I've been coming here for years, never had a bad experience or issues. Owners are polite and friendly. I'll continue to stay here for all occasions I might need a room for. Lol Rooms are clean and always cared for. Appreciate the maids hard work. Thank you for making my visits pleasant.

This place is okay rooms are not all that very old and outdated! The worse part about this place is I felt like I was in a Military Camp the owners are pacing back and fourth spying on everyone and who goes in and out of your room! THe owners are not very happy people they don't smile just rude! Ray is one of the owners very dark older man on the phone all the time walking around like Adolf Hitler! I would never go back think twice before u go! Five star is better and always packed with customers because they don't harass and make u feel uncomfortable.

This is why they don't have nice things. I called a couple of days before I came in. The person I spoke to over the phone gave me a price $30 less than what I was charged at the door. Walk into the most basic of ashtray rooms, with a few unwanted quirks. - The TV is a relic of the 90s, but at least there's free and easily accessible porn. - The comforter has likely only been cleaned when it was first made. -The only sink is backed up. -The bathroom is terribly filthy. Hot water was non-existent for the first 5 minutes of the shower running. -I asked for spare pillows, and they don't have any. -Wi-Fi may only be used on a single device. ... In every aspect of this stay, I wish wasn't staying here. At least I got a room near the stairs, so I can bounce as soon as I can. Do yourself a favor: spend an extra $20 for the motel 6.

Been having a rough time finding a place to rent so I've been getting motel rooms whenever I could. The place is new so the rooms are immaculate and Jay was a really friendly manager. Best place in town by far👍

Everything is beautifully updated. The color scheme has a modern look. The room i had stayed had a walk in shower, nice! Just don't smoke in the nonsmoking room, they'll keep your deposit! Very nice at the front desk, and helpful. Oh and 1 bedroom non smoking only $110pn plus $50dep

Very nice, everything is new and clean, nice firm mattress, new flat screen tv. I would have given five stars but because they recently reopened there are no vending or ice machines. They will have laundry available for guests within a month, but not yet. All in all a nice, clean, friendly motel. Very very well located!

Owners are very nice and the hotel is super clean all rooms seemed to have been recently remolded and its is not what you expect because this is definitely a five star hotel the spa room was just perfect room was excellent I would highly recommend this hotel to any one they did have security but it seemed like they didn't need it because I felt very safe there and there was never no bad rift raft hanging in the parking lots at all the whole property looked nice on outside and inside too and the freeway was not loud at all I loved my stay.

At Wayside Motel, you get a good value. I have stayed here many times since May of 2016, sometimes for a night or two, sometimes many weeks at a time. In my experience, they are professional, responsible, friendly and accommodating. If you have an issue, they will help you with it. Some reviewers had various complaints to which the management responded that they should have asked for help. I have found that they are willing to meet your needs as problems arise. Recently, they have been renovating the rooms to make them more attractive and comfortable. They are better than last summer. So, it has sometimes been noisy because of their work. Yesterday, I needed to rest in the early afternoon when it was noisy. The owner asked the workers to stop for 2 hours so I could rest. That really helped. One reviewer complained that the owner walks around a lot and makes them feel uncomfortable (paraphrase). I APPRECIATE HIS WALKING AROUND. As a woman staying here alone, it makes me feel secure, knowing that they're responsible, making sure that the place is safe, quiet, and running well. The owner commented to me the other day that the people who stay here need to be quiet and not bother others in the motel. They do reserve the right to refuse service. That's a plus for me and others who are quiet and respectful of others. Update: There has been a problem with their T.V. service for 7 days. It doesn't work at all. They said they called to have it fixed, but obviously, it's taking way too long. So, I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. This rating is considering that it is a budget motel. You get good quality for the price (except for the T.V. service). I still recommend it.

This place used to be safe and nice before the new managers took over a few months back. The new managers will let anyone stay there they have a bunch of drug addicts who come in and disturb the place one of them went into someone else room with an ax and stole stuff from the people staying in that room. The managers where outside a saw all of it go down and when the person staying in that room asked them to call the cops they just told him to go back in the room and close the door. The new managers will not call the cops and did nothing about it they are afraid of confrontation by these drug addicts, and I repeat they will not call the cops to help you.

The worst people manage this place. Unfortunately, to begin with, it was hardly possible to understand what was being said to us. This is in by no means an ethnic jab, but it greatly impedes being able to communicate effectively with staff. More importantly though, my suite mate and I were informed that the establishment would no longer allow us to remain another night. When we inquired as to why, we were given an extremely vague and unwarranted reprimand for airing out our few clothing items out our own window, in our room. This is absolutely astounding to us both. We were quiet, courteous and paid up on our nightly dues. We will be taking this matter to your corporate affiliation as we were absolutely discriminated against for a reason unbefitting. An easy solution to the issue would have been for management to simply ask us to remove the items and we would have gladly done so. My uncle is a lawyer for Pacific Lumber, a large, torte highpowered legal firm and i will be speaking with him this afternoon regarding taking legal against Walnut inn and Suites. horrible stayed in this motel for 3 weeks and was told that my kids could not bounce a basket ball outside of the motel. This motel is not family friendly only best for a one niter or for a couple. every night and sometimes during the day my upstairs neighbors appeared to be bouncing off the walls. Management has no since what so ever of making a family feel welcome. refused to even give change to the children to buy snacks from the vending machine because it did not take dollars. very much disliked the place
