From start to finish, not only was I pleased by the level of professionalism and craftsmanship I was very impressed at the great communication with the crew as well as management . They went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns as well as my wishes. They were very insightful and informative in guiding me on this project as I had uncertainties being this was my first project of this magnitude. I was so impressed that I ended up giving them the entire completion of the house because I felt 100% confident in doing so. Before adding a second floor addition to our home, we considered four different contractors and Dormer King immediately stood out and blew the rest away from the very first call to schedule an in home estimate to the moment we first interacted face to face with DK, we felt like family. We couldn’t have asked for more. Our experience was so positive! I was extremely nervous in the days leading up to our project starting but when Angel came by ahead of the work beginning, he instantly made us feel at ease. He gave us daily updates every single day and set the expectation for what would happen each morning before they started. We were sad to lose Angel when his phase of the project was over but then we met Anthony… I didn’t think it was possible to feel any more like family but Anthony did just that. He was the first to arrive and last to leave and he was beyond professional. He was able to make suggestions about things we were unsure about and we loved everything he suggested. To show even more how much DK treats everyone like family, my kids still ask about Anthony! Everyone treated our home like their own and the daily cleanup process was meticulous. This was especially important to us because we lived in our home during the entire project. Everyone told us horror stories about how long our project would take but Dormer King exceeded our expectations and beat their own timeline as our project was finished and we were living upstairs in our new second story addition exactly one month after the work began. We love our home and can honestly say that we had a fantastic construction experience with Dormer King.

Dormer King recently completed a complete 1st floor gut (plaster and lath)and renovation for me. I couldn't be happier. They were clean, professional, on time every day, and communicated every aspect of the job to me so that I knew exactly what to expect daily and weekly from start to finish. The job flowed seamlessly from demolition to finish carpentry. They did everything I asked and provided experienced insight on things that I had not really thought through. This is the second job they have worked on for my family and I won't hesitate to call them again when the time arises.

Dormer King recently expanded our cape into a colonial. From start to finish this company was excellent! The prices were fair and tracked with construction trends in our area. They even kept our pre-Covid quote so close to the original after Covid. The staff is professional, transparent & user friendly!! We hired them to do a major remodel of our home consisting of extending our second floor with 3 new bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room, along with a functioning storage attic and replacement/installation of a 2 zone central air system. There is a reason why Dormer King has been in business since 1972, and that reason is that they operate as a highly professional, extremely courteous, expertly knowledgeable, and an astoundingly efficient, well-oiled machine. We hired Dormer King mainly due to the amazing Google reviews we read as well as a personal recommendation of them. Boy are we happy we did ! Dormer King has exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the results ! We hired Dormer King for a full dormer upstairs as well as all new windows, siding and a porch. The work was seamless ! The team worked together to solve any hiccups that came up along the way without hesitation. The first day of demo we were in shock with the speed and diligence of the whole team ! It was a pretty fun experience to watch unfold in front of our eyes and our children had a blast watching it all transpire. All the personnel working in the office really take the time to go over all your needs and assist you until you find what you truly want. It does not go unnoticed and we greatly appreciate all the hard work everyone put into our renovation. I will admit I ask alot of questions and Tommy and the whole team helped out whenever I reached out. They were so amazing that we are now hiring them again to do our kitchen renovation.
