The wait time was very short even though there were several people in the waiting room. All of the staff were pleasant and courteous. Melissa was very pleasant and explained what to expect for this test. Dr. Bergman has been my 🏥 for many years and I have recommended to to anybody looking for a new doctor. He explains everything that is being checked and if there are any changes.

After registration, I waited for a total of 2 minutes before I was taken to the treatment room. Wow, this office is organized. The Med Tech was so nice and took my vitals professionally and I had to wait for Dr Bergman for maybe 4 minutes. This is a very well run practice. It’s a treat for me to go to this office.

While being a current patient of Dr. Klein, when he is unavailable I will always request Ms. Castellano. Alex is so professional, kind, caring and asks all the right questions while listening to your answers. I highly recommend this office. Everyone is extremely professional and courteous in this age of high demand for services.
