Be very aware when renting through 360 at Jordan West. They do not follow Iowa tenant law and violate lease agreements. We had a neighbor that had a dog that barked for hours day and night. We documented, called and emailed the office with videos/complaints of this neighbor. We provided information from Iowa tenant law and this office still did nothing. Fast forward two months and the office sent a bill for over $2,500 after we had moved out even though technically this company broke our lease. They did not communicate why they were holding our deposit within 30 days even when I called to follow up with this information. This management company is a scam and clearly does not follow Iowa law. Be cautious when renting through them!

The repair was quick & efficient, the day after my request. I asked to be called first & that was done. I especially appreciated the office doing a follow up call to make sure all was OK. Thanks!

Frigerator wasn't holding the temp. Over the weeking, I was provided access to guest suite Frigerator to ensure food didn't spoil. Maintenance throughly accessed the situation and resolved it. All involved were very professional. Although it technical was a problem, it was handled correctly, which made seem like not of much of a problem at all.

GREAT place to live! My husband and I have rented in different cities all over the country for the last 10 years and this is easily our favorite complex we've rented from! The staff is wonderful!! Maggie gave us our initial tour and has helped with anything we've needed since day one; we only have great things to say about her. Maintenance staff is also phenomenal! Property amenities are great bonuses - gym, pool/hot tub, grill area, underground climate-controlled parking, etc. Inside the units, you'll find great quality appliances and, most importantly, silence! We live on the bottom floor and never hear from neighbors beside or above us - something we've never experienced with renting before, which is amazing. We are almost 8 months into our lease, and we've been very pleased!

Amazing complex and even more amazing people. When I had initially applied Brady did an amazing job walking me through everything about the complex. I then had a life change that caused me to need to move to a different city before I could lease and the complex was very understanding and helped to get my deposit refunded. Can't say enough good things about the staff!!!

Jordan West 360 was an awesome apartment, for sure the best I had ever lived in. The amenities are great (big gym with yoga room and a pool). The appliances in the units were very nice, under ground parking was an added bonus. The location cannot be beat. There are nice trails behind the building for walking and biking, super close to Jordan creek mall and the interstate. The only reason I’m not rating a 5 is the communication from the leasing agents wasn’t always great and we had to be proactive about reaching out. They are all very nice and pretty easy to work with. Also any maintenance issues get fixed very fast! If you are looking to rent in West Des Moines this should be first pick.

This has been my favorite apartment I’ve lived in so far. The underground parking garage is perfect in the cold weather. The location is great and close to shopping and restaurants etc. I love having an elevator and especially the cart they provide to help carry large loads to your apartment. Maintenance is quick and they do a great job. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to check out the pool and hot tub in the summer.

The maintenance team here is great! Not only do they do a professional job, but they are always friendly and courteous. I am also very pleased and relieved with the change that was made with the management team. They are a very friendly, caring and professional team!
