I trusted them only to find they did not pay the price they quoted me for my copper. They quoted me for insulated copper $1 a pound, it's on there webste, but paid me .35 a pound on 200 lbs. MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM WHAT THEY PAY BEFORE YOU WEIGH IT!!!!! This rule holds true for any scrap yard. Beware.

The staff is polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to 5 other salvage yards in the last 10 years and Arrow stands out beyond the rest. Prices are fair and the service has always been good at Arrow. Dont waste your time going to other yards especially if you are a homeowner like me. Save up your copper, brass, motors and stainless steel since those are the higher value stuff then gather up the the rest of your metal junk and e-waste and bring it to them.

First time going their and they messed up weighing the van after we unloaded over a thousand pounds of cast iron radiators and boiler. Had to wait for them to figure out what was going. then after much confusion they decided to pick it all up with a fork lift and put it into carts to weigh it inside. what should have been a 10 minute transaction ended up taking a full hour. Ridiculous and unprofessional. go to 2 Brothers in Farmingdale instead.

I have nothing but great things to say about arrow they are the fairest place you will find others look to rob you blind and when you question there pricing they tell you can pack up and leave I have never had a bad experience with arrow I. Fact they always remember who you are ask if they can help always give me t-shirts for my kids and have always been fair with there pricing and the only place that will let you put your scrap directly on the scale because they have nothing to hide and I have been coming to them for years even when they were on straight path great people very respectful would recommend to everyone

Me and my friend saw Add these people saying bring old TV and they going to pay we went we took all TV outside after weight thye said thye cannot paying anything if we want to give them free thye can keep it fraud people fake advertising we waisted our time and hard work never go to this place totally fraud

First time was treated like a king compared to the other yards and the prices were better then other yards. Very helpful and willing to take the extra time with newbies to scrapping. I will definitely be back because of the prices and attitudes.

I found this company online and contacted them without reading any reviews. As soon as I spoke with Joe, I knew I made the right decision. He was extremely patient and super helpful. Very easy to get in touch with, always returned my calls and emails promptly. We would definitely use them again in the future.
