    I don't think the people here have ever worked before because the customer service sucks. They always mess up door dash orders or forget things. It really sucks because we all love Dunkin but the store is horrible!

    Stopped at the store today to purchase a coffee and donuts and it was hard to order there is four people behind the counter the gentleman taking my order I'm not sure I could hear me well because the rest of them were being very loud. One person behind the counter area I'm not even sure was an employee, he had no Dunkin' donuts shirt on he picked up a coffee was talking to the people behind the counter and then left. It took over 5 minutes to get a coffee made when there was only one other person in line in front of me, I think they were more interested in having a conversation than serving the customers in the store. As usual the coffee and donuts are okay.

    This place is terrible. The food is okay, but twice I have ordered drinks at the counter, waited while other people come in after and leave with their own drinks, only to finally be told they were out of whatever I ordered. No offers of what to substitute or any kind of solution so I end up leaving with nothing. Waste of time and money. The employees are rude and act like they’re doing you a favor by being there. Fine in a pinch but would not recommend anyone come here regularly.

    Hard to base a review on one visit, but that's the experience we often have with places like this, so it's in the owners best interest to be aware of service at all times. Today was TERRIBLE. Came into a completely empty store to find a napkin on the register stating "In BR". When the BR door finally opened 5 minutes later a college student who was left to run the place alone emerged. I'll resist commenting on the bathroom post-use, but only hoping the sink and soap dispenser was used in equal capacity as the toilet.... The store was out of everything. I know the afternoon is hit or miss because they don't make donuts late in the day, but this was so scarce it made no sense being open. Frowned during the entire customer service experience. Made my drink and those after me completely wrong. Had such a bad attitude that the people that came in after us noticed and commented immediately. No hello. No thank you. No response at all actually. If you hate your job and you're working at this level simply get another one people.

    The donuts wasn't as fresh as I thought it would be and it was early morning too.. didn't feel welcomed No one was friendly. It's like the guys that was there didn't want to be at work talking amongst each other and not paying the customers any mind.

    Working in a retail consumer environment can be difficult, especially in food. I was impressed with how positive and friendly the staff was at this location. I’m a firm believer that positive acknowledgment should be provided when you have positive experiences.

    Ordered 2x on doordash, 1st time they gave me 2 coffees with my name on them instead of the 1 hot chocolate I ordered and completely left out my munchkins. used doordash credits to reorder. It's so great you can't pick what munchkins you get so was ok settling for a mix and throwing out the ones I don't like. got all glazed so all in the garbage. wasted my money 2x. will never order again!!!

    I use the mobile app so it's always super simple. And staff is always so pleasant at the window. I always leave with a smile and my coffee.

    Staff was rude when picking up an order placed on the app. They didn’t greet or speak during the entire transaction. They also didn’t get the order right and the food was so burnt, I had to throw it out.

    First I will start with the positive, the young lady at the cash register was extremely nice and the older gentleman as well! Other man/employee slammed down my iced tea on counter and threw my two bags on down on the counter, after he had to help the cashier input my coupon! When I said “please don’t throw my food bags”, he was extremely rude and condescending. I will not ever go back to that location. I only gave two stars because of the other two employees who were nothing but nice.

    Been coming her the past couple weeks and I’ve always had good coffee except a prior visit. Coffee was dark, couldn’t taste the French vanilla and it was sour. Went back and got a new one. Then today same situation. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location.

    Deducting a star cause it says they open at 6:00am on Sunday, but just drove past and it was closed at 6:15 ... I don't order any fancy coffees or breakfast sandwiches, just a regular coffee and donuts sometimes. Like most retail chains, service can be hit or miss but the staff is usually friendly. Doesn't stand out as some locations who have a higher standard of customer service (and I'm talking the minimum like "hello" and "thank you") but it's not bad either. Donuts are usually fresh and in stock and coffee is what you'd expect. Could get a little crowded but service is quick. I don't have 10 minutes to wait in the morning, so for me, getting my coffee quick is what's most important, and IMO this is the best location in West Chester.

    never have i seen such a wretched restroom area. the fumes being released from the cold, dank porcelain of the toilet reek of wet socks and musk. however, their caramel iced coffee makes up for the condition of the restroom

    Honestly, don’t waste your time coming here. I have a lot of sympathy for places that are understaffed but the customer service is just plain awful. Every time I’ve placed an online order, they didn’t start making it until I already had shown up. What’s the point of ordering ahead? The employees sit in the corner on their phone with AirPods in and it’s extremely rude. I used to love this location and I don’t know what happened to the ownership, but it’s gone downhill. I would much rather go out of my way to another Dunkin than come here. I think a bad experience can be made up with good customer service, but you don’t even get that. Just lazy workers.

    PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!! This location never has anything that’s listed on their menu, atrocious costumer service, and stale tasting food. After getting ripped off twice in the last two days I finally called to get an explanation why they felt it was okay to ignore my Doordash order and just put in whatever they like? Their response was “I wasn’t here 5 minutes ago it was someone else, so I don’t care” along with a bunch of yelling and arguing back. If you take a look at all their reviews this franchise obviously doesn’t care about the customer, I really don’t think they care much about anything, so please don’t waste another dollar or another minute at this Dunkin’ Donuts…
