I
recently
took
some
individuals
with
disabilities
to
the
Midland
Road
store.
The
food
and
drinks
were
great,
but
the
service
was
terrible.
The
server,
young
Latina,
was
patient
and
accommodating
toward
the
individual's.
The
rest
of
the
staff
were
rude,
impatient,
and
overly
hostile.
When
the
drinks
were
finally
completed,
I
decided
to
purchase
a
muffin
for
myself.
I
made
the
purchase
and
then
waited
for
about
10
minutes
for
it
to
be
handed
to
me.
Mind
you,
the
muffin
display
was
less
than
2
feet
away
from
the
register.
When
I
asked
for
the
muffin,
6
waiting
10
minutes,
two
servers
gave
me
a
hostile
attitude,
stating
they'd
get
it
for
me
shortly.
It
was
then
I
noticed
the
servers
grouped
together
near
the
back
of
the
store
talking.
I
asked
again
for
my
muffin
and
was
told
they
were
busy
and
would
get
it
for
me
shortly.
My
group
was
the
only
people
in
the
store,
and
there
was
a
single
car
in
the
drive-through.
If
they
had
any
customer
service
training,
they
would
have
realized
the
whole
transaction
could
have
gone
much
smoother
if
they
took
the
20
seconds
or
so
to
just
hand
me
the
muffin.
They
spent
much
more
time
explaining
why
they
didn't
deliver
the
good.
My
rating:
very
unfriendly.
