Soundview at Savin Rock has been a great experience so far. Views may depend on how high up your apartment is, but we certainly have no complaints. Many of the fixtures are dated is the only reason we didn't give it 5 stars. Otherwise, water included, a short walk to the beach, and walking distance to pretty much all your needs is all you could ask. The covered parking lot is huge plus, especially to shade the car from the sun and limit snow on your windshield as well. Tom and Rhonda have been incredibly receptive to our inquiries, and have always handled things in a professional manner. If you're looking for a great view and convenient location, this is the place for you!

Soundview is a great apartment community in every way, whether it is the amenities, the management, the people, and of course the location. It feels almost secluded in its location right by the LIS, and even though it is still on a fairly busy street, you wouldn't know it because it feels more secluded than that. Rhonda and Jenna do a great job in keeping the place running smoothly, and are so nice. The rest of the residents are all very welcoming, and even better it is a great dog friendly community so your furry family members get to make friends too. No regrets!

My husband and I are HOME. The property, amenities, views are beyond belief. We think we have the best apartment in the building. Rhonda is a wonderful manager and professional business woman. Always with a smile as she genuinely cares for Soundview and all its tenants and support staff. Speaking of support staff...Bobby and Marlon (bldg. maintenance) use words like "Don't worry, we will help" and "not a problem". Eily (housekeeper) keeps hallways etc. consistently well cared for. With a team like this and the wonderful tenants we've been meeting - how can you not feel like you're HOME. Thank you all for welcoming David and I into your family.

I have been living at The Soundview for almost 2 years. My apartment is lovely. It's spacious, modern and with a stunning ocean view from every window. This building is really well managed and clearly a lot of pride is taken with the grounds, facilities and communal areas. The building manager and maintenance team are first class, super helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Recently my sister and husband moved into Soundview at Savin Rock. The experience we had with office staff and maintenance team was beyond 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Rhonda, manager in the office, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly to us all. The challenging transition for my sister and her husband was made smoothly and caringly as Rhonda helped every step of the way. So our family decided to " adopt" Rhonda! She is an asset to your organization! We also want to thank the very helpful staff, Bobby and Marlon for their assistance in the move. We took a 2BR apartment for myself, my husband and teenage son as temporary housing for a few months while we undertook a move to the New Haven area from NYC and finding a house. Soundview at Savin Rock is close to our son’s private high school, so the building is perfect in location to that school, but a great location in general. It’s a quick drive to the train stations in both West Haven and New Haven. It is not far to drive to all the stores we needed on Boston Post Rd. There are excellent restaurants in close walking distance of Soundview Savin Rock we visited often, with lovely staff who got to know us. And it's steps to the beach, boardwalk and parks. The layout of the 2BR apartment was roomy, with plenty storage, laundry room in unit. The views are spectacular. All these things are important to us, but most of all I valued the amazing community at Soundview. The strength of that building are the great people, the warm and welcoming residents, the helpful and hardworking management staff and building maintenance. West Haven itself is a great town with warm, kindly people.

The management and leasing team are great, always available and care about their residents. We love the amenities, the kids love the pool. Neighbors here are friendly and the place is dog friendly (which is so hard to find these days). We are on our second year here!

We moved into Soundview a month ago. Since day one, we've felt a sense of "this is our home". The woman that greeted us, Rhonda and Jenna are so warm, friendly and accommodating. Jenna is only here once a week, and we miss her, though Rhonda, who is here every day takes care of all our needs. We just adore her, she is so warm, and handles our every request. The apartment itself is beyond perfect, we live on the 10th floor in the Crest, and its incredible. We come home, walk through the front door and immediately feel a sense of calm. We feel like we live on a cruise ship. I wouldn't change one thing, from the office staff, the maintenance guys, the beautiful pool, the work out room. doggie park, the boardwalk and the beach. Its all wonderful. We feel as if we're on vacation every single day. we plan on living here for the rest of our lives. This is a very special place, we only wish we moved here sooner.

My wife and I have lived here for 3 months and couldn't be happier. We looked at many other properties and none came close to what soundview has to offer. The property is clean and quiet, the security is great and the property manager Rhonda is wonderful,and her team of Jen,Bobby and Marlon incredible and work hard at making this a great place to live and the amenities like the lnground pool and barbecue area are a real plus
