I have nothing but great things to say about this place and this is the first location ive been to with no regrets. For my first time here, I have gotten their waxing services and the second time was for a facial. My First Encounter : I was a walk in, but they gladly took me in. Especially, the day I came in they were very booked. But, I highly appreciated that they worked with me for a waxing service at this location. Second Encounter : I booked online and when I came in all the ladies working here were so friendly, caring, and helpful with any and all questions I had. So far, I only have great things to say about this location. I highly appreciate the high energy at this place as well!

The receptionists were super friendly and accommodating. Check in process was smooth. Amanda was super nice and with great energy loved her! I had a great experience with Nicole who did my Brazilian wax. She was sweet and we had a great conversation despite the situation LOL I liked her technique as well for getting all of the hair off my intimate area. I’ll be sure to book with her moving forward. My Wax specialist Lydia at the Babylon location was absolutely amazing! She's definitely one to book with! Can't wait to go back because of her! She also recommended an amazing serum for ingrown hairs, I loved it, so I purchased it also!

Loved my experience. Jennifer was so nice and talked me through everything and we had nice conversation. She's only there on Sundays but she's totally worth it. I can't wait to come back in a month! I got my first wax (a Brazilian), it wasn’t painful like i expected, and it took about 15 minutes. Time flew by and i'm so happy with the results.

Gabrielle is always excellent! She is very friendly and professional. The Staff at the front was also excellent! They were very accommodating for a last minute appointment and and there was no wait. Gabrielle should get all the bonuses you can give!

Love coming for my waxes! Nikki is the best, she made me feel so comfortable from my very first wax which was about 2 years ago now. She’s so knowledgeable, recommends the right products for me, and completes each wax with perfection. And she’s the best listener, I talk her ear off every time and she still remembers every detail- which makes me forget that I’m even getting waxed.

Ginamarie is so great! Since my 1st wax she’s made me feel so comfortable. The 1st time I went it was supposed to be a one off but she did such a great job and was so nice I kept coming back and I still am! I definitely recommend asking for her, I hope she doesn’t leave this place because I don’t think I’d wanna see anyone else!!

I had switched to this location this month and I’m glad I did. They were very accommodating and the front desk was kind. My specialist Brianna was amazing, I’ve been waxing for years but this is the best experience I have ever had. Despite my knowledge of waxing she still informed me every step of the way. She pays attention to detail and makes sure you’re comfortable, which is much appreciated!

Nicole (Nikki) is so thorough and great. I was with her for a year and ended up changing to a closer location but just didn’t receive the same experience. Nicole is definitely worth the drive I will continue to go to her indefinitely.

Everyone here always makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. I usually go to Julia who I love but I’ve also tried Nikki and Amanda who are also great.

I’ve been going to EW for years. I always feel comfortable and at ease with my wax specialist. Recently I saw Crystal and she was way to talk to (in a very awkward situation, let’s be real lol) and was even able to squeeze my brows into my wax appointment. I will definitely try and go back with Crystal in the future.

Great service, the girl at the front desk was so nice, the girl that waxed me she made me comfortable. I go to this EWC location once a month since July of last year. The front desk employees are always polite, kind and very helpful. It’s always very clean and they’ve taken all necessary protocols to make people feel safe and comfortable during these times, I see Courtney for my waxing and she is the best! Makes a wax appointment enjoyable, which is hard to do. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been going here for more than a year now. The place is always clean, smells good, check in and check out are always smooth. Courtney does my Brazilian wax and she’s amazing!!!! She’s kind, sweet, doesn’t rush and I always feel like I’m hanging out with one of the girls while I’m getting waxed. I would give Courtney 10 stars if I can.

Gina Marie did my first Brazilian wax and it was a pleasant experience. I thought it would be awkward but it she made sure I was comfortable and we talked the entire time which made the pain tolerable. They played upbeat modern music in the room which was a nice change from the typical spa music. The waxing was super quick took maybe 15 minutes. I left the treatment room bump and blister free. TIP: wash and exfoliate the site before coming for faster recovery time, according to social media beauty experts.

Been coming to this location since moving back to the Island 6 years ago and they are always kind, quick and efficient!! My usual waxer moved on to other ventures in life, and anyone who's had to pick a new person after years knows it can be a search. After being placed with Angela, that search ended, efficient, friendly, and even gets some stubborn spots in one shot!
