place
used
to
be
my
favorite,
my
family
would
order
from
here
once
a
week
for
as
long
as
i
can
remember,
the
service
was
always
great
+
the
food
was
delicious....
For
me
personally
it
has
been
a
while
since
i
ordered
from
them.
However,
the
last
two
times
this
month,
that
i've
ordered
-
the
man
who
takes
the
order
can
never
hear
anything
i
say
and
i
have
to
repeat
everything
at
least
3
times.
I
live
two
min
away
and
when
i
asked
for
delivery
they
said
an
hour
so
i
switched
to
PICK
UP,
i
left
to
go
pick
up
the
order
and
a
delivery
person
showed
up
at
my
house,
so
my
sister
had
to
pay
with
her
card
over
the
phone
so
the
delivery
person
could
leave.
Then,
one
of
the
orders
was
missing
but
clearly
circled
on
the
menu
&
charged.
I
called
back,
to
get
the
order
delivered
and
spoke
to
two
different
people
who
had
no
clue
if
i
was
charged
or
not
charged
but
that
they
would
get
the
order
to
me
but
they
"think
i
need
to
pay
again
for
it"
Whoever
is
running
it
over
there
now
cannot
be
the
same
person
from
years
ago,
total
disaster
&
chaos.
They
really
need
to
hire
people
who
know
how
to
talk
to
a
customer
&
deal
with
these
situation
-
yes
mistakes
happen,
but
a
good
restaurant
fixes
it
with
ease.

disappointed.
