    I have been a member at Bent on Better for about a year now. From the moment I attended a trial class, I knew that this place and these coaches were exactly what I needed. Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. I have never been a gym person, let alone ever thought I could lift heavy weights…However, it was not intimidating at all. The coaches modified and personalized each exercise so that I could be successful. I couldn’t believe it when I first started getting texts from the coaches to check in on me, or when they sent me videos of themselves showing me stretches and exercises to do to help alleviate my lower back pain. I love the accountability and it is evident that the coaches truly care about you. The owners are truly amazing people. Matt has helped me so much with his nutrition counseling and I have loved the workouts that Lynn has customized in B.O.B’s Mom program. Alysha, Nick, Cass, and Molly have been amazing! This past year at Bent on Better has been such a positive experience for me. I have more energy, I am strong, and I have more confidence in myself than ever before. I can’t say enough about the awesome community. They even do monthly hangouts at the gym where you play games and get to know each-other better. If you want to improve your health, make friends, and have fun, go check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

    Prior to coming to Bent on Better I hadn’t tried much because I was intimated by the gym atmosphere and my lack of knowledge. I have been a vegetarian most of my life, but have not been eating healthy. Matt is so welcoming and knowledgable. He sat down with me and laid out a plan that is sustainable and made me feel excited. While Matt knows tons about physical fitness he knows just as much about nutrition. He got me on a meal plan that works for me and explained why making the changes were important. I was overwhelmed at first because I've never been into cooking, but the recipes are easy to make and taste great. The trainers here are amazing. After only a week of classes I’m noticing differences. I have more energy, feel fuller and feel better mentally. Cass and Molly are excellent trainers. They are so supportive, but also push you to reach your potential. They check in with you frequently to make sure you feel the exercise in the right place and help you make adjustments if you don’t. Everyone I’ve met so far at Bent on Better has been very kind. I actually look forward coming into class each day. Joining Bent on Better has been the absolute best investment I have made in myself. I’m so excited to see my future self.

    Best gym ever! Best people ever! This is a gym that wants you to succeed and makes the experience fun. Everyone from the coaches to members are so friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. I have always been an active person but focused more on cardio. Anytime I went to a gym or tried an at home program, I lost interest fast, stopped from lack of accountability, or just didn't know what to do. I love that at BOB, they do the thinking for you and your job is just to show up. They check in if you haven't been in for a while and they tailor the moves to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey or if you've had any injuries. When I joined, I didn't have a need for the prenatal classes but I was so happy they were available once I became pregnant a few months into my membership. I truly believe Lynn's classes were a lifesaver for having a smooth delivery!

    What if I told you that you could eliminate the need to go on medication for bone density issues? What if I told you that you can get stronger and feel better no matter what your physical limitations or age? What if I told you there’s a place that can help you do that? This place is truly amazing in what they offer. No other gym can do what they do. Try it and see for yourself. You will not regret an investment t in your well being and overall health. The trainers are so good at what they do and offer. Not your typical gym.

    I have been a member at Bent on Better (BOB) for 2 years and I just wish I found them sooner! I highly recommend BOB if you want a positive workout experience with highly energetic and skilled trainers. It's not a chore to workout anymore - thanks to BOB. The class times are great too. You can always find a time that works with your scheduled.

    At my age I wasn’t really sure I wanted to join a gym and being someone who doesn’t work out much, I was a little intimidated. After reading such positive reviews about Bent on Better, I decided to give them a try. From my first meeting with Matt I felt welcomed and comfortable. The small class size allows for personal attention, and trainers Molly, Cass, and Nick are knowledgeable and most importantly, patient and kind. Everyone I encountered at B.O.B seems to have a sincere desire to see their members succeed and reach their personal goals. The trainers modified my workouts to accommodate me when some health issues affected my endurance. If you are looking for a gym with personal attention from compassionate professionals, a sense of community, and a place where you will not feel intimidated, you can’t do better that Bent on Better.

    I have been attending Bent on Better for a few weeks. Typically it takes 3 weeks to form a new habit. I had every excuse to quit or skip a day or week. I did not. The classes, teachers, and classmates make it easy to attend. The culture at the gym is one for anyone and everyone. Very thankful to have found such a great place and I am even seeing results. Best decision of the year.

    My husband and I joined Bent of Better in April. Since we both have back issues, we thought it might be a good way to become more active and improve our health and fitness. It certainly was a great decision! The personal attention from the small group classes and trainers has been so beneficial. Our trainers, Cass and Molly, have been extremely helpful with our fitness goals and pain issues. They continuously adjust and revise our exercises to create a painless workout. Their positive and encouraging attitude is infectious. After 6 months of workouts three times a week, my husband has lost over 30 pounds, and he has become stronger and more flexible. I have lost 10 pounds, and I have also become stronger. Since I have a thyroid problem and lupus, this is a huge accomplishment. But the biggest difference I have seen is that I actually fit into my pre covid jeans!! I did not think that was possible! My goal is to lose 10 more pounds before my daughter's wedding in June, and I am confident I will meet that goal. I encourage anyone who is struggling with their fitness goals to check out Bent on Better!
