Rude service when manager is not there, have placed online orders numerous times just to find out that the item I ordered is not available (attitude from woman of course).

I have been to this store a couple of times, I have noticed a pattern of abuse with the young workers from what looks like the manager.

I did like this Dunkin. It's small, and didn't always have a large selection, but the counter people were fast and friendly. Not anymore...one customer before me, staff of 2, ordered coffee and a bagel...20 minutes! No explanation or apology. Customer after me politely asked a question and was shouted at! I waited patiently. I left with my order and will never return. By the way...my coffee ended up being mostly hot water with creamer.

It’s dunkin. You get what you pay for and what you expect. Dont come here looking for a clean bill of health

Staff was very nice. Advertised the peanut butter products but did not have them in store yet which I found a little annoying. My drink was fine though.

I come back thinking it’s going to be better it never is my coffee is always wrong they always forget something and my sandwiches are always made terrible it’s sad when the owner is there and still can’t get it right unfortunately I’ll have to go to another location just to get good and correct service

Nice personnel but they didn't seem to have it together. Made 2 of the same drink just changed the type of milk.. But it was fine we didn't really mind.. They should pay more attention to detail though.

Can’t do it any longer myself, trying to eat better and once in awhile treat myself. But getting food there is like a casino, you lose more than you win. Donuts over fried tastes of oil , I literally saw donuts being delivered from DD bakery plant somewhere not baked in store. I’d rather by supermarket donuts made in the bakery or 7-11

Went here today and there was only one worker she was very rude and didn’t even know how to work the register she made my drink wrong and when I asked for more cream and syrup she rolled her always at me and made faces very u professional she shouldn’t be working there if she has anger issues very unprofessional..you work at a coffee shop if u can’t do my order right then u can fix it and be nice about it

The donuts were as old as me! Stale and hard...my dog enjoyed them! There's a man that works there who is nasty and condescending...definitely in the wrong line of work!

Got 25 assorted munchkins but they were mostly glazed (bc that’s almost all they had left, no big deal) but they were all stale :(, and one had a chunk missing like someone had a bite (I’m positive that’s not the case but still strange). Probably won’t go back to this location.

I asked for iced hazlenut coffee medium they gave me a hot medium coffee so i said something to the guy he said no problem.i will replace it for you and he went to do that and i was standing right there and the girl said to him just add the hot coffee to it and thats whaylt he did i was in shock and i didnt want to cause a seen so i took it and also after she said it she knew i heard she looked roght at me i had to add sugar and no hazlenut and it was warm and ice melted fast so i didnt even drink it and yes it bothered me all day so i am writing this review.. just one more thing maybe they pay attention a little more it would of been better

Ok the service was not very nice at all the lady who ring me up was not polite at all but other people came in if you get my drift and she's like have a nice day it's sad we live in a world like this never going to that dunk every again thumbs 👎

Rude Doughnuts are not good They charge more Smaller size

I always get dunkin donuts and this was my first time coming to this one. It will be my last time coming to this location. I asked to use the bathroom before I ordered because I had come from far. The lady looked at me with such a rude face and said no just a bland no. I asked if I bought something as a customer would I be able to use her bathroom and again she says no. There was no explanation, I asked her why and she said no. I’m not sure what this woman’s name is but she was very rude and didn’t even give me her time of day. She just kept saying no to me before I finally walked out while she was rolling her eyes. This lady needs to be fired. As a customer and a worker at another dunkin in farmingdale you should always treat ur customers with respect. And the customers should be able to use the bathroom unless it is out of order.

Worst customer service in my life the state prison has better customer service than this dunkin well probably ever have

I would give this place a zero. They say they close at 6:00 PM... some nights is 6:00 PM and some nights its 7:00 PM... guess they do what they want... and I was turned away at 5:40... 5:40 I was turned away!!!!!!!!!!!... check the time on this review... enough time to get to a computer and say how horrible it was before their closing time. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
