Update to my last post about waiting in line for 25 minutes. So after 30 minutes someone finally came to the window and asked what I had ordered. I told them and they said ok and left. Then after waiting a total of 45 minutes in the drive thru, the lady opened the window and said they ran out of everything and I had to come back tomorrow for my refund...

Thought I’d stop quick on my lunch hour, but the line took forever and when I got up to the window no one ever came to take my payment or give me my food. I sat there for nearly 20 minutes and could see employees walking around but was completely ignored. Very very poor customer service.

Waits at drive through are long and they have yet to toast a single sub I've ordered at the drive through. Must be their lazy way to catch up on subs. Most subways in town are becoming as bad as taco bell.

Big fan of subway in general. but not the one on 32nd like the Loves travel stop. Dude was hella aggro with my cookies. i was flabbergasted like 🤨 anyway someone should check in on him. genuine concerns about his mental health. hope this helps!

The bluestem Dr location. Staff are always being trained in because the manager can't keep anyone longer than a week. He needs to figure out he's the problem.

Waited in the drive through for 50 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me….. then they asked me what I ordered when I got to the window and it took an additional 10 minutes to get my food after that.

This location is always slow. Tonight took 20 minutes for 3 subs and my sons meatball sub had no meatballs - just sauce.

Workers were super slow. I asked for double meat, they used their hand to scoop the steak onto my sandwich. This really bothered me as I’m on a diet/counting calories and now I have no way of knowing how many were in the sandwich.

I come here on lunch break because it’s near by but every time I have came the order is wrong do not recommend this place and always waiting 15-20 mins tops
