Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Environment: 4/5 Value: 4/5 Food was good, service was quick, and staff was friendly. It was busy when we went and I assume it’s typically busy. For me it’s 4/5 but I see why most people would like it. Very social, crowded, and trendy. Not my cup of tea but the quality and care is there if you do like a more social environment.

Friend wanted to try this place out. Its popular amongst lifestyle youtubers/tiktokers. Its what I like to call a “trendy” spot. Its trending so people hype it and go. Very healthy trendy foods. When you get there its busy, I feel like its always like that. Theres little indoor seating and has decent patio outside seating. They have a huge menu they have breakfast and lunch/dinner options. A lot organic, vegetarian plant based options, gluten free options, etc. The food was a bit pricy, buy good portions. My only complaint was the salad most plates came with were bland and inconsistent. Like everyones plate had random number of tomatoes. The pancakes were delicious though! Those caramelized bananas were delicious! They also have a small bakery too to full of pastries. They have a lot drinks too organic coffees, teas, and smoothies. Service was good they were all very nice and they give you a number and bring your food to your table.

I recently visited Urth Cafe Melrose for the first time and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was inviting, the location was prime, and the food and drinks were delicious. I’m definitely going to make it a regular spot! The beverage selection was extensive – I opted for a yummy spanish latte and a specialty tea – and both were excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. All in all, Urth Cafe Melrose provided a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for great food and drinks in a relaxing setting, I highly recommend stopping by!

Wonderful, Cafe. It was very busy around 7 pm and just got even more crowded. Parking can be just as grueling. It can be hard to find a table but worth the wait. I recommend the Thai red tea latte

We loved coming here but the food has been so inconsistent. I always get Nicoise Salad and every time we come it either tastes different or something is missing. This time we were missing the olives and the dressing had no flavor. On a positive note the salmon was a lot bigger than the past few visits. 🤷‍♂️

My friends and I stopped for a quick lunch and was very impressed with my choices. Although there was a line a to order it took us no more than 15 mins to get our food/table. I really enjoyed Panini El diablo and the Blueberry cheesecake. Their iced matcha was not my favorite but I still enjoyed my meal very much. Staff was very attentive and provided great service.

Urth Caffe in Melrose is a small taste of earthy class. A vibe of multiple races enjoying the life of food, fire torches of warmth, and social conversations. The staff is dynamic! Try the Moroccan Tea and apple pie with a friend anytime of the day. The whipped cream looks like butter but soft and melts in your mouth. As for the food, I had the veggie gourmet pizza with the purple potatoes and mushrooms. Very filling like meat! Every Urth Caffe in L.A. has such a quaint feel of love in the decor! Salads are fire!!!!

Trendy cafe that is popular and busy (lots of people sitting outside for lunch and some tables inside). The service was quick even the business, and very friendly. There were lots of options to choose on the menu. Ordered the salmon bagel plate to-go which came with the toppings in one container and the bagel in a separate wrapping (for the customer to assemble which was neat). The bagel was fresh, and there was generous amounts of salmon and toppings. Would come back to try the other food items and drinks. Note that it is on the more pricier side, however it is known as an organic coffee and trendy cafe.

Visiting from Toronto, and had a tad bit higher expectations based on the number of reviews. Turned out OK. Good for a one-time visit as there are plenty of other dining options in the area.

It’s was an okay brunch place. You need to order and then find a table yourself for your party. The unsweetened matcha latte was good. The Spanish latte was bad, don’t recommend it .

3.5 stars. It’s kinda like a famous place to visit, I am assuming they are really good but actually just okay level but with a nice location you can enjoy how people walk around and relaxed. Definitely will come back again tho.

Unpopular opinion: not the best spot to have a breakfast 🥺 I ordered iced matcha latte with almond milk and I didn’t drink it. It was too concentrated and too sweet. Pistachio croissant was dry. I liked their napoleon though, it was really good. Pecan pie was good as well 👌🏻

Ordered Napoleon and it was awesome; totally recommend it. I also liked their latter, though its medium size was really large!

Staff was inattentive and stuck up. Unfortunately with this being a trendy spot customer service isn’t the priority. There is no host, only a long line to order your food, then you must find your own table as this location is always packed. Make sure you order all that you desire before finding a table because that line never disappears. Don’t bother asking waitresses for anything as they are to busy to attend to you. Food was okay, could go to Whole Foods to find the same items at the same prices. Cool spot to check out if you’re an influencer, lots of them there. Classist AF

The food is good, and I really like their Japanese tea latte (which is basically matcha latte). I recommend making it unsweetened; the taste is smooth and rich. The indoor seating is a bit dark even when we sat beside the window. The place offers free wifi, but if you don’t like loud places, this place might not be the ideal place for you to sit in. Also, finding a parking spot in this area is a nightmare, and that’s probably my biggest pull-away factor for revisiting this place.

I’ve been to the Urth cafe in Pasadena and DTLA, they’re all awesome. A solid restaurant with a great outdoor patio for solid people watching. I ordered an avocado smoothie, smoked salmon scramble, chicken sausage side, honey vanilla latte & a chicken tortilla soup with a small side salad. The avocado smoothie wasn’t what I expected, I’m more used to a milk/ice cream based avocado drink(Filipino style). It was ok, but the smoked salmon scramble was excellent and delicious. The honey vanilla latte with pistachio milk was on point and I ordered it not too sweet. The chicken sausage on the side was also super delicious and the side salad was good. The chicken tortilla soup was also excellent. Overall the meal was really enjoyable with solid customer service. I’d definitely come back here again. Just fyi, parking is limited to street and can be pretty difficult during peak times. Highly recommend this spot for their food and coffee.

Called ahead in the late afternoon and drove 30 minutes and paid for parking to get 4 pieces of berries & creme cake for my daughter's birthday party dinner because it was her favorite cake. Got there, told cashier Grace R. that I wanted the balance of the cake. Was told to wait outside, and they would bring it out. They brought it out in a normally size brown paper bag. After dinner, I opened the bag to find only one piece of cake versus more pieces for all guests. Called and spoke to manager Holly. Told her what happened, including knowing how much cake was left. Also told her I could have driven to another location. Sent her a picture of what I got, gave her my Togo ticket number. I wasn't given a receipt. She said she couldn't do anything because her cashier only charged me for 1 piece of cake. I will never go back to this restaurant with this type of customer service!

What an interesting place! Stopped in for desert and was not disappointed in drink or pastry quality, top notch. Venue is busy, and staff seem irked (probably from dealing with so many people), and the cost was insanely reasonable for the amount you get. Difficult parking.

Food is delicious but a bit pricey. We have ordered different things on the menu and we've been pleased. Once you order, it doesn't take long for food to arrive. You do have to find your own table, but we never had an issue finding one, even on a busy Sunday. We like visiting these caffes when we are around the LA area since we don't have these types of restaurants in our area. Definitely recommend it.

This bustling location (adjacent to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood) is always a delight to visit. With a plethora of drink options, I seem to always go for their hot Moroccan mint tea latte, and either a chicken sandwich or the Eggs Benedict. Oftentimes a who's who of the area, Urth Caffe will always be a special place I stop when in LA. Parking is rather difficult, but if you arrive via Lyft or foot, you'll be just fine.

This is THE West Hollywood spot for fresh specialty lattes and amazing fresh dishes. Long before the show Entourage popularized this restaurant with the tourists, locals have enjoyed the laid back ambiance, excellent dishes and fantastic service. It’s rare when it’s a slow day so be patient. It’s not the least expensive, but not the most either. Good value. Great food

Great location. You have to order first and then sit for your food and drinks to be brought at your table. Love their latte, I ordered their mushroom omelette, which was great and a cheese danish. The atmosphere and views are awesome.

This review is solely for the PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE!! EVERY BITE was delicious with a creamy, smooth texture. You can actually taste the sweet pumpkin and nutmeg🤤This is a hefty cheesecake, so I could only eat half and saved the rest. Worth the $9.00 and perfect as a little gift for the holidays as well! I did a quick to-go order, so I did not dine in. I have been to another location and each time I just pick up! Simple process and fast service. Buzzing atmosphere. LOVE URTH🥰
