coming
to
Bent
on
Better
I
hadn’t
tried
much
because
I
was
intimated
by
the
gym
atmosphere
and
my
lack
of
knowledge.
I
have
been
a
vegetarian
most
of
my
life,
but
have
not
been
eating
healthy.
Matt
is
so
welcoming
and
knowledgable.
He
sat
down
with
me
and
laid
out
a
plan
that
is
sustainable
and
made
me
feel
excited.
While
Matt
knows
tons
about
physical
fitness
he
knows
just
as
much
about
nutrition.
He
got
me
on
a
meal
plan
that
works
for
me
and
explained
why
making
the
changes
were
important.
I
was
overwhelmed
at
first
because
I've
never
been
into
cooking,
but
the
recipes
are
easy
to
make
and
taste
great.
The
trainers
here
are
amazing.
After
only
a
week
of
classes
I’m
noticing
differences.
I
have
more
energy,
feel
fuller
and
feel
better
mentally.
Cass
and
Molly
are
excellent
trainers.
They
are
so
supportive,
but
also
push
you
to
reach
your
potential.
They
check
in
with
you
frequently
to
make
sure
you
feel
the
exercise
in
the
right
place
and
help
you
make
adjustments
if
you
don’t.
Everyone
I’ve
met
so
far
at
Bent
on
Better
has
been
very
kind.
I
actually
look
forward
coming
into
class
each
day.
Joining
Bent
on
Better
has
been
the
absolute
best
investment
I
have
made
in
myself.
I’m
so
excited
to
see
my
future
self.
