So the staff was friendly. That’s a start. But the pizza is very subpar. Not bad if you’re just looking for bread with sauce and cheese. But i’m sorry, if you’re looking for good pizza, then drive another two miles to mulberry street. The location was nothing special either. Please spruce up this place. I want to support local, that’s why i tried you in the first place. Alberts Pizza has potential but is not living up to it currently.

Heard a strange thing about this location after also hearing it was not very good. I had heard that it has improved but for some reason they are no longer oiling the pans the Albert's original square pies are baked in. WHAT! I stopped today and had two slices. The sauce and cheese were as good as I remember. The crust was OK but sorely missed the crispiness that is made by oiling the pans. Why would you want to change such an iconic and delicious pizza recipe? Unless I hear differently, I'll be patronizing Copaigue only from now on. Sorry.

Ordered a pie which I always get from them and ordered an Italian hero. Called Slice to complain about the hero 1 slice of ham, 1 salami and 1 slice of cheese along with tomato and practically a head of lettuce to make up for the lack of meat. They claim this is how they prepare it. For $9.25 they need to add some meat to it. Needless to say I will no longer order anything from them since they refused to credit me for the hero.

I had 2 regular slices and a small Pepsi for 5 bucks. You can't beat that and to make it even better the pizza was the best I've had in a while. The crust was crispy but not burned. The sauce was good as was the taste of the dough...and just the right amount of cheese and seasoning. Bueno!!!

Pizza nasty , if you want some good pizza go to Gino's right around the corner on 109 . Even for a quick bite fresh . They pizza dry with no flavor at all , I see why they ratings are 3.9

This guys pizza is just awful. The thinnest pizza ever and the sauce for the pizza is equally bad. The owner is an indian maniac whos either screaming at his customers or his employees constantly over every little thing. The place gets super busy and the counter girls are pretty good but the pizza is awful. I must admit that his dinners are extremely good and have a different and better sauce but the owners such a raving nut who the heck wants to deal with him?

They charge for PLATES. PLATES!!! Should I continue? I wish I could leave less than one star, but okay. Pizza is subpar, sauce is terrible. No flavor. Cheap ingredients. Look at the sad photo attached. Woman on the phone had the nerve to say "we charge for utensils because everything's expensive". I'm sorry, I didn't know that was my problem. My pops owned 4 restaurants back in his day. Never heard of that before. Don't go here. CHUCK E cheese blows this pizza away. Take a look at my receipt. I got 3 pies, service charge, and we tipped the driver 20%... They refused a refund and said we get a $2.00 credit for next time.. You can keep it...

i was honestly upset that i had a bad experience here. their food is good but when you call to order, there's a man talking in the background distracting the poor girl from taking my order, really not sure if hes trying to help or not but she cant listen to both of us at the same time. i ordered a second time with my coworkers at 12:30pm and they told us it was too big of an order, sorry i work at a large office and its lunch time???? they ended up giving us something wrong and when we called to see if we can get the correct one, the same man, told us we were wrong and not to call and order ever again? very disappointed.

I like this place. Most pizza places in my area just don't make a good pie anymore. Very oily or burnt crust not enough cheese you name it. But Albert's makes a great pie. Have been ordering from here for the last two months and have yet to be disappointed by them.

Food was great. Had two regular slices and some garlic knots. Staff were very nice and quick. I ordered online and food was ready for pick up at the correct time. Really great experience and food was great. Will repeat for sure. :)

The food is always the best, it's my favorite pizza on LI, that Albert's style upside down pie cannot be beat. The store manager was also great, I made an assumption which wound up being incorrect and he replaced it for me without hesitation which was not necessary. Great customer service, thank you

It’s been a long time since we ordered from Alberts but must say it was delicious and the best we’ve had in awhile!

I been eating Albert's since the 90's I'm a fatboy at heart I love that pie with extra cheese and extra sauce the comes with the cheese on the bottom and the sauce on top but you can order the other way as well

My girlfriends parents catered from here for Christmas. Everything was pretty bad. Most of the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in then and they were overcooked. The penne alla vodka had no flavor. The chicken parm was barely chicken parm. Also flavorless. No breading on the chicken. If you're going to let quality of your food drop drastically when catering you shouldn't cater. Don't cater from here

The owner looks very miserable and the workers need to learn to how to pay attention. Also don't post a sign regarding everyone must wear a mask when in fact I've noticed the workers and even the owner had no mask on nor did the driver making pizza boxes. Fair warming before I contact the Suffolk County Health Department...

The square pie with sauce on top of the cheese is absolutely amazing.

Today I called in a delivery order at 6pm, spoke to Nikki who took my or incorrectly. I asked for a chicken Caesar salad and only received a Caesar salad. After the delivery man came and went we noticed the salad did not have chicken on it so we looked at the bill and why it was so expensive if we did not receive chicken on the salad...according to the bill we were charged a delivery fee of $2.66. In addition to the $2 tip we gave the driver. I called back and spoke to Nikki and said the driver would return the extra $2 tip to us. The man never showed so I called back at 8:30pm. Nikki insisted that that she never had a problem with the delivery fee before and I said I wouldn't have had a problem with it if someone told me about it prior to giving extra money for a tip. The man did not deserve a $5 tip. I said to her I wanted to speak to a manager and the so called manager Estaban got on the phone who barely spoke English, I asked him what he was the manager of and in broken English the pizza place and hung up the phone on me...I almost died don't think he was the manager of anything. I called back to get Nikki on the phone and I asked who the owner is and she said Giuseppe but he wouldn't be back for another week, I'm sure that is a lie as well. This place is a joke and I deserve to be compensated for the inconvenience and the aggravation I was put through.

Do not order from them they don’t care about you. Move on plenty of other pizza places on the island.

-An hour to deliver my food, I live 5 minutes away -Pizza is cold -Garlic knots are cold -Forgot my soda ONE STAR IS TOO MANY Oh and that was the worst tasting buffalo chicken slice of my life.
