Amazing parks staff! Water shoes or clogs/sandals recommended. Amazing splash park with 6 water slides with pads for landing.2 smaller slides with no pads. Lots of sprayers of different sorts. Seating around the splash pad has loungers or tables( some with umbrellas). Restroom next to splash park. Playground also available near by as well as a path around for walking, scooting, balance bike perhaps. A beautiful garden next door. Very clean park and well manicured grass surrounding splash park. No showers. Amazing experience. Note that if you (adult)ride with tot down slide, you may skid a bit off the bumper on the flooring. Refreshment stand has best reasonable prices I have ever seen for ice cream! Follow @exponentialexperiences for more reviews for places to go to

The water park is off season now for April. However, past inseason visits was fun. During the waterpark open season, there were several little water activities for children of all ages, even infants too. The staff when present during the active season were very strict with identification requirements since it's for residents only. Of course there's an admission fee that's required to gain access to the Waterpark. There are also ample parking for every one. They have since upgraded the playground which is now suitable for infants to grownups. The playground was very sturdy for any adults within and or under 220 pounds at least.

Very nice park. We help to set up for my daughters friend to Prom pose. The park has lots of nice spots to picnic with shady trees. It is well kept. Has a kiddy park and also a botanical garden to enjoy. Oh and by the way she said yes.

Definitely the best park in the area. Very safe for the kids, large playground and there’s a restroom on sight which is always clean and very convenient. There’s a short nature trail & lots of seating. I’m excited for the splash pad to open! I visit weekly!

super nice & fun park for kids. employees on the other hand not so much. the manager there really tarnished the whole experience for us. traumatized my daughter by yelling at us and others for being in the water in dry fit t shirts. she was on a witch hunt for people that weren’t in “bathing suits” and screaming at little kids to take their shirts off. wouldn’t understand religious obligations. apparently it was a “health issue” but at the same time kids were peeing on the water slides. she even brought the park ranger. she screamed at my daughter when she was on a slide and now i cant even get her to go in the water again. overall it was a good place but that manager needs to be fired.

Came for the newly opened gardens and it is very serene. Lots of small trees and plants. They grow fruits and veggies for local food banks.

A great day activity for children. The water park is wonderful for kids, and a hike through the botanical gardens is absolutely beautiful. During the summer we visit several times a week.

Don't go here unless you have a permit or live in the community, its not a park for outsiders.. it seems like a 5 star park, only gave one star to write the review

This is a special place. There is a nice playground here with a large second level which is high. They also have a unique clubhouse with some toys inside. This park boasts a gorgeous botanical garden which is free. There is a nice fountain there, places to sit, turtle cove and swans and more. Unfortunately the amazing sprinkler park is for residents only.

When we are near my mother in laws house we go to this park. It's clean and big. They had the botanical garden opened last time we were there and it was nice and calm. The playground is usually packed but my son like that since there are a lot of kids to play with.

It is a great and affordable splashpark!!! It has lots of slides and accessible. Those water cannons though can be a bit much in the hands of 8 year old aiming it at smaller kids. Overall great decision on a hot day with little ones and on a budget.
