Food was hot and fresh thank you Carl’s Jr

Juan and his crew were great! Most personable and quick service I’ve ever received at a fast food joint. Super professional, even late at night when no one else is open. A++. Definitely returning to this location

Come here once a week and service is great ,, they accept EBT which is great when your on a fixed income,, i always order the breaded chicken sandwich with extra pickles,, they always make your order when ordered so your meal is hot and wrapped so it's not a mess like McDonald's..great customer service with a smile ,, plenty of seats available for dining..

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & hot chocolate that was hot just the way I like it. Drive up the hill to Petco & ate it in my car while I went to take the last drink & there was a paper napkin on the bottom of the cup. Returned to Carl's Jr. to talk to the manager who says he made it. Ordered to serve another but I was so disgusted that I had vomited my food up & that doesn't compensate my loss. Will not EVER eat at any other Jr.s.

Not bad for the price.. I got the Superstar combo just around 7 bucks...

Burgers here are delicious

There’s always issues with this location and their app orders. They can never find them and they’re really rude. Also they never answer their phone. Go to a different location if you don’t want to be dealing with rudeness and frustration.

I love coming here! The customer service is spot on and food is delicious. My favorite is the super star. Mr. Tony always has positive energy as well as the other workers.

This little child attended me In the drive through I asked her for help and she literally said "I don't get paid enough to care" needless to say I threw my food away since she spit in the bag. I hope she doesn't lose her job. But I hope these people start getting paid more

Still one of the best places to get a good burger

i just purchased in a drive through service today at 4:35 pm , but did not include in the bag one item. I found out when reached home and called right away to inform them of what was missing. The guy who answered me was rude when I asked for his name, he replied "an employee", when I asked again his name he dropped the phone. I am not going to get back the missing item ,it will be his bonus for him, and will never go back to this branch. Corporate, do you still need him?

Seriously. 4th time this week I ordered a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. 3 out of 4 times I got a stale toasted hamburger bun instead of the bread it's supposed to come on. I eat here almost every day and this just started recently. Here is a picture. This upside down hamburger bun is always hard and tastes burned

I ordered the super Carl's Burger and they gave me two burnt up patties that's been sitting in the microwave for too long they were shrunken burnt the food was cold this restaurant was the reason why I never go to Carl's Jr ever again the management is horrible and the service is the worst I've ever seen

The food service here is good. They help with the discounts here with the cheese burgers cost more than the hamburgers. They ask about how many sauces or ketchup with fries that you want here. The onion rings and the chicken tenders or chicken strips are my favorite here and they can make a good deal here with any of your orders here.

This is for the West Covina location, off Azusa and Amar. I went the other day with my son and Jason was our cashier this day. He was very friendly, helpful and patient. Even when my card wouldn't swipe since the magnetic part doesn't work anymore, instead of getting impatient or upset Jason finagled a work around on his register so I could use the chip instead of the swipe. I was thankful for this since I didn't have any cash at the time either. We had only been waiting like 5 min when our food was ready, Jason brought it directly to us. It was hot, fresh and overall we really enjoyed our meal. I normally don't visit Carl's Jr. but after this great experience we will be coming more often.

I visited Carl's Jr. many times as I come by to eat there after school. In fact, I come by often enough that the employees there already recognize me and the same food I always order! They sometimes even ask how my day was and it puts me in a good mood!

Meat was yuck! Never seen this before

They closed our location. We generally have lunch out one day a week. Until safe we don't go to a sit down restaurant so this was disappointing. Oh well I guess we'll go to McDonald's.

The cashier at the drive thru was a very helpful and cheerful person abd my food came out perfect 😊

Its alright But single order chicken burger Is 9bucks, kind of pricey

Seriously people my steak burrito was bigger better than all others. TONY really gives best service second to none and the cooks are truly awesome. Very fast courteous service from TONY. Job well done. Ty. DON
