them sit everyone in the front, serve us and clean their own tables. IHOP needs to work on how they treat their employees. Because this is ridiculous. The wait for the food was a while and my chicken was extremely dry. I’m not putting any blame to the servers they were great but IHOP should really get their act together….

Waited 1 hour to get food bill was $61 dollars CRAZY. Not the waiters fault bad mgt. Won't go back cheaper at a GOOD DINER. Eggs over easy with bacon chicken waffle (1) waffle shake juice & coffee ... NOT WORTH THE PRICE & WAIT.

They way they have their dining area set up it can feel a bit crowded unless you are sitting in the booths by the windows. We love going to ihop. In this particular instance though, the guests in the middle part of the dining area that sat after us got their food served before ours was though their order was taken much later than ours. By the time we received our food it was room temperature to cold. We skipped breakfast for this and were super hungry. We decided against aggravating the kitchen by asking for a redo as many establishments are not as honest in quality when having to do something over and we didn'twant to risk it. Plus, it seemed as if the kitchen may have cooked it on time but it just wasn't served to us on time. We tried to eat some but took the rest home to reheat. But will avoid this location unless it's in a midweek when it is less crowded and they can handle their load of responsibilities effectively.

Great experience of freshly prepared breakfast options. We visited as a family of eight with young kids. Ordered a variety of options like veggies omelette, pan cakes, French toasts, shrimps, and multiple of drinks and lemonade. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff was super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. The server was very helpful with the app, and was nice. Food was excellent! The best pancakes! I think the place should be updated design wise. My seat had tons of duct tape on it. But it’s an excellent place and I will be back again soon! Thanks!

I let our server know I have a dairy allergy. Had to switch out pancakes for toast. Chef actually came to the table to explain that omelets had buttermilk as well. He whipped mine up with fresh eggs, no problem. 90% of the time, I have to send my food back because they put cheeses or cream sauce after asking no, no,no! Appreciate the personal attention and understanding. Dairy allergy really makes it a pain to go out for meals. Thank you!

This IHOP was so great! The staff is so friendly here. Service is outstanding! I can't say enough great things about this place. The food was perfect. Got to meet the manager. She sets an extraordinary example to her staff on how to work, be polite, and give great service to every single customer.

Waited 15 minutes at our table and nobody came to bring us coffee, take our order, or even greet us to say they were busy and thanks for your patience. They weren't busy anyway, so I'm not sure what was up. Left and went to the diner down the street where our breakfast was amazing.

After placing order it took 50 minutes for them to make eggs and pancakes. The waiter didn't even come over once to see if we needed more refills on our drinks .horrible service we left without our breakfast.

The service was decent, the food was okay. I've had way better breakfast at local dinners. Nothing to write home about, or really talk highly of. The prices are a bit too high for what you get.

Blueberry pancakes were so good. Our waiter whose name I didn't get was awesome. Such a happy smile, attentive. Just great

I’m 5 months pregnant. I stopped at this location before dropping my daughter off at her Daddy’s house. We ordered to go. We ended up waiting an hour for our food. After waiting an hour, I noticed they got our order wrong. We then waited another 20 minutes for them to correct the problem. The manager who was present didn’t offer us anything to rein-compensate for all the time wasted. I honestly just wanted to do a refund, but I was trying to be the bigger person. Then to my surprise when I got home. There was no utensils, no ketchup, no syrup for my pancakes. They gave me half a container of gravy for my mash potatoes. Which was the smallest container for a double side of mash. My daughter didn’t get any gravy for her potatoes. I was so upset I wanted to cry out of frustration. Again I was as polite as I could be. I tried to be understanding being that the gentleman and young lady who attended me were very kind. The service was just terrible.

Great food, great service. Will visit again. The 3-9 pm Happy Hour is a good deal while it lasts. Be sure to do the survey after and enter code on your receipt for a free item within 30 days on your next visit.

The food was not all that. IHOP has made their plates smaller to make it look like they have given you alot of food. The chicken fried steak tasted old and hash browns tasted burnt. They also put a device on the syrup so that it pours out really slow. The pancakes were really good. Service sucked.

Service was slow, but it may have been because it was busy. We also had more than a few missing or incorrect items when we received the food. Overall service could have been much better.

Trash! I ask for my toppings to be put on the side because it was a to-go order they failed to do that. The French toast was hard as if the bread they used was stale, and so much more. The bottom line is I will never go there ever again! I suggest you don't either, at least not this location. I will not visit any IHOP nowhere. The two times I went they fumbled.

I came here today and did a pickup and I have to say I LOVED IT! The food was awesome! I’ve had such horrible experience with other ihops before but this one was great. The moment I walked in someone assisted me immediately and they were really friendly and nice especially the guy with the red shirt . The food was quick but it was made really well. Thank you guys!

It was delicious. I was craving pancakes but I was not sure which plate I wanted to go with. I ordered the scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage and French fries and a side of strawberry/banana pancakes with whip cream and I ate the whole thing and I am a small person . I loved every bit of it the pancakes were my desert they melted in my mouth like butter. I felt I was eating my Birthday cake when I was eating my pancakes. It was great.

My eggs were ice cold and greasy and the bacon rubbery. My partner's steak omelet had steak at one end and hash browns at the other instead of having it all mixed together.

Worst experience with this location and Door Dash. Not only did they ruin my brunch but also another customers because they mixed up our orders. When contacting Doordash they merely said wait 24 hrs for review of claim and feel free to rate the store and driver. It happens to be mothers day and due to an impending medical procedure the mother could not be in an area with a lot of people due to concerns over contracting COVID-19 so an IHOP brunch sounded cool until everything beyond payment went wrong. Forget about if the orders mixed up have ingredients that either party may have allergies with. I have been a frequent visitor to my neighborhood ihop but never again. How relationships and traditions are ruined....

My step-son took his father and me out for breakfast for Father’s Day. My plain scramble eggs had some green things and seeds in it (which could have been pepper), he took it back scraped out as much as he saw and spread the rest of the egg around the dish. Still some seeds and green in part of the egg. They should have made a new dish for me. My husband’s french toast was cold and hard. My stepson’s pancakes were not fluffy and they were overcooked and burnt. A terrible Father’s day breakfast that cost $50.00 plus tip. Not happy about our experience. We don’t plan on returning.

Typical IHOP fare with good service. As usual, parking can be tight during busy times.

Very disappointed with a delivery order. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and an Oreo milkshake and instead I got chocolate milk. Also ordered a burger with fries but they didn’t even give much fries to the order. Just because it is a mobile order doesn’t mean the service should be dropping. Thankfully got refunded, but still poor management by not checking what they are sending out.

Terrible terrible customer service. Employees must be train how to greet customers. Will never come back to this place again. No stars.

Brandon was amzing he mde my experience at Ihop wonderful he was attentive polite and our food was out within minutes. I have not been out alot since Covid but because of Brandon I will makecthis my new sunday beeakfast spot. I watched him take care of other tables with same courtesy. He soulh be recognized for his proffesionalism and representation of this establishment.

Came in and received dirty cups with greasy fingerprints, asked for a burger with no onions and they still put onions, went to eat my fries and found hair in it. Never coming to this location again.

For breakfast: Good food Inside or take out. The right food is ready quickly and tastes good. Better than most diners. Don't forget the pancakes. My wife and daughter love them. You can order family feasts and set the tone for a great Holiday morning. Also: Great burgers and Chicken fried steak. My parents love the Turkey. If you take the menu for what it is, no issues. It's not fine dining, it's IHOP Tasty food every time.
