Gross, I hope I don't get sick! My spicy chicken sandwich was uncooked🤢🤢. Customer's beware!

Three times I've been given the incorrect order and on the 4th time they completely lost my order and had to go inside and demand a refund. The gentleman at the window doesn't speak into the mic and is completely incoherent. One total given at speaker and different total given at window. The food is usually cold by the time I make a 3 min ride home. This will be the last time I visit a burger King and it's unfortunate they can't get staff who actually care. The workers at the window are clearly distracted by there phones. When I tried to repeat my order to the manager he walked away 3 times and the kid man at the window then gave me an attitude for asking why my order got lost in the first place. 17.39 was the first total ... the 20.46 at the window. I ordered a number 8 and he had no idea what I had ordered by the time I got to the window. Burgerking in west babylon need to fire the entire staff and screen with corporate. Worst fast food experience of my entire life especially after just wanting a meal after a 14hr day. They mess up so many times I usually just let it go. This was completely unacceptable. I work in service customer service and in a specialty industry. This is completely and totally unacceptable and an outrage. Burgerking you are better than that but unfortunately you lost a customer for life ! Hire employees who actually want to serve your customers and dont screw around and mumble into the headset. The manager gave the window guy a fist bump... I'd tell him your fired !!!.... in top of that he gave me the incorrect receipt back with the incorrect change. No apologie no nothing!!!!!

I went inside to order takeout. I was immediately helped by an extremely friendly employee. He was very helpful and answered the questions I had. Very clean.

Very surprising how fresh the food tasted compared to other Burger Kings in the area. There was no taste of oil and very delicious.

Hand down best bk the island. The manager who is running the evening shift this Friday night is doing an exceptionally amazing job. Very accommodating with fast service and hot fresh 👌 quality food.

Drive thru orders always messed up whenever I come here lately. Ask for specifics & get it repeated back. Still wrong. Even a couple of weeks ago when I went inside and asked for something specifically I was given the wrong item & when I asked for what I actually order they tried to upcharge lol after arguing I didn’t order the burger with bacon. Chicken nuggets were also stale & hard.

The Lady who took our order on Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst/Babylon area was so helpful and wonderful. She helped us with the our discount app with complete patience and exemplary knowledge. It was about 400 to 430. Give her a promotion and raise also. Thank you.

All.good out and about with my son both of us were hungry and a nice juicy whopper and chicken sandwich with other things is what we both needed to recover

Horrible curb I hit my car and scraped it because the way it’s set up !! And as I was waiting for my food I seen others cars having the same problem

this place is so rude there was a hair in my food and the employee at the window was rude and threw my food at me.

The food was hot, fast, and cheap, as expected ... but the drive though was not easy at all. Several items were wrong or missing, so if I hadn't checked everything carefully before driving off, it would have been a big disappointment. Also underwhelmed by the burgers and shakes lately ... if it's not a whopper, expect a SMALL burger. Shakes were thin and overly sweet.

Very clean place and great customer service. People there are out of this world, always smiling and great mood. Even customers tend to be nasty, just remember they are not our personal servers and they really earn their salary

Employs are horrible, ordered of 2 wrapper 2 for 6 from drive through. when i hit the road i checked they gave me one. as soon as i went to the store they argued.

I gave Burger King (Montauk hwy) another try and once again got a cold whopper that was sitting on the side way to long. Tired of their dry cold food. Make the burger when they are ordered FRESH not sitting on the side for hours. This is West Babylon BK on Montauk Hwy! Will not go back.

They never get my order right so I just order a double Whopper and take off what I don't want. What ever happened to "special orders don't upset us?" Still I prefer it to a Big Mac.

This Burger King is clean, and convenient if you live nearby. Prices are up every where.
