Final update: Amanda called again (an hour before my appointment this afternoon) to say they no longer think it is a good idea to fix my lashes now, and that they think it would be best to wait a few weeks before doing them again. I am supposedly getting a full refund and they have offered a free lift in a few weeks. Update: The office manager, Amanda, called me from home to try to rectify the situation. After some back and forth, she offered for me to come in today with another stylist at another location, but she told me they may not have time to do the tint. I was told I could come back a third time to have my tint redone but that unfortunately, they would not refund the tint that I already paid for. Will update more after today’s appointment. Extremely disappointed. I have had two previous lash lifts done here that turned out absolutely beautiful. I got a third one done yesterday and my lashes look awful! They are pointing in multiple directions, kinked, and frizzy. The woman who did my lashes was very kind and walked me through the steps, but my lashes turned out so so horribly. I am literally embarrassed to leave my house with my lashes looking like this. When I called to ask for them to fix my lashes, they would not fit me in the same day, and because I am unable to come in the middle of a work day, I am being forced to wait until next weekend. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I was a client for over 6 months here with a membership. As soon as I canceled my monthly membership, the service changed. The quality was not the same. My eyelash extension only lasted for 5 days after receiving services as a non-member in comparison to a member. I then called to discuss this issue and voice this and was told that I was able to get this service redone. However, I was on my vacation as my eyelash appointment occurred the day before I left for Dubai. I noticed chunks of lashes falling off immediately, and was left with no lashes while on my birthday trip after spending $149. Once I returned, I was contacted weekly to make another appointment (which I did not want to do). When I decided to give the salon another chance, I was told the service is $275 when I was consistently paying $149. I was told I can have $139 off, making the cost $10 cheaper when it was supposed to be complimentary due to the horrifying encounter, I had with my previous lash appointment. I do not recommend coming to this salon what so ever! Look elsewhere, there's a reason why these appointments take 60 minutes, as they clump multiple lashes to glue onto one eyelash rather than individually gluing lashes.

Danielle is truly a pro at lashes! I've been going to her for several months now and I've never left disappointed. She has over a decade of experience which helps when you prefer a speedier appointment for a refill. She is also very flexible if you like to try new styles occasionally. She listens well and does a great job accommodating your personal preferences. I refuse to go anywhere else! Update: Wonda is also excellent!

Wonderful experience with Keyneca today!! This is my first time having lash extensions in over 5 years. She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. My lashes look exactly like I wanted - the ‘classic’ style offers perfect length and tint. I will definitely be coming back!

She’s always so gentle and very adaptable I change my mind every time about what I want but she never hesitates to patiently discuss the pros and cons of all my options. I love her work but most of all I relate to her gentle spirit. Excellent service!!!

My last tech, Wonda, is absolutely incredible..I recommend using her to anyone..she made me feel beautiful and continues to..my lashes are so spectacular and my eyebrow tint is stunning! and she's such an awesome person! This was my first time at Lash Lounge and I wasn’t disappointed! The facility is clean and professional which put me at ease immediately. The staff is super nice, and I had such a great experience with Sean! He was very thorough and took his time explaining everything to me and made sure I was comfortable during my lash tint & lift. He was also very personable and treated me like a friend which made the service fun and go by so fast. I love my results and already set up my next appointment with him in October! The price is worth the results and great service, I won’t be going anywhere else for my lash needs. 😊

I was a little nervous my first time getting lash extensions but Alanna exp everything in detail and removed all my fears. She did a great job and I ❤️ my lashes. They look very natural.

Bella does an amazing job on my lashes! I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and she is by far the best lash tech I’ve had so my lashes. She is gentle and makes them look perfect.

I usually go to Lash Lounge in Birmingham, just because I work in the area. My stylist was sick so I had to be fit in elsewhere, and it just so happened that Asia had an opening at the West Bloomfield location. My lashes look beautiful, she did a phenomenal job! Thanks Asia!
