Great area near the highway. Room clean. Fridge leaking from freezer defrosting. They offered to have it checked but nothing that a wash rag outside the fridge couldn't fix. Many times hotels dont have both fridge and microwave because of Covid. Staff extremely courteous and friendly. Enjoyed my 2 night stay.

My husband and I had to change hotels multiple times for our wedding. Covid postponed it 4 times and it seemed like every date we got the hotel wasn’t able to accommodate our large group. Holiday Inn took care of us and made sure that our guest and us were taken care of. They gave us space to be able to do hair and makeup and gave us the option to keep the bar open late! We had a BLAST and they were pleasant every step of the way! We had our wedding 8/14/21

Always a great place to stay. Francisco, the staff member who checks you in and also handles any issues that arise, really went over and above and deserves to be recognized. Sometimes circumstances happen… with the help of an awesome manager, they were understanding and accommodating. Totally recommend this hotel. The rest of the staff also is attentive and friendly.

We have historically been big fans of this place sadly, no longer. However, will stay nearby and come enjoy the bar & restaurant services and superior staff. To be clear bar & restaurant service 5 ⭐️. Be cautious with menu offerings now, dishes that once were good, are not. They do still have room service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday! Our room didn’t have a microwave which we discovered when attempting to heat coffee from a pot we purchased from the restaurant. Ms. Lydia explained that our room had insufficient power to handle a microwave (same $$ as a room that can), but we were welcome to walk 300 or so yards to a “community” microwave if we wanted to heat our coffee. We were given room 101, a corner room off the main lobby near two exit doors. This is a busy and very noisy location as doors loudly open and close throughout the night. We travel often and are “elite” members. When we inquired to use the late check out perk, Ms. Lydia responded we failed to read the fine print. She said it was only if available and it wasn’t available because they were short on housekeepers and supposedly were “sold out” . We had been there four days and knew very well they weren’t sold out. We made the decision to speak with the manager, Patrick who kindly explained to us what his employees did wrong. Too many other options to pay full fare for not even the basics. Best to Mike, Ethan & Jose! You’re lovely! Be well, stay awesome

This was the best accessible room I ever had. They even had lower beds, which made it easier to get in and out of. They even raised the desk chair for me. Parking near my room which was great. Also, the room was very clean. Loved the roll in shower, too.

The rooms were nice and clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The staff at the desk were friendly and accommodating. When I checked in I was told the hotel had not started serving breakfast yes because of the pandemic but the did serve lunch and dinner. The website said continental hot breakfast served. Guess the owners are too cheap to serve breakfast and use the pandemic as an excuse. The cons was the halls smelled like marijuana at any time of day. I figure the staff were in their work areas smoking marijuana. No matter what time I returned, always some shady characters sitting in the parking lot or outside the buildings. I would watch them approach cars for about a minute and car would drive off. Selling drugs? not sure but that seemed to be what was going on. Never felt safe walking from the car to the front doors. No one ever threatened me but I was watched real hard walking in. I travel to the area on business. Definitely will not stay their again and I would not recommend others to stay there especially if you are a lone woman or a family with kids.

Room was not comfortable for 3 ladies. It had no full length mirror; only mirror was above bathroom sink. Toilet seat broke and when we told front desk it was not fixed and remained broken for the rest of our stay. On Sunday morning we had no hot water for showers; this was our third day there. Beds were very soft and not comfortable. Rooms not well insulated from noise..we heard voices and TVs all night. Front desk not very responsive to our needs. Would have to think twice about staying there again On our

The entrance is beautiful inside. Staff are pleasant. But, rooms are full of junked furniture. My bed is broke. Lights have nothing holding the glass shade to it. The air handler is in the bathroom with the return and noisy as all heck. And the guests are beyond loud

Hubby and I decided to stay here for a night. We just wanted to try the pool on a hot summer day. Today we can’t plan anything far ahead due to the unpredictable weather. One day is hot, the next day rain, and after that, lightning and thunder. We stayed one night and used the pool for two days. The front desk staffers were friendly. We had Francisco welcome and check us in, and Patrick handled our checkout. I asked for a late checkout and was able to extend it. So we could swim more. So thankful! We had a room on the ground floor near the pool. The room was clean, quite big, with a high bed. It was a good room, no issue. Breakfast and lunch were served at the restaurant by the lobby called Bistro 46. We had a good and peaceful stay here.

I travel a lot for work and have stayed in nice places and really bad ones, but based on the previous negative reviews you would expect it to be bad but after staying here you quickly learn it isn't true. The rooms were nice/clean to sleep and rest, quiet enough to do some work and the fitness room was also good with free weights. Lastly, the hospitality from the restaurant staff to the hotel Manager (Francisco) was phenomenal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to rest in a nice bed and quiet room. The staff really makes the difference.

My husband and I flew in on a red eye and the staff was gracious enough to allow us an early check in. The rooms were nice and spaceous. Not to mention that the whole place was decorated for Christmas. Very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Francisco helped us with pretty much everything. We ate at the morning Cafe and then dined in the evening at the bar area. Ambience was great and the staff at the bar and diner were super accommodating. We had a great experience and when we come back to NY we will stay here again. Thank you Holiday Inn staff for a good time. 😊

I traveled from MD to NY early to avoid a snow storm. Left 230a in MD, arrived 6ish here. Check in time was 3pm but Alisaa made a way for me to check in early because she saw how tired my son and I were. She even gave me an extra bed for my son because I initially asked for 1 bed. She was so professional and caring! If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back here. Kudos Alissa! Sorry if I butchered the spelling of your name. Rooms were clean and the service was great by others.

My son goes almost every weekend for the card show (sports cards, Pokemon etc) and it always brings an impressive crowd. I believe the show is organized by J&M Sports (located in Deer Park)

A somewhat upscale Holiday Inn. Great location with easy access to the Long Island Expressway. Room was generally well maintained except for our sink. Breakfast was good but for the price, I expected this to be free.

Rooms are clean, everyone was friendly. Had two incidents, first the first night, a circuit breaker popped, and the alarm went off. Second was 4 nights later, the fire alarm went off because they had a leak and it shorted out the alarm. There rooms are set around the pool and all conversations are heard in the rooms in the corridors. The staff tries to keep the people quiet, but more times then not people are talking loud. Happened almost every night.

Do yourself a favor and book anywhere anywhere else besides this motel disguised as a hotel. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the people working the restaurant were awesome and very attentive. We liked our breakfast and coffee. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was below standard. The room and hallways smelled like weed. Fire alarms went off multiple times in the evenings. The section we were in looked nothing like rooms online. Most of us were assigned rooms that were windowless. Cheap Led lights, low ceilings, leaking shower. All around one of the worst hotels ever 😂 Run.

If paying decent hotel pricing for a cheap run down motel is your plan then this is your place. The only saving Grace here is the staff. I travel constantly for work and stay in a mostly IHG properties. Once in a while I regret picking a holiday inn, this is one of those times. First I must say, the staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is very obviously a motel that they attempted to make seem like a hotel. They failed. It feels like what it truly is, a junky motel. The layout is horrible, this is from enclosing the outdoor motel entrances to look like a hotel. Because of this you don’t get a window. The entire place is super noisy. Everyone that walks by your room, opens or closes a door, flushes a toilet, sneezes, doesn’t matter it’s likely to wake you up. The rooms and hallways are run down and outdated. Floors had lots of permanent staining. This morning I went to the desk to check out and go stay elsewhere. The person at the desk was polite and professional. He understood my issues. It was then that I found out they also don’t have a breakfast. This would have been one star but the staff handling things well made me give a second.

Rooms are alright. You can tell it’s old. Being on first floor is horrible bc you hear everything. Lydia is amazing. The young kid that takes care of Morning restaurant also amazing. Parking is fine. Inexpensive, somewhere to sleep. Coffee is actually strong and good though.

The hotel is dated and oddly laid out. Key cards frequently stopped working and the staff were short and not overly friendly. The food however, was good. I ordered a Cajun chicken pasta and it was nice and spicy; the roasted tomatoes were sweet and balanced it well. The side salad that was nearly an extra $10 was literally just greens.

I have never stayed in a hotel/holiday Inn with service this poor. I was first told that their shuttle would pick me up at airport. When I called from airport this was denied. I asked for a shuttle into Huntington, it was denied. My room was not made in 4 days. I had to complain to the manager to have bed made, empty trash and clean towels. I paid over $900 to stay here. I am a Holiday Inn priority member. They should investigate this place.

We stayed here for one night when going to a wedding nearby. It was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. But it seems none of the rooms have windows to the outside. The windows look into the hallway. Also, the bathroom is in the back of the room, so the bed is right by the door. In our room, it sounded like someone was opening our door and coming into our room anytime anyone opened or closed a door in the hallway. It was very loud and woke us several times in the middle of the night. Also there's no breakfast at all. The restauarant in the lobby opens only for dinner.

Black mold in the bathroom, dirty room, disgusting!!! In Covid time i would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!! If they are not able to properly manage basic cleanness of a room i can't even imagine how dirty must be inside of the mattress or the carpet . If i could give minus 10 stars i would be more than happy to do it !!!! Stay away from this terrible hotel !

Last time I stayed here the fire alarm went off every hour for 4 hours between 1am and 5am. I ended up checking out early. The room is disgustingly dirty and nothing feels clean. The room originally given to me was preoccupied. The second room the carpet felt dirty and had crumbs all over the place. The bed was saggy and not comfortable at all. It was by far the worst stay at a hotel I ever had. The location to the highway is probably the best part of this hotel.
