    I just enjoyed a terrific breakfast at the Wendy’s West Babylon location on Montauk Highway.The associates Taivon and Reina were so friendly and helpful. They made my morning.

    I went to the drive thru, and to be completely honest, I don't go to Wendy's often. When I got home, I realized there was a mix-up. I drove back and decided to go inside because the drive thru was incredibly busy, and I didn't want to cause a hold-up. I waited a bit but understandably because they were busy. Once I was attended to, the employee was absolutely incredibly helpful and kind. She really was wonderful, as was the young woman who originally took my order. This Wendy's has some amazingly fantastic employees. Thank you.

    I'm from the Honda and Acura dealership believe me I told the manager I had cold fries give the manager 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ he didn't argue about the manger came out and gave me a brand new Fry's Thank you for good service

    Grab the quick biggie bag lunch and waited less than 5 minutes for the order everything was expedited very quickly and the food was hot.

    Normally this is my go to Wendy's but today it was a grade school joint No exaggeration I waited in the drive thru AFTER placing my order 10:48 that's OVER 10 minutes and only two cars in front of me . And that's AFTER I turned the stopwatch on it's not like the cart a three window had a huge order it was one bag and two drinks When my turn any the window came I politely asked what the hold up was and I was told nicely we're running out of food All I ordered was nuggets and a frosty needless too say the frosty was melted which I didn't notice till after I pulled away I kind of thought my order would have been free after waiting 10+ minutes and having an order of under $5 but that really doesn't matter what does was. They didn't have three first driver pull off the driver thru to take the next drivers whose orders were ready as soon as they pulled up just like mine was. And there were no apologies They did get the order right but could nuggets and warm frosty is NOT what I go to Wendy's for I know they will get it right next time

    I walked in on a hot day, tired and sweating profoundly. The worker noticed my imbalance and pulled up a chair. He helped me sit and shortly after handed me a cold bottle of water. He kept me company until I was able to get back on my feet. Then at the register a lovely young lady took my order. The order arrived in only two short minutes. The fries were extra crisp and the jr bacon was fresh. I loved the smell of the bag. The worker escorted me to the table and he pulled out my seat. The tables were clean and the restaurant had a nice ambiance. All the employees treated me like a King. I would recommend this Wendy’s

    The food was dry, cold and nasty. They were out of napkins too. The place is old and outdated and the bathroom needs to be remodeled.

    NOT ONLY WORST WENDYS, LITERALLY THE WORST FAST FOOD PLACE IN WEST BABYLON. I passed by the drive through, my fries were cold. nuggets were soggy as were the tomato and the one piece of lettuce in my chicken sandwich. I couldnt even eat the food. Absolutely GROSS.

    I’d give 0. The girls behind the counter were rude, the tables were disgusting. And the drink machine has clearly not been cleaned.

    This place has really gotten bad. A 10 minute wait after ordering on Mobile app. No one in store, no cars hitting drive through. When you ask politely why the delay the manager just turns and walks away. Avoid.

    1 star only because the review system make me. Otherwise they would get 0 stars. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Drive through guys tonight 2/24/23 are rude. No manners. Had the nerve to catch attitude when I told them I was missing item in the bag. Then had the nerve to roll his eyes when we asked for bbq sauce. There has never been a time that this drive through or dine in has been a pleasant experience. But sometimes I have no choice, cos it's on my way. Management specifically upper management needs to step up and make shift and store managers step up their game.

    This place has gotten better now, it seems that the manager cares and is doing a good job along with the employees. Food is great and the salads delicious for a great price $

    Service can be a little on the slower side, especially if there is a line at the drive though, and the interior is badly in need of a renovation, but their burgers are pretty tasty, and frosty is the undisputed king of fast food desserts. Bacon on everything!

    I was recently there and was helped at the counter by a cashier named Davina and let me tell u, the girl went above and beyond the call of duty here. Made sure to double check the bag 5 times cause it was a large order, got all the sauces and the amounts right. Like cmon. The girl is an MVP and you guys are lucky to have her!!! Show that girl some love Wendy's cause shes showing it to ur customers!!!

    I have been eating that this Wendy’s for a few months.Multiple times when I ordered, they left out one of the things from my order. It only has happed at the drive three and now inside as well. My boyfriend had to order my meal from DoorDash since they forgot my sandwich and only gave his. They need to listen better when people tell them what they’re want. They also don’t label there sandwich packets so we can never tell who’s is who’s until it’s open or eaten. McDonalds and Burger King label there packets, maybe Wendy’s should take some notes.

    I was there Oct.10 at 3 30 pm,went through the drive up order 2 five dollar grab bags, when I parked o notice both fries was ice cold and look like a day old. I went back to tell them how can you sell this to my children, and they did not apologize. All they said you want new fries or your money back. Ask to talk to management and she was even more rude than the staff. While getting my new fries one punk employee said to the other burn my fries. While they all laughed. Never going to any Wendy's again. You lost me as a customer and I hope all my law enforcement family does the same. Back the blue.Ty

    Fast and helpful service from the girl working FOH. Saw another employee explain to a disgruntled customer that they were busy, and give him a free drink. As someone who works in food service, I think it's admirable the staff maintains composure and tact during peak times.

    They have a tendency to close early. Also, it’s a 50-50 chance your order will be incorrect. If you close at 11, I understand you don’t feel like watching machines, but you don’t start shutting down at 10:40. Especially as a fast food restaurant.

    Tried their $1 breakfast biscuits. For a buck you can't go wrong. So I ordered 3, mixed it up. Where else can you have a good breakfast for $3? Downed it with 7-11 coffee.

    I live on Long Island, New York. I have now passed 2 Wendy's restaurants (on Long Island) that do not open the dining room until 9am. With a $3 Breakfast special going on, I question the reasoning for this. I would think that a $3 special encourages people to visit the restaurant. So, why would you only START breakfast at 9am and end breakfast at 1030? There are a lot of seniors around here that prefer to eat inside. But if you do not want us to come inside, then maybe we should go someplace else? We have to eat, right?

    Drove to West Babylon location & arrived 20 minutes before they closed to pick up Frostys for a friend. When I got to speaker I was told the car before me was their last order. I asked I thought you closed at 12:00 a.m.? She said they "ran out of food". I said I'm only there for Frosty's. First she says they only have strawberry, then she says they don't have it. This is not the first bad review that they are telling people they ran out of food. I have to wonder if this is really the case.

    Worst Wendy's on Long Island. Everytime, every single time. It's either raw fries and a dryed out chicken sandwich, or raw chicken sandwich and burnt dried out fries. I'm convinced there are solely 14yr olds running this establishment. That would be the only excuse acceptable for what goes on there. At least it would make sense. Zero quality control. The waits are horrible. The service is worse. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Wendy's.

    I went through the drive thru this evening and the guy at the window was nice. Handed me the order, and was very polite. I opened the bag and they forgot my baked potato in my order & my food was ice cold. My cup was filled 2/3 of the cup. I came in to bring back the order and the manager Stephanie had such a nasty attitude, it was just as nasty as the restaurant itself. She kept rolling her eyes and it was just horrendous to see such a messy personality that she was portraying. Had a huge problem about remaking the food and I ended up not wanting to eat whatever food she was preparing. She was yelling at her employees and it was terrible to see. She got back to the register extremely angry and was tapping the screen as if she was gonna break it with her fingers. She was just laughing to herself at this point. I left with my refund. Absolutely disgusting. I realized why I stopped coming here & will never be back. I will never trust to eat the food here again.

    I grew up in lindenhurst. I went here when I was a kid and it was so nice and inviting. Now it's run down old and has a dirty atmosphere. They can't even go to homedepot to get new ceiling tiles for a couple dollars. They didn't even have my favorite chilly. Will never go back to that Wendy's again and warn others on going there.

    God bless the young lady working here 10/26/22 Wednesday night . She was here alone working the drive thru, counter, cooking , and preparing the orders! Apparently the whole staff was sick. Not only did she get our order correct and apologize, the sandwiches were prepared perfectly. Kudos to her she deserves employee of the year and a raise!

    Ridiculous — one night they’re closed at 12:15~~ next night there’s no one on line, but I have to move up for fries which were , at best, warm. Third night I sat for the “just a moment” for over 5 minutes!! Won’t be back. I could go to the Wendy’s in the next town and get home quicker
