It’s so hard to motivate me to go through the steps of writing a bad review. But here we are. I Went here to pick up a prescription for post nasal drip. A simple one-two-three thing. I went there, and was informed that my new insurance card had the wrong number on it. This was strange considering I had just come from the doctors office and it was processed fine. I understand issues happen with the insurance companies sometimes. But Shelly offered no help at all, instead informing me that I have to call a phone number. She gave me the phone number to call. I called them, and spoke with a representative immediately. Shelly was nowhere to be seen. Well, that’s a lie. Shelly was right in front of my face completely ignoring me for about 15 minutes. I had the woman on the phone from the insurance company call Shelly’s phone as per Shelly’s request. Shelly couldn’t provide any real explanation as to why it wasn’t working. I literally counted on. My phone how long it took Shelly to answer the phone. 3 minutes and 18 seconds. And Shelly stood there silently on the phone nesting it between her ear. She had the phone on her ear for another 10 minutes and then just randomly put it down. It took five minutes of calling out to her for her to pretend to remember I was there. Look, I get if you’re an introvert but really? She literally went out of her way to just hope I got angry and left instead of solving an issue that probably didn’t exist in the first place. At this point I was nothing but polite. But I gave up, said a few snarky comments about how she literally doesn’t care, and walked out. 50 minutes. Really? The lady running the register on the pharmacy was great. But screw you Shelly, for wasting 50 minutes of my life and another 10 minutes for me having to write this.

This pharmacy doesn't earn any stars at all!!!!! The worst staff, very unprofessional. Always make mistakes with the prescription orders, give wrong information. If you have this pharmacy as your prescription one change it immediately otherwise good luck with all the problems to come.

Worst CVS I have ever been to. I came here and online it said that there was money gram here. When I get here, the cashiers responded in unmannerly way. They ignored me while on their phones. Worst attention ever!

After our favorite Mom & Pop pharmacy retired, The Medicine Center, we had no choice but to go to a chain store. Once this particular CVS figured out how to handle the immense volume from this small pharmacy, things have improved significantly. It did take months but I have to admit, from my perspective, things are running smoothly and efficiently. I have a fair amount of prescriptions per month and I no longer have had any issues. The staff's attitude has improved since the inception. In the early days, the staff was so stressed that it affected how they treated their new customers and not all customers stayed in the long term.

Staff is always professional and helpful, when doing photos on a busy day they always take the time to help. The pharmacy stopped us and recommended a website to go to get a more reasonable price for our drug we saved fifty dollars. I can’t say enough about the staff and managers of this store they are the best. Fred Schiffer

Got my passport photo done here the other week, and I was really happy with how easy the process was! I had called ahead to make sure they offered passport photo services since another branch I'd contacted before said their photo station was down. The employee confirmed that they were and said I could just come in, no appointment necessary. I dropped by within an hour or so, and the same employee helped me. She was so nice and friendly and let me retake the shots until I was happy, then she printed and cut them for me. It was $16.99 for two 2x2 photos, which I felt was worth it versus trying to do it myself and stressing over meeting all the specific requirements. CVS uses some sort of biometric system to check that the size, ratios, and other photo aspects are up to standards. I still have to wait another several weeks for my passport renewal to go through, but I'll update this review once I find out whether or not there were issues with the photo they took.

To Mike C...I'm glad you vented as believe me, you're not the only one dealing with the passive aggressive stuff AND not the only location that has deep pharmacy issues. Sorry, man.

Gotta be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Somehow it’s like they’ve never given someone a prescription before.

Have been using this pharmacy for 8 years and the staff/pharmacist have always been helpful and prompt in their attention.

I recently went in to check on my order status for my disposable camera and Patricia helped me, she was the only employee that went above and beyond for me. I called many times after my order took much longer than expected and although other employees helped me; they weren’t the nicest. Patricia took the time to personally help me and took my name, phone number and order number down, made a copy and personally called the printing company for me and then called me back the next day. She was so kind and I appreciate her help so much, she deserves to be recognized for her excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you Patricia!

The pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional. I called today because I just had two teeth extracted and I need my pain medication. Not only did the woman who answered my call sound annoyed because she couldn’t understand me, she was also just rude and very unprofessional. They do not care about you at all. They’re literally there to make money and go home. You would think they would hire people with better bedside manner. Atrocious service. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Staff always are helpful and friendly. The girl stocking the vitamins stopped what she was doing to go in the back to find what I needed , as well as the manager, who is always friendly and helpful. We shop here always because of the staff and the store is always kept nice .

Visited two other local locations and they were unable to help me obtain a passport picture due to non working cameras. I met Pat at this location and she was every helpful and gave excellent customer service. The store front is also well kept stocked and front-faced. Keep up the great work( give her a raise!!) will return to this location in the future. Please get the other stores some new cameras

Good shopping trip to CVS. They had a selection of items in the snack aisle and freezer section that were familiar and tasty. I picked up a box of egg rolls to go with my dinner. Nothing like ending the night with something tasty.
