Waoooo they are serving old food and cold

Cashier Adam was super friendly and talkative while taking my order. The wait for food felt shorter because he was awesome! The most friendly cashier I’ve met ever at this Chick Fil A location on 04/25/23

My family likes Chick-fil-A, so I've picked up food here more than a few times. The waffle fries tend to be a bit undercooked for my taste and I personally prefer Culver's and BK chicken, but the food is usually ok here. On my most recent visit to the drive thru, long story short, they shorted me a sandwich and 7 days and 5 phone calls later, I'm still waiting for a "free" sandwich to appear in the app. Note that this is not compensation for inconvenience - it is the sandwich I paid for and never received.

Love Chick-fil-a!!!! I’ve only ever had one time where my order wasn’t 💯. They forgot the kids toy….not a big deal…..unless you are 5. Then it’s the end of the world. But more importantly…..when are you opening Toddler Town!?!?????

Best chicken sandwiches in the fast food world. Great attitides and performance from the employees. Chik-fil-A is always good!

This location has seriously gone downhill. Not as customer focused as they've always been. I was cut off while ordering as the clerk didn't like me telling sauces before my drink choice. Also first time I've had food before drink due to crew conversing.

I come and get lunch from here often on my lunch breaks so today before my shift I decided to order on the app and pick it up for the first time so when I arrived I told the associate what I ordered and they said it wasn’t ready but I could clearly see that is was so because I told the associate I ordered a salad and not a market salad she assumed that it wasn’t my order and corrected me about the salad she was very disrespectful and unprofessional

Ames Chick-fil-a is with out doubt the best ran fast food restaurant I eat at. Constantly top quality.

We placed an order and waited 15 minutes then cancelled our order. Many others behind us got orders filled and we did not.

Long winded review ahead- After forgetting to take out dinner this morning we decided on chicken for dinner, when our original choice closed at 4p we opted for the one and only Chick-fil-A. I submitted an order online and arrived roughly 10 minutes before they closed for pick up. 2 minutes to closing I get a phone call verifying where I'm parked only to realize I idiotically went to the wrong location, instead of telling me "tough luck, we're closed" they said no worries drive on over and give us a call, we'll bring it out! As a mama with 2 hungry under 5s and a very fussy 10 week old in my back seat I am both relieved and so grateful for the exceptional service and kindness the staff showed me today. Food was hot and delicious when we got it home.
