    Big Mac served without cheese & very small amount of lettuce & sauce, I would hope employees know what ingredients go on the food they are serving or if they're out of cheese?!?! that they would inform the customer. Now I understand why people are sitting in their car going through the bags of food to check that everything ordered is served. I will be doing that from now on if I choose to return. Then I could not get a receipt because they were out of paper! Very disappointed‼

    I always have a good experience at this McDonald's. We usually order on the app and then park in the curbside spots to get our food. It never takes very long and the food has always been accurate and hot. No complaints!!

    Quick service. Edit ~ still great service. Another edit ~ asked for fresh fries since our were not the best. They made new ones without any questions. Side note. The number on our food was awful.

    This place is a joke if you want to pay 4 dollars for coke and Soggy fries this would be the place to go. I asked for the manager and he was very good and said I don’t make the prices. I understand that but could you at least make sure that the food come out warm before you hand it to me. For these prices I’ll be spending my money elsewhere

    Unfortunately, it's not the best. I asked for 3 sauces and did not receive them, yet I paid for them. All my burgers were cold. My fries were stale and cold. About the only good thing was that they made a mean shake.

    Just don't bother if its later and only the drive through is open. No response for along time, forever wait time for the food, and won't serve a bundle pack that's on their menu, but they'll serve you the items individually, and with attitude. So it's not that they can't for any reason, just that they won't. I'll just go to kwik trip

    Have been here numerous times in the last 30 days and it seems that they have a problem getting orders with special requests processed correctly. Cheeseburger Happy meal * plain* does not mean a regular cheeseburger OR does a 2 cheeseburger meal with just mustard and onions, mean 1-regular cheeseburger and 1-made as requested. The restaurant only had one other person waiting to order, so they weren't busy. The upside to this problem is they did correct the order quicker than it took me to get my food when I ordered the first time.

    I stopped here a week ago while on a 75 mile bike ride to re-fuel before tackling the hills on hwy 33 toward Allenton well anyway the service was incredible it was 10 minutes before closing and they let me dine in and told me to take my time which was cool I ordered the big Mac meal with a LG fry and drink the big Mac was cooked to perfection and the fries were the best if I'm ever in West Bend again I'll stop here again.

    I am not trying to be a negative person, but I legit come to here or any fast food maybe 2xs a year. So, when I do and only order 2 items, I can only assume I am getting what I want, to go. I didn't ask for a 50 piece nuggets or anything crazy...just a burger with heavy everything. I barely had anything. Super dry burger and just a waste of fun and calories.

    Stopped Saturday for a ranch bacon original chicken sandwich. I got it home and it was a dried up burnt chicken patty with two small pickles. I threw it out. I used to love the coffee but my coffee was bitter. I stopped right before lunch thinking things would be fresh. Won't see me there anymore.

    Ordered a 6pc happy meal received a 4pc, fries were cold. Ordered a triple chzbrgr recieved a single, bun was hard as a rock, cold chz literally. Went in to get the burger corrected kid says it's not hard it's toasted I opened it up showed him not toasted that's a rock, he said oh wow, no sorry, chz he says is always cold it just melts on the burger, explained no you heat the darn burger up then. He then gave me a new cold burger, still cold chz, bun soggy this time, not customized had all toppings which was wrong. He had receipt in hand to show. Also ordered a 2chzbrgr meal customized they added all toppings, small fry meal but comes with medium fries, they were cold. Did not bother going in again, drive thru was packed, not moving to get that corrected again, happy meal was not fixed. How many times do I have to go in?! Literally sick of paying for a certain service within the fast food community, always getting it wrong, then the staff lacks so much customer service, they do not care, are so rude when they are the ones who messed up. No sauce, no napkins ever, asked for it at ordering. Chance after chance at this place, stopped going for awhile but the grands love mcds! Can you please train these kids right, to take time to check orders, train these adults to learn to pay attention, better customer service, take pride in what they are doing, serving. Our community pays for you to stay open, you pay us back by ALWAYS getting away with bad service. Understand mistakes happen but time after time it's no longer a mistake. It's that one does not care.

    It use to be a good McDonalds but the drive thru experience has gone down. I went thru the drive thru on a windy day and the worker rudely told me they told me to wait a minute. I drove away. This morning, after working a 16 hr shift in a nursing home the same one cops an attitude with me for not telling her I selected my card for payment via the app. I told the manager who bless her heart seemed ran off her feet.

    Placed order and then went to pay and then they notified me they had no ice cream products available. This was at 1230. That was the main reason for stopping there for my grandson. The time before that I did not get his milk included with his happy meal. Why aren't the individuals taking orders updated when they are out of products.

    It took awhile for someone to take our order, but the lady that took it was kind. The food was decent. My daughter loved the seats, compared some of them to zebras and thought they were cute. She had a good time.

    Delivery truck pulled in as I was trying to park in a curbside spot, blocking me off. Angry staff waved me back, making me back through the entire parking lot in the rain. Finally parked and went in. Order took a while because they were busy which I understand, but then after walking all the way back to my car I find out they missed 1/3 of my order. They were quick to fix the order but offered nothing more than an "oops sorry". Not terrible service but I definitely wasn't impressed.

    The customer service here sucks! Ordered my food and the girl just gave me a total. Drove up to the first window. Guy walks up and says I need to go to the 2nd window. I told him no one said that and he stared at me like I was talking in another language. Went to the 2nd window, paid anf they handed me my food. No “thank you” or anything. Who trained these idiots? This sure wasn’t how I was trained in fast food.

    Literally took 30 mins for 20 chicken nuggets while being the only people in the store/no drive thru line. Had my food ready in a bag but continued to talk to coworkers and walking around laughing doing nothing while we are waiting. I hope they make less then $15 an hour for being so incompetent

    Took forever in the drive thru. Just ordered a shake. Manager should make better use of huge orders and expedite small ones. Park the huge orders and move the line. Chick filet has a great model. NEVER Again!

    I went throw drive thru. I work for McDonald's for 17 years. I would have fired for all that happened. I was in the first lane. The guy said he be right with me. Who ever waited on three cars. Finally had my fill of waiting. Said excuse me I would like to place a order. When went to pay she ask me what was my order. Told her not even a thank you. Go to the second window this guy just hand me my soda. Just hands me the bag without saying thank you. I can see why this store is only 3 stars. I would not even give you that. Poorly trained people that is your head manager and other mangers fault. Maybe they should be retraid. Will not return again.

    Recently I went through the drive thru with my husband and both times our drink sizes were incorrect. The first time, I pointed it out to the young man and he pointed at his order screen inside and said he gave me what it says. The second time, same young man gave me a small frapp, though we ordered a medium. My iced coffee was a medium but I ordered a large. Didn't waste my time to point it out again, even though my receipt showed the correct sizes. This location needs some serious training and some sort of motivation for the employees to do their job correctly.

    This is, hands down, the worst McDonalds that I have ever gone to. The service was awful, they treated me and my family like trash. One of the workers, a man with brown hair, was clearly in a bad mood and took it out on the customers, aka my family. We paid for large ice creams and got small ice cream. When we asked for large ice cream he said there was no difference. We said we paid the difference, so then the man rolled his eyes and stomped away, instead getting his manager to come and get it for him. The manager there was clearly irritated with him, and it was overall an awful experience for me and my family. I will never, EVER, go to this McDonalds again.

    Grabbed a bagel sandwich thru the drive thru. I asked for extra napkins and the person actually walked away from the window to "get napkins". They returned, gave me the bag and I drove away. Opened the bag, and there were zero napkins. None. And the sandwich was hard as a rock. Couldn't eat it so I had a snickers for breakfast when I got to work.

    Inside lobby was dirty. Soda machine has a huge swarm of knats bugs, I mean a lot not just 1 or 2. On both soda machines, that area over there. Told the kid giving food had manager shirt on, he shrugged his shoulders, said nothing I can do. Food was cold even after waiting 10 min for it. Fully staffed, only 2 people in the lobby. I was charged for sauce but I ordered nuggets. I'm done trying at this location. Always something not good at this location. Please change it, get better. Sucks we have a bad one on this side of town.

    Their sevice has greatly improved over the last 6 months....but still have a ways to go. Staff has been more pleasant and friendly. I'm still waiting for Corp. to bring back healthier options that they discontinued during covid.

    I think I have hit my limit with McDonald’s restaurants. After three unsatisfactory visits at three different restaurants I think that is enough of an opportunity for them. July 12, 2023. I stopped at the West Bend location on W. Washington St. I thought the Service would be a little faster than Culvers as I was short on time. There was one other car ahead of me in the drive-through. I paid for my meal and they told me to pull forward to the yellow line. I waited there for 14 minutes before I got my food as I was driving away, I noticed that the container of french fries was only half full and they were cold. Hard to believe considering the amount of time I had to wait. Next time I will just go to culvers instead, the price isn’t all that much different, and they are very reliable and the quality of their food.

    I always come to this Mcdonald's, usually, I'll be in the back corner doing my homework. Every time I am here, everyone is always respectful and nice to me and always refills my coffee when I go up there. The managers and the front desk are a very good crew in my opinion and believe me, I've worked at a McDonald's for over three years during high school, so I know good customer service when I see it. Do me a favor and General Manager, and thank your crew, because they do there best under the most intense stress of times!

    I am actually shocked if they get my order correct. When you order a large fry 95% of the time I have half a container of fries. I got a Filet-O-Fish the other night that look like it was cooked 8 hours ago it was half the size it was supposed to be, dry and hard. If you wouldn't eat it don't put it in my bag. This place is a joke. go back to when the managers checked the bags to make sure everything was in there and correct

    Ordered 2 meals and a ice cream cone. Didn't get the ice cream, one of the fry, gave extra onions when I asked for none, and made my double into a single. Refused to do anything to fix it, burger tasted like pure salt, and I still got charged the extra amount of what I didn't get

    Terrible service, went and bought my food in the drive thru and waited 45 min+ for my food to be brought out to me and when they finally came out they asked what I orderd and that they accidentally gave my food to the wrong person. This has happened on more the one occasion and this is the only McDonalds I've ever had an issue like that with.

    I will have to say that I am super impressed by the service today. First of all, the drive through was super busy and they cleared the line in no time. I went inside to get my food and only waited a minute for the food to come out. The staff there today was awesome.

    The following all just happened at the same visit. I didn't call about this because I was already home so I just cut my losses. I ordered and paid for 2 Double hamburgers and received 2 single hamburgers. I ordered and paid for 6 piece nuggets and did not receive them. I ordered and paid for a Coke and received a Diet. If it was just one mistake I wouldn't have left a review, but 4 mistakes is unacceptable. I won't be return to this location.
