Great place staff is frendly and helpful. And the building is a piece of history and so is the jail next door.

Great museum in the 100 yr old restored courthouse. Various rooms highlight local history beginning with Native Americans and includes many hands-on activities. It also features displays on Regal Ware and a 'war' room which honors our veterans without sgar coating war. Be sure to ask if you can get a tour of the jail next door, the docent gives a fasicating glimpse into the life of the sheriff.

Beautiful old building! The stained glass windows, entryway tile, and abundance of gorgeous wood created the ambience my daughter wanted to surround her on her wedding day.

Wonderful gem of a museum! We visited for the first time and were surprised by how much there was to see and do. They have "touch me" stations in each exhibit for kids. Don't miss the jail tour or the doll house scavenger hunts!

Showed up on a Friday around noon and toured the Courthouse. Interesting but I was there to see the Old Jail. After the Courthouse tour I asked if I could walk over and see the Jail. I was told their was no one there to take me on the tour. This was after I had called the day before to make sure everything would be open the day I was there. Very disappointed.

We took a group of memory care residents to this museum. Staff was super friendly, museum was the perfect size and everyone had a lot of fun talking about their youth!

We rented the Tower Heritage Center for my daughter’s bridal shower. It was the perfect place to host the event. Steve was so accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our day memorable! The venue is gorgeous which made decorating a breeze. Many of our guests had never been to the space and were thoroughly impressed with its beauty and history. I highly recommend checking it out if you need a space for a social gathering.
