    i went to chipotle after 1pm. i was so excited to get my bowl. when i got there i had to wait for someone to come over and finally take my order. the man started making my bowl. he barely put anything in it. as you can see in this photo it just looks like a sour cream bowl. i got a bunch of other things in it. i was so disappointed after opening it and seeing that there was barely anything in it. waste of money. will not be going back to this location. the disappointment has ruined this for me.

    This is likely the most unorganized Chipotle I've been to. The presentation looks old and unkempt - Everything is low and proteins are not freshly made. There was very little steak- I asked for fresh steak and they only had 2 marinated pieces left to cook. It is appalling to have to ask the workers for "fresh food". There wasn't any lime white rice - the worker did offer to make some if I didn't mind the wait however, why is this something that has to prolong the wait opposed to being already prepped?

    SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS CHIPOTLE Every single time I order from here there is an issue. Today I ordered a chicken bowl with extra tomato salsa and extra corn salsa. I got less than a scoop of each salsas. But they didn’t forget the rice… because it’s half a bowl of rice. The bowls are never proportioned how it’s supposed to be. I have worked at chipotle before for almost a year (not anymore) and I have never seen such horrible portioning. It’s as if everyone is a new employee. One of the managers is incredibly rude and has such a condescending attitude. The manager and some of the workers act like it ruins their day to even serve the customer.

    Every single time I go to this place they never have anything to choose from. There's always about five to seven employees and only two of them are really working and the rest are in the back just kind of standing around. It doesn't matter if I go at 3:00 or 7:00 p.m. there's usually one or two meats to choose from and you're lucky if there's two or three additional options to go with it yet they charge you full price when you don't get every item. This is honestly the worst Chipotle I have ever been to in the United States and I've traveled a lot

    Horrible. Every time I come here my food is made carelessly and melting out of the brown paper bag before I even leave the door. If this picture looks good to you, go ahead and waste your money. Definitely my last time at this shitpotle. Garbage. If you don’t want to work at chipotle, quit. No one’s forcing you!

    They never have anything they always run out of ingredients today they had no bowls I had to get my order on a lid, no pico de gallo no guacamole no salsa of any kind and no Tabasco sauces. so when I went to ask for hot sauce they gave me an issue as if I was asking for too much. The manager here needs to do better. Assess a situation come up with a solution where the customer could be happy and satisfied at least with the customer service, considering all the inconveniences of lack of food at a restaurant.

    DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION! What is this negligence and lack of hygiene in serving food and meals? Every time I buy meals from this branch, they are not good in terms of cleanliness and cooking of chicken and meat, but my experience today was the worst ever. I bought five meals for my children, and the worker who put the food on the plates was throwing the food onto the plate and out of the plate in an immense, dirty manner. Even the gloves she was wearing were dirty. When she closed the meals, all the lids and meals looked dirty and their appearance did not suggest that you wanted to eat from them. I ask the official to look into the cleanliness of the West Haven branch, as it is the worst ever in terms of cleanliness, cooking, and lack of respect for customers.

    Ordered through UberEats. They didn’t give them all my bags, or call the driver to tell them they didn’t receive all my bags. So I call them after the delivery and the worker said “oh well it is what it is you can come pick it up”

    Food was decent but service was lacking. Bad attitudes have no place in a guest facing position. If you can't smile and treat your guests nicely then you should find something else that makes you happy.

    Dirty dirty dirty ..... It was not even noon and the mess in the dining room was disgusting.... You can tell it was from the night before. The employees look miserable and set the tone as you walk through the doors. Don't go hear it's not sanitary.

    3 hours before closing they ran out of half the sides and wen I ask to get it from the online order counter the server said she cannot do that ….3rd time I get a bad experience from this location …they even ran out of lids for the bowls and I’m sure remote had to be there or wat would they be using for the next day?

    horrible service. the guy at the counter made my friends burrito so sloppy that it fell apart right out of the tinfoil. I also ordered a quesadilla and he didn't give me an option for a side and put only a pinch of cheese. not to mention everything was a mess. there were no forks or spoons and the lemonade area was all empty and the containers that hold the juice were crusted over. There was also trash all over the counters and drink area. not a good look especially at 9:00 at night. very nasty and unsatisfied

    The line is never stocked here. They never have food always missing ingredients. Just shocked, I work in food and line must always be stocked. I get not having one item or so once in awhile. But every time can never complete my order because the line is not stocked

    Update 10/3/23: This Chipotle continues to be a hit or miss, today was thankfully a hit service and food wise! I was able to get all of the toppings I wanted. 2 weeks ago this was not the case during my visit. I hope to see this quality and service continue. The food was excellent today! At previous visits I was not as pleased but the quality of food and service was great today. The lady who was at the counter preparing the food today at 11:30 am was phenomenal, she was doing a great job monitoring the supply of ingredients and ensuring they are of the right consistency.

    This is the worst branch in the world starting from the staff to the food and the service. I always avoid coming to this branch but it is the closest to my house. The service is very poor and disappointed. If you planning to eat there plan 25 minutes at least to spend waiting to get your food. The food is very cold it’s like been cooked for 10 days before. I was planning to get my order dine in but they told me the lobby is closed and the time was 8:40pm and they close at 10pm it’s just ridiculous and I will never ever go back there again.

    Yikes! I wish zero stars were an option. This Chipotle is always dirty, never stocked with the correct amounts of food, and the people working here couldn't be any less engaged. I walked out nid-transaction and will drive further to get Chipotle in order to not deal with this mess again. Good luck.

    Been here 2x in past week. First time, waited almost 10 minutes in line only to then be told they were out of chicken and rice. This evening, they are out of white rice, cheese, chicken, sour cream, & vegetables. The ice tea machine is nearly empty and not even running. The staff completely indifferent to the long line. It’s 7pm. The store closes at 10pm. Avoid this location unless you want to arrive hungry and leave hungrier.

    Amazing service given by Preston, I’m allergic to meat and he did respect it and served well and also respected each and every customer seemed to be manager but not sure, he was really nice person he made my day well as I went to a different location at Milford and they refused to serve me and of course I love the food !

    I always come here and there’s a good reason for it…. always superb customer service no matter what time you come in. today i came in and the staff were all so nice despite it being late. especially the tattoo sleeve guy! he was the nicest and he deserves a raise chipotle!!

    I went to this establishment for the first and the last time! The food was ice cold like it was just brought from a frozen aisle. The customer service was awful. These young folks have no work ethics at all. I spent 16.00 dollars on a frozen meal. Then she says if you pay me with that 20.00 dollar bill that’s what the meal will cost you as we don’t have change. I get it but there is away of saying things. I’ll never go there again I’ll starve instead!!!

    Rude staff. The young petite girl was unbelievable rude. The chicken was unseasoned , when I asked for salt the what appeared to be a manager barked " give me a second" then slid the salt across the counter ...whole staff is either in fear or angry . I ve never had a bad experience in a chipotle ..until this place ..the bathroom was clean

    Appreciation review, the employees at this Chipotle were on point! My sister and I have a gluten allergy and when we asked the server to change gloves they also sanitized the counter and got separate containers of cheese and lettuce. They went above and beyond, not to mention portions were generous and the food was all fresh. Thank you!!!

    Worst place to do business in. I ordered my food through website using my gift card, the store dint have my order details but my name was in their system, the website dint send me a confirmation email with the confirmation number, even the website dint have my order details in their history but on the main page it shows I have an order and the tracking redirects to doordash, their is no tracking number either on doordash after a few heated calls to the corporate they dint refund my gift card balance, neither did they send my food. chipotle on whole as a franchise is messed up. The customer service is the worst, and their customer service in the website sucks

    Me and my boyfriend tried to get a job there but we were manipulated and lied to throughout the whole thing. The manager is this fake wannabe happy guy that acts like he's God's gift on earth and judges people based on appearance even though no one is uppity there in personality or appearance. He needs to quit being fake and living in this fantasy world of his. It's just bad for business and he should be fired for making everyone unhappy and lying to everyone.

    I ordered a burrito that was poorly made, no effort into putting toppings or preparation. The guy was In a mood where he didn’t want to be at work any more with side comments and just wanted to get the food out the way. In fact the staff didn’t look like they knew what they were doing and had low energy with the customers. Over priced burrito with poor service. Please get a new staff that has the proper attitude , respect and knowledge of dealing with customers and food preparation.

    First time coming to this location and customer service was awful. Asked for double protein and was served a single serving. They charged for double tho. Wife asked for black beans because she allergic to pinto and was served pinto. Do not give this locations your money!
