Beans & Brews is the best!! The staff is always so phenomenal. They will bend over backwards to make sure your order is correct, that you get your rewards, that your cup is wiped down. This is why service counts!!!

Like the place but they really need to show what drink is what, I did a pickup order and expected them to be marked. My fiance has to have oat milk and couldn't tell the coffees apart maybe try marking them like other coffee shops do?!

Coffee is great. A large is bigger than most other places for the buck. I love their breakfast ham, cheese, egg sandwiches. More pricey than they should be. Staff needs to be more knowledgeable about how their app works. Couldn't even answer one simple question for me when I was trying to navigate the app. I had to figure it out on my own. But all around my favorite coffee shop to go to

I always go to this location and get the same drink every morning and let me just say West Haven has the best staff they are always fast and great. This morning my drink had been made incorrectly, so I went in told them something was off . She said no problem we will fix it and she gave me a $10 gift card. I am so pleased and thankful if this is not customer service I don’t know what is🤗 way to go beans and brews crew!

This is a brand new location for beans and brew in West Haven. They completely gutted and renovated the old taco time, and it looks amazing! The staff is so friendly. Travis and Gavin helped me at different times and both were over-the-top with their customer service! And the lobby is super comfortable for work, meetings or appointments, or just to relax and read. This has become my new favorite spot in West Haven for sure! We loved it so much, my daughter went to work there. Go check this place out for sure!

Today I had a bad experience, I buy coffee all the time here. This time I did not leave a tip and not sure if that cause them to give the wrong straw, because now I can’t even drink my frappe. Waste of frappe, might have to go back to Starbucks.

The staff is very nice and I'm always pleased with my drink. I wish there were umbrellas on the patio, I'd hang out there more. I'm assuming it's a city/county parking minimum issue, it's unfortunate there's a big unused parking lot, it would be better served as outdoor seating in the nice weather. Bike racks would be very welcome!

Whenever I come to Beans and Brews for my morning Jo, it is always a great experience! I am always greeted by a friendly face, and my coffee is always done correctly. If it's not, they always make it right! It's by far my favorite coffee spot. I gotta have my hot carmel cellio in the winter and my BB Frap in the summer! Always a delight!

They are usually pretty good but today they didn’t put cream in my coffee as I asked and I didn’t notice until I was half way to work and would be late if I went back. Waste of $10 and no coffee makes a bad day today ☹️

I recently took some individuals with disabilities to the Midland Road store. The food and drinks were great, but the service was terrible. The server, young Latina, was patient and accommodating toward the individual's. The rest of the staff were rude, impatient, and overly hostile. When the drinks were finally completed, I decided to purchase a muffin for myself. I made the purchase and then waited for about 10 minutes for it to be handed to me. Mind you, the muffin display was less than 2 feet away from the register. When I asked for the muffin, 6 waiting 10 minutes, two servers gave me a hostile attitude, stating they'd get it for me shortly. It was then I noticed the servers grouped together near the back of the store talking. I asked again for my muffin and was told they were busy and would get it for me shortly. My group was the only people in the store, and there was a single car in the drive-through. If they had any customer service training, they would have realized the whole transaction could have gone much smoother if they took the 20 seconds or so to just hand me the muffin. They spent much more time explaining why they didn't deliver the good. My rating: very unfriendly.

I love coming here to work! And I'm never disappointed with my drinks, always something new and delicious to try!

This location is the best- from the kind kiddos who work here to the cute decorations for each holiday. I love visiting.
