PLACE
STOLE
OVER
$200
FROM
MY
BABY!
We
are
first
time
parents,
received
a
$200
gift
card
to
BuyBuyBaby
at
our
baby
shower.
First
time
ordering
from
here,
I
got
an
error
message
to
check
my
card
number,
yet
immediately
got
a
notification
that
my
credit
card
was
charged.
No
order
confirmation
was
given,
no
email,
nothing
in
the
app.
Tried
chatting
them
multiple
times,
always
with
over
2
hours
of
waiting
that
turned
into
not
contacting
me
until
at
least
4
hours
later
at
1:30-2:30
in
the
morning.
Tried
to
order
again
and
received
message
that
gift
card
has
insufficient
funds
-
checked
the
balance
and
it
went
from
$200
to
$0.
Called
customer
service,
waited
over
an
hour
on
hold
for
the
girl
to
tell
me
there
was
no
order
history
with
my
name,
email,
or
phone
number
-
obviously.
The
girl
tells
me
there's
nothing
she
can
do
and
HANGS
UP
ON
ME,
sending
me
to
a
survey!
I
have
called,
emailed,
chatted,
and
contacted
via
social
media
MULTIPLE
TIMES
only
to
be
completely
dodged,
ignored,
and
left
with
this
money
STOLEN.
I
am
completely
disgusted
by
this
establishment's
behavior
regarding
this
matter
and
still
nobody
has
tried
to
reconcile
the
situation
when
all
I
want
to
do
is
place
my
order!
NEVER
BUYING
FROM
THIS
ESTABLISHMENT
AGAIN!!!!
