Taste from the Middle East If you've travelled anywhere in the Middle East you will know what authentic Falafel tastes like. These folks make it as authentic as it is!!!! Alhamdulilha, this place is in the perfect place just by the markets to grab a quick wrap and fresh juice. There is seating too, however as you can imagine it's a busy place. I cannot recommend this place enough... It's delicious, filling and mostly it's totally vegetarian.

The balls were perhaps a little salty, but enough of the fresh salad balanced this out. Lots of lettuce, tomatoes, pickled turnips and garnish. Note that the wrap is quite drippy , sorry for making a mess on New Street. Satisfying as a pick up and go , and we’ll definitely be back !

Falafel wrap is very good and delicious. It’s crispy falafel full with tahini sauce and vegetables. The man who served us was very generous and gave us extra falafel. They have fresh Juice made just in front of you.

If you visit Birmingham or live in it and do not eat this falafel, you have missed a lot because it is really a wonderful food, so I advise you to taste it and you will come back to eat it again because it tastes great 👌🌮

Fresh taste from a friendly place. The falafels were fantastic and the stall was very popular, with lots of customers queuing. My side salad had all kinds of wonderful pickles which gave it a real Moroccan feel! A shout-out to the boss man who didn't charge me for the salad. Chukran to these guys!

You changed my life! Okay backstory, it’s my first time in Birmingham, and the excitement of the trip starved me. It was Friday night and omg all the restaurants in the area were so busy, so my husband and I decided to go back to the hotel and JustEat it. Then we saw Top Falafel along the way: I’m all over that! Falafel me up, bros! There was a queue but service was fast - and I know fast because we have a very impatient toddler. We ordered the falafel wrap and then had chips, water, some baklava (“so good, so much better than a snickers bar IMO” - husband) and a Crystal hot sauce. Yeah, THE Crystal hot sauce from America - can’t get that from Tesco, you know? I’m have an aversion from hot and spicy food but my husband loves it, so my wrap didn’t have hot sauce in it. Anyway, fast forward to our hotel where we ate it, the chips weren’t soggy - they were divine! What the — hands down, best chips. Then the wrap itself was sublime. I’m so glad McDonald’s was full. Here was a perfect, healthy, fresh and tasty wrap. Omg what was that pink pickle? It’s so crunchy and the falafel itself is so delicious. So soft but not crumbly, it’s fresh. It’s so good you can taste the care put in it. But the life changing moment was when my husband convinced me to try it with the Crystal. Damn I’m so glad I braved up to it. It’s next level gooooooood! There’s a reason why they sell it, it takes the wraps into another dimension! It’s not hot but flavorful, it highlights the flavors of the wrap. I mean, you gotta try it. Yeah so I’m Team Hot Sauce now. Thank you, Top Falafel. Will make sure to visit you every time I’m in the area!

Tried them for the first time at the Birmingham German markets. Was so delicious and excellent service very friendly. We went back for more ! Would definitely recommend you to try. The falafel was so moist and perfect.

We had falafel lunch boxes today at the market. It was really tasty and fresh. The falafel itself was crunchy yet moist and fresh. The Hummus was super creamy and delicious. It also came with a generous portion of fresh salad. A cold drink to it and voila quality tasty lunch in no time. A big bonus was of course how polite they are providing excellent service serving super affordable food. Thank you we'll be back!

Went to top falafel for the first time today. Brilliant place. Bought a falafel and halloumi wrap, full of flavour, was even given a free falafel sample whilst waiting and it was amazing. Fresh food, healthy. Leaves you wanting more. Served by mahammed was very kind and pleasant. Only thing i would ask is the wraps are wrapped in foil it would keep them warmer.
