Love this farm. This is definitely our regular. Lots to see and do. We love cuddle corner and the pony and tractor rides. The staff are all so friendly and engaging with my toddler. There are a good range of animals and they seem well kept. There is a lovely marked farm walk around the back dotted with climbing apparatus which leads to fields of sheep and a pond. Plenty of opportunities to explore. The cafe is lovely. Lots of hot options and the best cream scone I've had in a long while. Highly recommend

We enjoyed a lovely couple of hours at the farm. The kids got to feed the cows, goats and chickens. They got visit the pigs and smaller animals. They thought it was hilarious that a little horse had the same name as their baby cousin. They had a ride on the tractor trailer and a pony. They enjoyed the toy tractors, park and hay barn. The oldest especially like the rope swing in the hay barn. When we got cold we enjoyed a hot chocolate with marshmallow and cream in the coffee shop.

Well worth a visit and ideal with small children. Farm shop is well stocked with a quality you cannot get in a high street or supermarket. Cafe is excellent, and the restaurant is so good you'll need to book well in advance.

We had a great afternoon here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It's a really fun place to take the children. Feeding the sheep and goats is a blast, watch out for the goats, they will try to steal the whole bag of feed from you, such a laugh. A fun tractor ride, and an amble around the vehicle museum, before a visit to the cafe for home made warm scones and a cream tea, lovely. A quick call into the farm shop, and a lovely afternoon was over, with a promise to call again soon. Loved it.

Place is really nice, friendly staff produce is reasonably priced, farm area itself is pretty small the car museum area was closed so we could not walk into there. We went during the bank holiday so parking was really bad, overall good experience would highly recommend we paid Β£30 for entry for a family of 4 which i think is pretty expensive considering the farm area is really small.

We went there most recently for their Victorian Christmas Market, and as normal, they did not fail to deliver. All staff throw themselves into the timely attire, and there's always a good range of craft stalls and food options. The farm animals were all out in their pens and the petting zoo was a lovely experience for our toddler.

I had a fantastic time at the farm. I haven't been here since before lockdown and it's nice to know it's still as brilliant as before. The animals are all well looked after and the kids that we took here loved every second! I'd highly recommend this place to none who wants a lovely day out and wants to keep their kids occupied!

Amazing place for a day out with the family! Lots to do and included in the entrance price too. Animal feeding, tractor ride, rope swinging over hay bales, cuddle corner, 2 parks, motor museum, farm yard walk all included...extras are pony rides which is only Β£1 and lunch in the tea room which is reasonably priced. Animals are well cared for, Donkeys, ponies, sheep, pigs, cows, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs. Freindly welcoming staff and so much fun! It's a lovely traditional working farm with lots of history and also a cute little farm shop too.

Nice place to take little ones, selection of animals to get close to and an opportunity to feed and hold some of them. Play area and a very nice trail round the edge of the fields. Cafe has a small selection on the menu and the shop has a selection of produce. The museum was a nice touch and worth a look round.

Such an amazing day out! I’ve been here twice now and every time me and my kids have enjoyed it so much. There is so much to do and such a little cost. The place is so clean for humans and the animals. They should be so proud of their lovely little farm and the staff are really nice. The museums are so interesting and it’s nice to see they have kept the old buildings so well. Recommend highly!

Staff was very friendly and informative! Very clean and the animals all looked super happy and healthy! Had the good luck of coming on a day where the pig had just given birth to piglets that morning! My Daughter fell in love with the bunny's! The tea room although very busy was very clean and the food we took away was delicious! We will definitely be returning!

Gorgeous farm, ideal for little ones. My 2.5 year old loved it. Lots of adorable baby animals at this time of year. Cuddle corner was our favourite. I also liked that there were plenty of well maintained, clean hand washing stations. Definitely advise purchasing some animal feed on entry. The rope swings in the hay barn looked like good fun for slightly older children. A lovely afternoon out.

We recently had my daughter's 4th birthday party at Stonehurst and it was wonderful. Very simple and easy to book, an email a week before to confirm numbers and the team at Stonehurst sort the rest! We were met by Izzy who was lovey; friendly and welcoming and looked after us during the party. The children got to feed some of the animals, hold some of the smaller animals and also had some time to play in the snow before a tractor ride round the farm fields. The food for the children was also really good and a party box is provided for each child. Would highly recommend!

Very little staff interaction, sparse to zero information about the animals, rusty old tractor wrecks everywhere with sharp exposed areas, generally dull/shabby for the price. Petting area where anybody is completely free to handle guinea pigs - no oversight whatsoever. Cafe as average as it gets, bland food/drinks. Shop and its cheery worker was the only highlight.

Great farm. With all the restrictions in place they have accommodated very well. Great information by the bloke on the main gate. One way system clear and easy to follow, while still allowing you to see and spend time with the animals.

We'd never been before to Stonehurst and were recommended by a friend to see Santa at the Victorian market. We loved it!! The Santa visit was quite quick and the queue wasn't huge as you had to book times on the website before hand. The Santa was wonderful and the whole set up was a lovely Victorian room (set in a barn) and our little boy loved every minute and his gift too. Recommend booking well in advance for the kids Santa tickets but we paid on the day for our adult entry with a voucher. The market was lovely to walk around, Sylvester the Jester was there, along with a 4 piece brass band playing festive tunes. With hit mulled wine and Roasted Chestnuts, it's was lovely. Especially as the weather was chilly too. The tearooms were lovely and cosy and the staff were very helpful. Everyone was dressed un victorian dress and there were cosy open fires (caged in for safety) to warm yourself on if required. We stopped most of the day and enjoyed every minute. Plenty for the kids to do and lots of stalls for either buy gifts from or treats for yourself. Would recommend it if you haven't been before.

A recent foodie discovery through the nations Covid challenges, this little gem has provided us with : *the best bread ever via the Quorn Secret Supper Club *the freshest spelt bread , cheese and coleslaws for impromptu home lunches. * fresh vegetables and meats Latterly, the lovely staff have provided an outside space to meet a " bubble" friend who we sat with , drinking delicious coffee and cake, on their socially distanced straw bales! Today, when we called, there was a Spanish wine tasting with a knowledgeable supplier...can this place get any better? Can't wait for John's House restaurant to reopen so we can try that too. 'Continued success to this talented and flexible team.

Lovely little farm with tractor rides, pony rides and animal feeding. Also cuddle corner where you can hold a rabbit or guinea pig. Two play areas plus straw bale barn gives kids plenty of space to play. Old vintage tractors dotted around were my son's dream (he just loves to sit on them and pretend to drive). Best for dry weather though not much under cover.

A lovely countryside farm! Beautiful sanded play park for children too! The staff were all happy and friendly with lots of knowledge on their animals! We went on the tractor ride which our 1 year old loved! We brought our son a chocolate lolly from the shop which he loved and us adults had a sausage roll that was absolutely AMAZING! The price for entry I thought was really reasonable! The other half loved the motor museum too. We will definitely be back

Had a great experience here with our two year old grandson. Fed the chickens sheep and cows..stroked the guinea pigs and rabbits, went on a tractor ride round the farm, had a little horse ride and played in the sand with the tractors. He loved it all and to boot met a little friend in the play area. You really can't go wrong here as they had good facilities and outside picnic areas. It a no brainer to keep the toddler happy. Oh and we had a good time time too and really good value.

Lovely farm to visit with the kids. Cows, pigs (a litter of 2day olds when I visited!), ponies, chickens, sheep, goats, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs. I've probably forgotten some! Nice to be able to get close and feed some animals. A cuddle with the bunnies and guinea pigs always goes down a storm! Hourly tractor rides round the fields, a play park, hay bales and rope swings, cafe, outside picnic area and ice creams on sale - couldn't ask for more. Oh and pony rides round the pen for Β£1?! Love this farm. Clean, easy hand washing and toilet facilities. There's also a farm shop if you fancy it.
