Good service and they offer a contract that takes care of most problems. Usually punctual. Updated information: Our HVAC system finally crashed beyond repair approximately 2 weeks ago. This company sent a technician to our home who pronounced the system dead. A replacement was needed. We requested an estimate / bid from the Gallett. We waited for days with no response and no estimate. I then called the company and was told that they were "weeks behind on estimates." The same person eventually told me that they were booking new installations in August now. That would have had going through summer with no AC at all. Unacceptable. Two days later I hired another contractor who got the job done in less than a week. Then I called the company to cancel my Service Contract because they were, evidently, unable to meet my needs in a timely fashion. At that time I was told I would get a prorated refund which was fair in my opinion. The same person that I spoke to told me the refund was subject to a 15% fee. This practice is worth noting because the company was the one who bailed on me and my family. To charge us under these facts is just something everyone needs to be aware of before contracting or using Gallett Air. Stay tuned for further updates as necessary. UPDATE: Glad to hear that Gallett will make this right for us. As of today we have not heard anything from the company regarding the refund. Certainly I will post continuing updates to keep everyone informed as to when / if we receive the promised refund. Additional UPDATE: As of today 7/3/23 no refund has been received as indicated above. We will advise again when a refund is received. Additional UPDATE: As of today 7/24/23 we have received no refund from the company in any form. No checks were received let alone cashed. This issue might be resolved faster if you call me at the number on my account. It has not changed.

Best hvac around. Will not use anyone else ever. With the wind today my hot air furnace wouldn’t work. In this weather they had a technician come & fix it. I’m definitely buying a contract with them. I’ve never seen customer service like this from any company. Thank you Gallett

Courteous, professional and skilled from the first call to their office for scheduling right up to when our A/C system was fixed and blowing cold air. Our tech Matt was great. He worked quickly and diligently to diagnose the problem and then fix it. Impressive safety protocols and knowledge. It’s no wonder they are highly recommended and their reputation is high.

These guys are great. We called in a service call today Monday memorial Day 2022. We got a call back right away and within less than 2 hours the technician named Brian who was great came to our house and quickly resolve the issue. We've been dealing with this company for roughly 30 years always had a service contract with them because they have been nothing but great to us. Last week I had installed a new Air Conditioning system in my home by Gallette Air. My old system was well over 20 years old so I was definitely looking to upgrade to a more efficient unit. John and his install crew did really a great job. Very organized professional. Really great experience from beginning to end. I have always had a fantastic experience using GallettAir however; today I need to recognize the incredible service I received from the technicians Carmine and his Jr. tech Brian M. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to help problem solve and resolve a concern I had been having with my AC system and monthly bill. They took extra time to educate me on how to use my system efficiently and check my compressor. They left me with a summary of their findings in writing and an envelope to store all of my current and future reports. I was beyond appreciative for all they did today during my service call and I will definitely be requesting them again for my fall maintenance check!

Call person, Mary, was courteous, listened to my issue and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for us. The tech, Mike, arrived early in the appointment window we were given. He too was courteous and very professional. He solved the problem quickly and had our heating system working as it is supposed to (a system installed only two years ago by another company). We're grateful for Gallett Air and they will have all our heating and AC business going forward!

I had to have my hvac system completely replaced ( the old system was thirty years old) I tried to have another company repair it, they didn't and it cost me $300.00 I called up Gallet air, and honestly from the girls in the office to the crew who installed my new system (John,Ozzy,and Ryan) They were neat,courteous, and professional!!! The new system is freaking amazing!! Btw they are LGBT friendly.!!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND🌈🌈💜💜💜💯❣️

Gallett Air just installed a new Bosch HVAC system in my residence. Their team of Brian, Ryan, Albert and Zach were extremely professional. They cleaned up everything- even vacuumed. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with this company. Their estimate was a lttle higher than the other 2 estmates we got, but we liked them the best and went with them. From start to finish they were great. We spoke with Mike for our estimate, he was great and answered all our questions. And I was very happy with their office, customer service goes a long way with me. Any calls back and forth with their office team were always handled in a friendly professional manner. And finally, we were very impressed with John and his installation team. They were on time, professional, clean, considerate of working around us and they completed the job in the amount of time they told us they would. After getting quotes from a few companies, we chose GalletAir for the installation of 2 minisplits. They weren't the cheapest, but i appreciated the time that the owner- Carmine spent on answering my questions. It was also clear from the beginning that he had a lot of experience in the area- he knew right away the best options and explained everything. The installation took a day - his crew was very professional, hard working and clean. Carmine came right before the work began to make sure everything was prepared and talked to his crew about the project. Also- everyone I spoke with in his office was nice & helpful. No need to look further for a HVAC vendor!!! Carmine and the team at GallettAir are top notch. We had a major power issue that took out our heating and cooling. Carmine was onsite with one quick phone call to assess the situation and moved mountains to get a new unit installed quickly. The crew arrived EARLY for the installation, were extremely professional throughout the entire day and left the house spotless. Before they left we were walked through how to use the new thermostats. They get our highest praise and would encourage all our family and friends to use them!

GallettAir saved our summer! We have an older unit - which we had invested to repair last year - that did not kick in when we turned it on this season. We met with several companies who suggested replacing the entire system. However, Carmine took a different approach. Instead of launching into a sales presentation he said "first let's check to see if we can save you some money." He and his assistant Brian were able to diagnose that the problem lied in the thermostat, not the unit, and quickly got it up and running. He made some suggestions on how we could improve the efficiency of our system and potentially further extend its useful life, and we plan to follow-up with him to make those changes. My central air unit was not cooling as quickly as it once had, so I made an appointment with GalletAir. I had used them a number of years ago, so I decided to try them again. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days and the technician arrived right on schedule. The technician was very professional and spent his time going over my entire system. After all was completed, I paid for the service call and that was it, or so I thought. Later that night, the system began to freeze up. Although I was not that happy, I called GalletAir and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a call center taking calls after hours. My concerns were noted and within not even 10 minutes, I received a call back from the on call technician. He was very knowledgeable and explained that they would need the system to be off for the evening and I could call again in the morning. The next morning I called their office and they were able to fit me into their morning schedule. A couple of hours later two new technicians arrived. Both gentlemen were very professional and took note of the issue I was having. Upon examination, we learned that the coil in the compressor outside was caked with debris from many years of use. Sad to say that I had no clue about this, as you could not really tell unless you were looking under the vents in the frame. They spent quite some time cleaning, servicing, and testing the unit. They certainly took their time. To be honest, I was not sure if I would be charged again and was not looking forward to a potential argument. When everything was finished, they came to give me the invoice, and there was no charge. It turns out that one of the technicians was Carmine, the owner of the company! I have to say that these days there are not many companies out there that stand by their work. Carmine, explained that they always double check their work to be sure that everything is in order. Everything is now working perfectly and our house is nice and cool again. GalletAir is a great company and I very much appreciate their work ethic and diligence. Gallett Air recently installed a new heating system and AC in our home. They installed new thermostats as well. John , Ozzie and their team were great. They arrived on time, explained the entire process to me. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Cleaned up at the end of the day even vacuuming my garage. Also Danielle in the finance department was a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the installation. I would highly recommend Gallett Air for AC or heating service and installation.

We had a heat pump installed including all ducting, controls and wiring and can not give enough praise for the professional job they did. The crew is outstanding in all aspects of the work performed. This company was excellent! Our initial phone call with the operator was pleasant, professional, and she was very knowledgeable. She gave us an appointment the next day with a 4 hour window (during a heat wave!) to find out why our central air was not functioning correctly. Matt, our service technician, called us from the road to inform us he was on his way. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes, again extremely professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend this company to everyone who wants quick and professional service.

Had the Team at GallettAir install a heat pump system this week. GallettAir was very professional and knowledgeable from my first phone call to the office to when they finished. They recommended a new heat pump and programmable thermostat to get maximum efficiency from the system. Brian and his crew covered all my flooring and work areas before work started. My house was cleaner than before they started. Thank you to the GallettAir Team for keeping us warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Thank you Carmine, Mike , John and team for our new central AC unit and update. We replaced a 20+ year old rotted and rusted AC unit and had some attic upgrades installed as well. We moved 10 minutes away last year and bought a house in a great area but needs upgrades as the prior owners were in their 70's. We were lucky to get a year + out of the old central air unit. Rusted, coils rotted a disaster and inefficient. These guys were great from start,. John was very helpful and made some suggestions along with install. Our house now has state of the art, brand new unit and we need sweatshirts. The old unit broke apart in the driveway. Don't fool around--- pricing is reasonable. I am sure if you dig you could get a better price, but its the service and future service that is important. thanks again team--- we will be nice and cool this summer..

My Mom had full central air conditioning installed throughout her home this past week and “wow” what a job. It was a long day to say the least, but I have to say-the team that came to the house to do the work, led by Brian and John were all fantastic. Even when we hit some unforeseen and stressful moments early on of realizing we had to clean out part of the attic and some closets, the guys jumped right in to help and made it as calm as possible. Thanks Ozzy, John and Brian for the help there! The team got the job done and the house feels incredible. The next day we realized one of the rooms wasn’t as cool as the others so we placed a call back and both Brian and John came back with their crew and made it right. Brian definitely jumped in to help correct and reposition one of the coils in the hallway closet as well as find a solution to the one room and now it’s great. All in all it was a huge job, but the guys were efficient and answered all of our questions. We are really glad we got this done and are living much comfortably now. Would definitely recommend this company as they seem to do right by their customers and get it done with an all hands on deck approach. Looking forward to a cool and comfortable summer!

So I never leave reviews but I promised the workers from Galetta air I would. They were awesome ! They came 1 hour early in the beginning of January . They changed my nest back to my regular thermostat in 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me. It’s so nice that you can trust a company and even nicer to see their kindness and empathy. Thanks guys. I hired family owned GallettAir (West Babylon) to repair an air conditioning unit. They provided a quote and arrived promptly at 8:30 AM on the scheduled date. The job proved to be more problematic than anticipated. An additional part was needed after replacing the entire line set. After being knee deep into this ongoing repair, the growing team stayed focused and professional in resolving the issue. I would like to commend GallettAir for putting all hands on deck by bringing MANY well seasoned servicemen to resolve the problem (3 with 20+ yrs experience) AND for the owner himself showing up. They left after 10pm after 14 hours of sweltering (attic) heat. Did the repair cost more than quoted? Yes it did. But honestly, this secondary issue was a fluke and they were fair about the adjusted price. I am grateful for their ability & commitment to resolve a problem that has been going on for years. This is exactly the type of customer service I long for when having work done. I HIGHLY recommend .

Carmine Galletta (The Owner) personally came when we had an issue with our Central Air Unit. The issue was diagnosed and repaired. He then noticed another issue with our Heating. He again, fixed this on the spot! We highly recommend GallettAir!
