For
years
my
family
has
preferred
Essentia
over
all
others
for
many
reasons.
This
was
the
first
bad
experience
i
have
ever
had
with
them.
My
ex
tested
positive
at
home
for
covid.
He
asked
for
a
ride
here
because
he
was
in
no
condition
to
drive.
He
told
the
receptionist
that
he
needed
a
covid
test
and
she
said
"I'm
sorry,
we
no
longer
do
walk
in
covid
tests.
You
must
schedule
them
online."
Seeog
the
confused
and
feverish
look
on
his
face,
i
intervened
and
said,
"he
needs
to
see
a
doctor
because
he
is
sick."
"Well
i
can't
give
you
medical
advice,"
the
receptionist
snapped
at
us.
She
took
him
straight
to
the
back
and
i
sat
in
the
waiting
room.
Later,
the
receptionist
and
another
female
employee
gossiped
loudly
about
him
behind
the
counter,
expressing
their
disdain
with
my
ex
for
walking
in
when
"all
he
wanted
was
a
covid
test."
But
he
he
was
visibly
ill!
I
felt
uncomfortable,
and
then
angry.
This
location
needs
to
fire
their
support
staff
and
hire
more
sensitive
and
caring
people
in
their
place
.
