    Wish I could give negative stars. Wanted to buy 2 coffees. A worker with no gloves is spraying chemicals on the blenders with my empty cup sitting there. The caramel and syrups are definitely getting sprayed. I asked for a new cup and got an attitude. While I was waiting this worker is taking the blender pitchers in the sink and wiping them with his bare hand and placing them on the drying rack. No sanitary materials to clean them. No soap or anything. Disgusting. I will never go here again and I hope people read this.

    Most of the employees are very rude and have an attitude. Not good... what time of customer service is that?? I gave them 2 stars because the last person who give me the coffee was very nice.

    I had to get my Starbucks fix. My favorite is the chocolate creme cold brew or the pistachio creme cold brew. For breakfast I have to have the double smoked bacon sandwich or the potato egg and sausage wrap with a side of sirrachia.

    The staff we dealt with were highly unprofessional. I received the incorrect drink that I ordered, didn't want to interact with the unfriendly staff any more so I took it.

    I usually love starbucks but this location always has issues. I have given this location multiple chances to redeemed themselves and they drop the ball every time. Simple behavior such as greeting every customer and thanking them for the patience is lackluster. Associates and management seem to ignore customer service and focus on just getting the job done.

    Ordered a drink with no ice and slightly customize. Came out perfect. Food items were fresh and warmed adequately. Staff was friendly and prompt. **BUT** there was a date label sticker in my drink. The manager offered my money back for the issue but in the times of Covid and cleanliness, I'm not happy with the situation.

    This is one of the more busy Starbucks locations in the area, but the service is outstanding. The drinks are always prepared correctly, and are delicious and all of the baked goods are wonderful as well.

    This location consistently closes the lobby and regular counter orders and allows only drive through or mobile order. So your choice is to sit in drive through line that’s wrapped around the building or order on starbucks app which not everyone wants to do. Some people just want to walk in order and pay.

    The confusing bank-conversion of this location makes it very common for first-time visitors to reach the pickup window first instead of the order window. Though Starbucks has always delivered a consistent experience as a brand, this location dropped the ball with slightly-above room temperature coffee. The staff were at the drice-through were happy and helpful, but that didn't quite make up for our lackluster order quality. Combined with the congested plaza area, we don't see a revisit to this Starbucks location coming anytime soon.

    This is the worst experience ever in a establishment how you have advertised in the door open until 8:30pm but gettin kicked out of store after buying a drink and just sat down at 6:30 when is hot outside and you just want to enjoy a cold drink at your local starbucks ..the customer next to me really dissapointed too and told me this is no the first time they do this 👎🏻

    They always screw up my coffee no matter what I order. Not enough shots of the added stuff that they're supposed to put into it. If you customize your drink forget it your not getting it the way you ordered it. Go to a different Starbucks. And they are the absolute slowest almost as bad as the one on montauk hwy in West babylon.

    I can only say that I like coming to this Starbucks. The staff are very nice, you may have to wait a little longer depending on how busy they are for coffee , but still worth it. There breakfast wraps are super delicious! , and is close by.

    Starbucks employees are always making my food / drinks top-notch. Their attitude is also always amazing. The star program also is really useful, I save money almost every time I go ⭐ sometimes my drinks have too much ice or not enough milk but that's my only complaint.

    I have been going to this starbucks for years. The drinks are always made right and they are always kind and courteous. Today the employee Gabby went way way above and beyond for me. They literally, I believe, dipped into their own pocket to replace something that was broken. It was a hard to find item, and they gave it to me today. I am blown away. I do think the store should cover it but regardless, in a time when a lot of service workers are jaded ( Justifiably) This employee did the most kindest, sincere thing, out of the goodness of their heart. I am absolutely blown away, speechless. <3

    No one loves Starbucks as much as me. I love their pink Drink and their dragon fruit drink their chai tea latte, strawberries and cream shake and their best banana bread is almost like the ones you get from Grandma! Very little wait time on the drive in the Copiague store, also Greybarn Store. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes which is a good thing.

    The staff at the west Babylon store work one more day and go back to training again!! We went through the drive through and they were slow over an half hour for 1 coffee and a Frappuccino..The boy at the window played with a phone and wasn't making any drinks..never coming back to this store!! Their attitude was to take walk-ins over drive-in customers not good customer service!!

    Waited 16 minutes for 2 coffees. Watched many come and go. If you go inside they prioritize mobile orders. If your in a rush do yourself a favor and go drive thru. Not the friendliest when I asked how much longer. Don’t get this at Dunkin or honestly any other Starbucks I have been too.

    Horrible place. Baristas are either very rude or so overly sappy. They constantly are out of products as simple as straws and stoppers, and they provide overfilled drinks that spill with tops that don’t fit. Today I dared to ask for a new coffee that isn’t literally spilling as it’s handed to me through the window to which I got an extremely starkly remark. The response was “I can’t control the manufacturer” and then the green-haired moron sighed a little woke sound abs closed the window. The rude baristas cop serious attitudes with very simple orders. I’m always nice, always kind, always try to understand, and I’m never rude to them - so please get over yourself and do your damn job. If you don’t want to be in there service industry, get out. Try caring idiots.

    i sm over five years this store costumer some worker non experience young kids iisues but great all worker my sister and my broather. meger is great friendly and clean i see eweytime clen eweey where because i take something sit couple hours relax. thank you all my friend snd all starbuck frank from babylon

    I made a visit over the weekend, First time in a few years. I sat on the drive thru line for about 15 minutes and waited about another 5 or more @ the window. I ordered a frappe and due to the long wait I had a feeling it would began melting before I received as this is not uncommon. Anywho when I received my drink the cup wasn’t full and the consistency was obviously melted. I asked for my drink to be made over and was told “This is how we make it idk what you mean” she took it back and returned within 2 minutes .. same cup a little more full but the drink was still the same. I’m assuming she just poured caramel in it and gave it back to me because this time there was caramel on the outside of the cup. I’m positive my drink was not made over. & due to this inconvenience I think the set up of where your drink is being made should be visible at the window for cases like such.After being disappointed more than once I just left. Also, while I was waiting at the window I saw a very large rat which at first I thought was a guinea pig until I saw the tail which was the same length as the body run from the starbucks store area straight across to the dumpster on the other side of the drive thru. Very distasteful sight, very disappointing visit, very unsatisfactory. For the price of these bevs I expect to at least receive the proper drink with satisfactory and acceptable make and consistency. While I was very respectful however irritated my intelligence was tested with the return of the same latte consistency cup that was given back to me. I do not want an apology, I do not want to further discuss, I wouldn’t visit here again if you guys sold the last coffee beans on earth. If i wanted to wait a while for a melted drink I could have gone to a sit in restaurant. -2 stars.

    Worker from the drive through threw a cap at my infant son and I from the drive through window and proceeded to laugh about it. The cap also remained on the ground disgusting behavior aiming garbage at customers especially at babies
