THE
West
babylon
franchise
owner
has
the
worst
business
etiquette
EVER.
You
can
tell
his/her
family
and
friends
are
trying
to
give
5
stars
to
help
build
up.
Note
to
owner:
if
you
charge
$10
for
a
sandwich
and
drink
online
and
customer
gets
wrong
item,
give
them
a
store
credit
so
they
can
get
what
they
originally
ordered.
Or
just
don't
offer
pick
up.
By
not
correcting
errors
that
you
made
and
customers
paid
for...
you
are
essentially
taking
money
for
items
not
wanted.
Pretty
disgusting.
And
alot
of
people
have
complained
about
this
very
topic.
Shocking
you
won't
budge
and
simply
offer
to
make
the
actual
item
your
customers
paid
for
yet
never
got
what
they
paid
for.
Your
customers
will
make
or
break
you...
seems
they
are
breaking
you
by
the
west
babylon
subways
reviews....
you
are
not
making
anyone
happy....
just
taking
their
money
making
them
pay
if
there
is
a
mistake.

Seems
to
be
the
norm
with
this
place...
after
reading
the
exact
same
complaints
over
and
over.
I
ordered
lunch
online...
picked
it
up
and
when
I
got
back
to
work
I
was
busy
so
I
had
to
wait
to
eat.
Two
hours
later
I
opened
sandwich.
TOTALLY
WRONG!
I
called
them
and
they
said
it
was
too
long
and
there
was
nothing
they
can
do
to
rectify
it.
Based
on
the
other
reviews
with
this
issue...I
didn't
bother
trying
to
reach
out
to
franchise
owner.
Obviously,
the
costumer
has
to
pay
for
any
mistakes
that
Subway
makes.
I
am
understanding
and
realize
that
mistakes
happen
but
ANY
PROFESSIONAL
owner
should
want
to
keep
there
customers
happy
and
not
make
is
pay
10$
for
their
mistake.
NOT
