It was a breeze to park underground with the ticket system they have in place. Made getting around the area much easier. Lots of restaurants open to eat in the courtyard and Target was easy to navigate from parking to the elevators.

I sometimes do my grocery shopping here. The prices are a little better than some of the larger supermarkets. But you can buy all sorts of things here. From groceries to men's and women's clothes ETC... They're usually pretty busy but they have underground parking and lots of staff people to assist. So although it's big, you never feel lost. It's a nice all-purpose one stop shop 🙂

Review Title: A Must-Visit Shopping Hub! ★★★★★ In the vibrant heart of West Hollywood, you'll find the exceptional shopping experience that is West Hollywood Gateway. From the moment I entered, I was welcomed with a variety of well-stocked, high-quality stores to explore, each one boasting friendly, attentive staff who were more than willing to assist me with anything I needed. The layout of the Gateway makes navigation extraordinarily intuitive, allowing me to effortlessly transition from one pleasure trip to another. The combination of premium brands and local boutiques is an excellent blend – they truly cater to diverse tastes! What’s even better is the Gateway's commitment to cleanliness and safety. The entire area is immaculate, and they have gone beyond necessary measures to ensure customer safety in these pressing times, making my shopping experience worry-free. Lastly, the Gateway doesn't just provide a shopping experience but also a gastronomical adventure with its wide array of restaurant choices, ranging from quick bites to leisurely gourmet meals. West Hollywood Gateway is truly a local treasure – more than just a shopping destination, it's a delightful chance to engage with the heart of West Hollywood. I can't wait for my next visit! If you’re in the neighborhood, be sure not to miss out on the remarkable charm of West Hollywood Gateway.

We came here for Saved by the Max & man did we have a blast!! This popup is amazing. My family & I wish they would turn this into a permanent fixture chain restaurant. We all dressed up & enjoyed the food & all around nostalgia & feel of it. Totally worth the cost, wait & everything else.

Target 10 p.m. closing time I'm the last person at the cash register, I grabbed the wrong size dippers for my 2 month old nephew. I apologized to the cashier and let him know I'm going to exchange for the right size dippers. The cashier responded " Oh no they wont let you in there, that side of the store is blocked off already " the dipper aisle is literally in line with that cash register I can see the dippers. So of course I walked over and took the ones I needed. Back at the register the cashier was still ringing up my other items and the cashier became very upset with me saying " you see no time was wasted you didn't have to wait for me, besides this is for a 2 month old baby, have some compaction. " The cashier responded " that's not my problem ". Lets put a side that the customer is always right. Have some compaction I'm not there to get shoes for myself that I can come back another day. My sister was visiting with my nephew and stayed 3 extra days then planned and ran out of diapers. Customer service school is a must for this cashier.

Cool area to have a chat with your friends , plenty of chairs and tables , best buy , target , Starbucks and other food places in there . Too many homeless people around and people stealing bicycles , it could be way better

I always love coming here so many options. It’s a great place to hang out target and Ulta right at the top. A whole bunch of food options at the bottom. There’s also to Starbucks located at this mall. Lots of homeless people stay around this area so it’s best to just go through the parking structure and upstairs through there. Parking is free for an hour which is awesome because the errands you are running never take that long anyway.

The outdoor spaces are open to the street. We had a coffee and watched a guy shoot up. There is an element of crime and dispair that has rubbed some of its luster off the outdoor mall. The Stores are still nice.

Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves. Not only is it filthy, I've seen people in their 70s walk up or down the steep stairs because more often than not, both sides of the escalator are broken and there are no signs alerting them to the elevator. Which is also filthy and tucked away in the back. The only reason this place is busy is because it houses Target, Ulta, Best Buy, Starbucks, and more. I don't spend more time or money here than absolutely necessary due to how dirty it is. One of these days, an infirm or elderly person is going to fall down these stairs.

Homeless defecting and security does nothing smell like piss , escalators are always broken. I now shop at Target at Western, and sunset security is in force there. Homeless don't even get a chance to stop telling them to keep moving.

I've consistently enjoyed my visits to this establishment, particularly for the quality experiences it offers. My primary attraction is the second-floor Target department store, and the convenience of a Starbucks on the street level adds to the appeal for casual coffee runs with my wife. Moreover, the Plaza houses notable stores like Best Buy, Verizon, Ulta Beauty, and a personal favorite, Jersey Mike's. For those looking for beverages, there's also a BevMo a few stores down. Positioned at the corner of La Brea and Santa Monica Blvd, this Plaza is genuinely convenient and enjoyable.

Loved the fact that there are small but nice international restaurants on the ground floor. You can even carry your food out in the court that has tables & chairs & enjoy fresh air.

Is a good place to buy drink's and snacks since all is expensive in others places is good idea that they open one on the walk of Fame

  • 5/5 Tomara D. 1 year ago on Google
This was a new experience for me. There's a huge underground parking lot. You take the elevators to the stores. The first hour of parking is free. 🤗

always check shelves in target for pickup stuff .I was told up to 6 hours to p/u. it was on the shelf. easy peasy.

Has a lot of good little shops. The location is dangerous now though. I must go with pepper spray. Homeless doing drugs in middle of courtyard and on side streets. As a single woman, I carry my cane in that area. To bad.b

The streets are full of homeless people ! I witnessed a man urinating and bathing in a fountain in front of everyone in broad daylight !! Another homeless man started yelling obscenities to random people !!! It also smells like urine everywhere !! I'll never go there again !!!!

I had the wrong idea when I went here thinking this would be an indoor mall with multiple shops. What I found was that this was a one stop shop and dine kind of place. They have a Target and a Best Buy, to which you add a Supercuts and a few food places. Parking garage is underground but there are many accesses to it from pretty much all sides of the building.

There's a lot more to it than meets the eye . You just have to get around on foot to see the many shops and eateries ( is that a word?) the spot has to offer.

  • 5/5 Terrell H. 5 months ago on Google
Great atmosphere, super clean, great costumer service. Has the best deals. Get all your shopping done one place. Pick up a Starbucks on the way out!!!

Parking is easy and quick especially during the holiday season. BevMo and target have their own elevators

  • 4/5 Tom B. 1 year ago on Google
Usually here to go to Target as this larger store has certain items the smaller quaint one up the block doesn't have. Busy but easy to get in and out. Usually never wait on self service checkout.

  • 5/5 Valerie H. 2 years ago on Google
There're lots of shops with different categories such as clothes, shoes, sportswear, household, supermarket; and lots of restaurants for you to take rest. It's really an ideal place for shopping and fun, and it's better to spend one whole day to go. We're all happy with the items that we bought from here. We will be coming back soon.

We stayed very close at the Holiday Inn Express .. anyway I liked walking down to the Pier to just watch the sealions .. they are super cute. I don't have a sense of smell but my hubby informed they they really stink .. :) so he was ready to go after just a few moments. But I was really enjoying it so he toughed it out .. what a guy.

Usually the name West Hollywood brings about images in my mind of things that are; clean and fun, tacky and tasteful, neat and graceful. On the other hand, the name “the West Hollywood Gateway” brings about images that are; dull and tired, gross and dismal, messy and uninspired. It’s the place you’re forced to walk through in order to get to target, GameStop, Best Buy and in between get a mocha latte from Starbucks. The shops are fine, just nothing imaginative. All corporate entities. For some reason this area attracts lots of crazy people, vagrants and homeless, which is fine I guess but it gets to be a little much.

Went to Best Buy to pick up some cables. Have shopped at the Target at this location too. Plenty of underground parking with elevator access the main shopping area. Lots of different shops so if you qualify as a shopaholic, you're in luck. No high end places that I am aware of.

A typical mall in America that is a bit more upmarket than some. There are some nice places to shop here if that's your thing along with the usual shops either in the mall or on the front, outside the mall. Well kept with signs most places showing you where shops are. The restrooms weren't great and needed a clean. Most shops have their own WiFi too. It's in a convenient location downtown with options for public transport and many other shops around the mall if you can't find what you're looking for.

Target and Best Buy are the default place to go here. But busy but you get ample parking space. First hour is free so if you are getting something quick, you don't need to pay any parking fees

Centrally located for ease of getting to pretty much any part of the LA Metro area. Plenty of eat in/out fast food restaurants. Target and Starbucks are the anchor stores. Lots of outdoor seating some shaded/ some not. Very clean.

Went BestBuy because after searching for an hour and talking to three different customer service representatives, they all said they have 12 volt flat TVs. WRONG!!! They don't have them in stock!

  • 4/5 Kyle M. 1 year ago on Google
Ok it's a good little spot. You can post up, eat, shop, chill, but don't expect people to be pleasant or anything, don't let it trip you up, lots of "disco" type. You just be you, child.

It's West Hollywood lots of stores Gray parking easy to get in and out of free parking for an hour. Target in Best buys and other stores.

There is a little hideaway with great shops right on Santa Monica Blvd. There is a great Target with everything you might need. A BevMo that is stocked with all types of liquors and even food. A Supercuts when you need a trim. There is also a sushi place and some cafe’s for a pick me up. This place is a gem that I will continue to go to.

West Hollywood Gateway is the name of an outdoor medium sized shopping mall. It has two anchor stores. A Best Buy on the ground level at the south end and a Target on the second level at the north end. There is also a large Ultra Beauty store on the second level next to Target. The smaller stores are a mix of various but unique fast food restaurants, hair stylist, cell phone store etc... There are two levels of underground parking and the first hour is free. Just remember to take your parking ticket with you because you will need to run it through their automated system before returning to your car and leaving.

Very hard to find a bathroom here, it was locked and we had to go inside of target because even though we had consumed at the Starbucks, they didnt have the code to access the restroom. Had to pay for parking on the street. Only nice thing is that we saw a robot making deliveries on the street 🤣🤣🤣

  • 4/5 Kirsten Alana P. 1 year ago on Google
It’s got a good selection of shops, parking is easy to find in the garage and the Target here always has a food selection as does the Best Buy. And we like the BevMo here.
