Today
I
called
in
a
delivery
order
at
6pm,
spoke
to
Nikki
who
took
my
or
incorrectly.
I
asked
for
a
chicken
Caesar
salad
and
only
received
a
Caesar
salad.
After
the
delivery
man
came
and
went
we
noticed
the
salad
did
not
have
chicken
on
it
so
we
looked
at
the
bill
and
why
it
was
so
expensive
if
we
did
not
receive
chicken
on
the
salad...according
to
the
bill
we
were
charged
a
delivery
fee
of
$2.66.
In
addition
to
the
$2
tip
we
gave
the
driver.
I
called
back
and
spoke
to
Nikki
and
said
the
driver
would
return
the
extra
$2
tip
to
us.
The
man
never
showed
so
I
called
back
at
8:30pm.
Nikki
insisted
that
that
she
never
had
a
problem
with
the
delivery
fee
before
and
I
said
I
wouldn't
have
had
a
problem
with
it
if
someone
told
me
about
it
prior
to
giving
extra
money
for
a
tip.
The
man
did
not
deserve
a
$5
tip.
I
said
to
her
I
wanted
to
speak
to
a
manager
and
the
so
called
manager
Estaban
got
on
the
phone
who
barely
spoke
English,
I
asked
him
what
he
was
the
manager
of
and
in
broken
English
the
pizza
place
and
hung
up
the
phone
on
me...I
almost
died
don't
think
he
was
the
manager
of
anything.
I
called
back
to
get
Nikki
on
the
phone
and
I
asked
who
the
owner
is
and
she
said
Giuseppe
but
he
wouldn't

back
for
another
week,
I'm
sure
that
is

lie
as
well.
This
place
is
a
joke
and
I
deserve
to
be
compensated
for
the
inconvenience
and
the
aggravation
I
was
put
through.
