Artist Po is very arrogant. He would try to over charge you for a entire day even when tattoo is only 4 hours. There are other artist out there who are honest.

I met Popo when he barely spoke a lick of English. Now this guy thinks he's big shot and talks down to people. Wanted 12K for a piece. Told him I wanted 3/4 sleeve and he said he wouldn't do it unless it was a full sleeve. Then he dismissed me and moved on. This guy used to be the man. Used to be humble AF. Now he's just a joke. There are plenty of good artists out there. You treat returning customers like that and you get reviews like this.

This place is amazing, I went in for my first tattoo and they could not have been more friendly, Ni NI was the artist, she took my design and it came out perfect! Popo introduced himself and was a pleasure to talk to while Ni Ni was working on my arm. Thank you guys again for the great work and detail.

While the staff was friendly and polite, the tattoo artist we’re unwilling to budge on their ideas for the clients tattoos. While ur input is appreciated ur unwillingness to put the tattoo where i wanted it. Im not one to complain about price, im paying an artist to do something i dont have the skill to do. But a shop minimum of 150 for a 2 inch tattoo that was printed from a stencil with no originality added to it was a little much. Do not recommend especially when there are an abundance of shops in the surronding area

Popo is an amazing artist. He far exceeded my expectations and absolutely nailed the artwork I’m getting a two session piece done by him. He did the first session and I couldn’t be happier with his work and his professionalism. He treated me like we’ve been friends for years. Looking forward to going back for the second season I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed

If you are looking for a place to get a tattoo look no further! I cannot recommend Nicole enough! She is professional, extremely nice, and is really willing to work with you on your custom piece. She does everything from small flash to custom work. For someone who is fairly new to tattooing, she is extremely talented. Check out her instagram for her work, I have personally gotten four tattoos from her already. The shop also has other great guest artists and of course, Po Po is a fantastic tattoo artist with mind blowing realism. I know a few people who have gone to Nicole as well and everyone speaks so highly of her work!

The vibes, and people in here are amazing. My girlfriend and I got small pieces done by Nicole and we love them! Andy is doing my sleeve in September and I can’t wait! Thank you Po Po, Nicole, and Fran again so much!

I visited a few shops in Manhattan before finding World Famous Tattoo Art Gallery through a referral. The facility is spacious and clean. The consultation was quick but clear and comforting. It was my first tattoo and I was concerned about how to my ideas would look once tattooed. Andy has worked with me to give me a wonderful and custom piece throughout the year. He is extremely talented! He worked with me to take my ideas and create a completely custom piece of artwork that I am proud of. I will continue to return to him. Every member of the team has a great personality and I have only seen beautiful pieces of work. I trust them.

I’ve wanted a tribute tattoo for Leonardo Da Vinci for as long as I can remember. I never thought I’d actually get this tattoo. I mean who could actually replicate the work of one of the greatest artists in history. After I found Popo, I was finally ready to get my sleeve piece. He did an absolutely beautiful tribute piece for me, Popo is truly a master of his craft and incredibly gifted. What I found even more impressive, was his passion to work on this piece and come up with a design together. He has a deep knowledge of history and art. From our initial appointment to our final session, I always felt confident and knew I was in the best of hands. As an added bonus, he’s very easy to talk to and makes it seem like you’ve known each other for years. I’m truly happy I got the chance to meet him, and grateful for the art work he’s left me with. Best shop on the island. Everyone is super friendly. I went in with an idea for my tattoo and Nini took it to the next level! Not only is the tattoo a show stopper but carries sentimental value to me. So thank you Nini for taking the time in making sure my design was perfect! Im sure I’ll be back very soon !

!!!THIS PLACE ROBBED ME OF MY DEPOSIT!!! First I want to start off by saying I met with popo and he was extremely disrespectful. Put down and made fun of every tattoo I had because they weren’t up to his standards. However, I wasn’t there for his personality I was there for his art work which is amazing. BUT, I put down $1000 for a deposit on a $12,000 tattoo in july. I was never given an appointment. I was told I would be placed on a cancelation list and I’ll receive a call by January since his schedule opened up then. Never got a call. I called up the shop to discuss this matter with them, and the lady at the front desk told me she would speak with popo to give me a refund. Gave me a shop number to text. I got a text saying popo refused to give me a refund, told me they can try and get me in for an appointment soon, I could sell my deposit to a friend (absurd), or I could buy a bunch of art from his shop. Told them I am relocating and would need an appointment by march, I don’t want to buy his bug art; My $1000 was for a tattoo and a tattoo only. Since then, they have not answered my texts at all. I texted them multiple times and they read the texts but don’t answer. This place ROBBED me of my deposit. !!!HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

Po and his team are purely amazing. I got both my arms tattooed by Po. The team is very welcoming and friendly. Po and his team are soon to be world famous for their art work, I’m a witness. I’ve traveled over 10 times from Brooklyn to LI and will continue doing so for amazing quality art work!

This is the cleanest shop I’ve seen! Staff is welcoming and nice. Sophia, the tattoo artist, is so sweet and funny. She is a very outgoing, couragious girl who takes pride in her work. I got 3 tattoos from her and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend people to get a tattoo from her because her artwork is amazing!

Could not be any more happy with how my half-sleeve turned out. Andy is truly a master at what he does. Already looking forward to coming back in the future!
