We hired Delicacy Catering for a cocktail hour event hosted at our home. The process of menu selection, scheduling the event, and requesting catering staff onsite couldn't be any easier. Chef Andrey assisted us with pairing our menu selection for this style of event and we could not be happier with the outcome. Chef Andrey and his professional staff took care of all of the setup and placement of the entrees/food stations, serving guests, and took care of the cleanup and breakdown seamlessly. Besides offering a wait staff option; they were able to accommodate us by providing table linens, plates, utensils and dinner napkin rollups. The delicious entree options we chose were: Warm Brie wrapped in pastry puff Great American & Imported Cheese Platter Arancini Simplest Antipasto platter Mediterranean trio Chicken Satay skewers Shrimp cocktail Maryland crab cakes Tuskan Marinated Flank Steak Beef Wellington puff pastries Dessert: Petite Mini pastries Coffee and tea station Everything tasted delicious and we received wonderful compliments from all of our guests! When we host our next event we will absolutely use Chef Andrey and Delicacy catering. We highly recommend them!

I was able to work with Chef Andrey personally--and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. He was flexible with my budget, provided a detailed menu with his own flares on my original requests, and on top of that, was able to provide vegetarian options for my Thanksgiving gathering. I opted to pick up the food instead of having it delivered, and to my surprise he provided 'no slip' cardboard containers for each of the pans I ordered, ensuring that my order wouldn't tip or spill in my car--extra bonus! We were going to Delicacy place for year because we love delicate food. Recently have to hire also catering from them. OMG!!! They made seafood salad to die for, fresh, tasty and rich with all kind of seafood and shell-food, fresh veggies. The 3 main courses. Smoked ribs are the best, ever. Service of catering was outstanding. We didn't notice how they came in and set up food stations, how they cleaned up after party and put everything to the van. Prices are very competitive, food ration to the value is greater than somewhere else. Most importantly, that food is so delicious. Great job guys. And thanks from all my family and guests.

Delicacy just catered a private party for 30 people at my home and the food was a huge hit! The party grew in size and last minute I decided I couldnt handle the food for everyone. I contacted The Delicacy two days before the event which is normally too little notice for any catering company to accommodate yet Andrey worked with food items he had in stock and came up with a fantastic menu that was absolutely delicious! The food is obviously made with love and the service is personal and prompt. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for crowd pleasing food the guest will talk about days after the event.

I hired Delicacy Catering for a family party and was specifically looking for BBQ items...Chef Andrey helped me plan the menu considering the estimated number of guests by ordering off the Entree by Tray menu. Was able to order and pay over the phone, delivery was seamless. Everything was super easy and the party planning was so much less stressful not having to make the food myself. Got rave reviews from guests on the pulled pork and chicken. Being a vegan myself, I loved the grilled veggies, fingerling potatoes, and broccoli slaw! The food was so good that guests asked for the catering info after the party. Thank you for all your help and amazing food!

Chef Andrey is a gem in our community! His business, Delicacy Catering, just celebrated their 26th anniversary. Chef Andrey does beautiful work. The way he displays the food is so artistic - not to mention delicious! He has done several events for my company and they have always been very well done. Chef Andrey is also very generous to the community and frequently donates his services to non-profits. Highly recommend!

We used Delicacy Catering for our 150 person wedding and we couldn't be happier. It's hard to keep prepared food hot but not dry or overcooked for hours, but these guys have it figured out. We got the chicken in cream sauce, pork with blueberries, root veg smash, and two different sides of vegetables. Everything was perfectly cooked - green beans still had a little crunch the pork was tender. They are meticulous, and our menu satisfied our gluten free, vegetarian, and guest with soy, nut, and corn allergies. Only had to get 2 special meals for our vegan guests. Great job and a huge thank you.

The Delicacy Team prepared a wonderful menu for our small in home party. All the items were delicious and the 2 servers who helped were very professional and personable. I would recommend Delicacy and use them again.
