Worst kfc I’ve ever had. The chicken was so dry and hard. Feels like put in the warmer for 1 day. The chips was not even cooked properly. Still can feel raw potato. KFC grandpa will definitely be angry if he is still alive.

KFC was good,young guy who took our order was very pleasant, can't say to much about the women who threw our order on the counter for us too collect...she just said the number didn't make eye contact or enjoy your meal,I did say thanks but that fell on deaf ears..considering we where the only people in store waiting for our order..retraining on being pleasant might help.

Currently in line still waiting at drive through, been over 20minutes at the speaker and my lunch break is only 30. No such thing as fast food here in Busselton. Not even a line only one person infront of me so they aren't busy.

Absolutely shocking.... we arrived at about 8pm Wednesday 15th. The stores lights were off to make it seem as if they were closed, We were told there wasn't enough chicken for a family meal, we thought ok that's understandable seeing as it's a smallish town so maybe they don't cook as much through the day. The lady taking our order was extremely rude the whole time, we then chose to get 2 x zinger boxes, which she then said we don't have hot wings what did you want us to swap them with, we chose the popcorn chicken. We pulled up to the window and all the staff were on their phones or messing around, extremely unprofessional, we paid and eventually got our food. We got back to our hotel and realised that we got charged extra for the popcorn chicken.... we shouldn't have seeing as KFC didn't have enough chicken and we had to swap. The food was cold and discusting, no sauce in the burgers etc and in the bag it's like one of the staff members decided to give us all the napkins and wipes they had in the store...? Absolutely will not be returning. I hope the manager has a good chat to these girls so they learn how to actually serve customers and treat their workplace with respect.

Terrible service, rude and disengaged staff. Waited for 20 mins after ordering watching 3 male staff standing around chatting and laughing while one girl was racing around trying to pack orders. No manners and they go out of their way to make you feel like an inconvenience to their lives for being there. What a terrible workplace culture!!! Don’t bother!

Disgusting Meal. Chips were so dried up and uneatable chicken was no better, coating was like eating rubber has obviously spent the whole day in the warmer. 95% of our family feast ended up in the bin.

Best KFC I have ever had. The store seemed new so I hope they can maintain that same level. Wish I could have it again but I live in NSW!

Stopped for a late lunch. Nearly every table had food scraps on them and needed a good clean. One bin was overflowing. They certainly need to lift their cleaning game.

Chicken was soggy and sweaty with the batter falling off the outside and yet still the driest chicken ever inside. Chips were under cooked and close to being raw potatoes in texture.

Worst KFC I've been to in Australia. Chicken was definitely reheated it tasted dry and oily at the same time. Staff are sweet but we go to KFC for chicken not service. Save yourself the effort and go to McDonald's or hungry jacks down the road.

Cold twister with chicken that is clearly not fresh. Cabbage instead of lettuce when we don't have an issue with lettuces in WA? Chicken piece was cold and soggy and the skin was dangling off it, not got and crunchy. Gravy was cold and lumpy. 2 mashies and the chips were actually quite decent. Burger was just mayo, not fresh chicken, cabbage and a stale bun. Avoid at all costs.

Went to the drive thru at 845pm last night for some chips. We sat at the speaker box for so long we guessed maybe they were closed and drove through to exit. On the way through we saw three teenage boys just standing around inside so drove back into the drive thru to wait for them. After realising that we weren’t going to just drive away one begrudgingly asked what we wanted and when we got to the window to pay he said “we’re actually packing up” and I said “oh do you close early tonight?” And he said “nah regular time” and I said “but you shut at 10pm…?” then, in what was honestly quite a comical moment, he shut the window on me leavening clear to see the opening hours on the glass ‘drive thru open Mon-Sun 10am-10pm’ The chips were awful anyway. Thankfully I have never come here often and I won’t bother again.

Arrived at 12.50 to get lunch. Chairs were still on top of tables. We actually first thought it was closed. Young lady who served us asked some young guy to put chairs down (I assumed he may work thereunder was off duty). He make quite a racket getting chairs. None of the tables were clean. Common-sense would be to wipe tables before putting chairs up. Windows were filthy. Food was fine, but clearly duty manager not checking restaurant was clean and ready for lunchtime service.

Long wait (21minutes) but the staff were friendly , polite and doing their best with a 3:30pm rush. Food was bang on.

DISGUSTING, Ordered from the app and went to drive through for pick and mentioned twice HOT CHIPS, went to the window and mentioned again about it. Opened the bag, chips were not hot so told her that I asked for hot chips, she kept arguing they just came out of the fryer and slammed the window. This is below poor. I must say she is working in the wrong field. What about choosing Karen’s dinner? Disgusting

Terrible service at this location. Waited 30 min at the front counter without even getting the opportunity to speak to staff. Finally when I called one over he wouldn’t take my order because in his words “we have 6 orders already on the board”. The problem was it kept updating with new orders with drive through customers so it was always going to be 6 orders! I got smart and decided to get an order through the app. 20 min later I got my food and it was a hastily slapped together burger that looked terrible. We ate quickly and got out of there.

Staff take forever to acknowledge you're there when you order inside. Had 2 to 3 employees including a manager who won't give you eye contact and pretend your not in front waiting to be served. When you do get served there is no common courtesy nor smile and when you ask for a simple request like asking for a thigh part they give you the "We can't guarantee your requested piece" spiel. Then give you a completely different piece when you can see a whole bunch of the same piece just sitting on the warmer. One of the worst KFC I've been too. Bunbury KFC way better when it comes to quality of customer service.

Absolutely terrible, went through drive thru didn't get half our order so went back thru, got abused, our order dropped, door slammed on us as we where picking up our meal. Then to be told where making it again after knocking on the door. Afterwards Got sworn at after getting our meal we payed for. Never again, chicken treat opened today If I could do zero stars I would

The original chicken had no taste and its extremely salty batter fell completely off the meat, dangling and limpy when I tried to eat it. Chips were soggy and limpy too.

Took the grandkids for dinner.their choice and it was fine Someone needs to wipe down tables ocationally That's all It was a bit busy

Orders two different boxed meals with extras and the quality was pathetic zinger burger where's the rest of it and had to go thru drive thru twice just to get everything originally ordered!

Such a difficult place to recommend. Sometimes excellent 5🤩. Chicken succulent and outside crispy. Next day dry and overcooked. 😳One day great service next day, I’m home, 30km away missing part of my order. Wish we didn’t love hot n spicy KFC now their coleslaw …… but …. I keep going every few months, just in case 🙄

Ordered and paid for 2 zinger stackers got these after waiting 15 mins at the drive through. Called the store who sent us to another site where we will have to wait for an answer.

Young fella not to concerned about customers. Pretty casual service. Food cooked well though

Food was cold, the drive through man didn’t tell me how much my food was, very disappointing. The only good thing was there was no wait line 👍

How refreshing it was to be served by Sue last week when I ordered lunch. It was so nice to be served by someone who was attentive, caring and mature with good experience. Sue was on fire, serving the front counter, helping out with drive through and even sorting out a car park issue for a co-worker. Go Sue!

It just made me sad to come here. I don’t understand why the cashier was judging me this way but there is probably no rational reason

Best KFC I've had in a long time. Chips not to salty. Chicken was crunchy and not dripping with oil.

Limited selection when we ordered as ran out of many items. Chicken was overcooked and dry.

Always fresh always good food, been many times, service is great.

Service was pretty average for what you’d expect for teenagers working late. Chicken was oily, not very hot. We ordered and paid for a popcorn chicken too that we did not receive, it wasn’t busy so I doubt the order got mixed up. Overall not too impressed.

Have travelled all over Australia this was the worst kfc in the country. Very Rude service by arrogant young kid who told me they don't do a dinner box. I know its not something they promote because its a good value meal but this kid was just so rude. I asked for the manager he never came? instead the kid came back after speaking to the manager and said they do have a dinner box and he was looking in the wrong place on the register. No apology just RUDE I know he is just a kid but there is no need to be so rude and arrogant. Its pretty easy to be nice this franchise brings the whole chain down,

I went to the busselton store and left my thongs in the car. The floor was that filthy I had to go back and get them to walk in the shop. Food great 👍 young lady at the counter great 👍. Who ever is managing that place should be ashamed..

Food was warm at best extremely.slow unsupported staff whom seemed to be lacking in train although the boy who served us was lovely and well mannered just no trained properly or still learning

Dunno if I just got lucky, this was my first time trying KFC at Busselton and it was the best I've ever had in my entire life, everything was absolutely perfect. The chips was nicely seasoned and piping hot, original and spicy chicken pieces was juicy as, perfectly seasoned and crispy. Bought a shared meals with the boys and it was a bloody bargain, will come again if I ever revisit Busselton.

Customer service lacking - lady serving very lack lustre and tables were filthy and chairs spread around everywhere. My son went to go use toilets and that was filthy too.
